Great selection of products in store. Lots of good finds to be found. Ground level and lower level full of products. Value: Good value. They have a variety of items in a range of price points. There is something there for everyone. Service: Good so far. The line moved quickly enough so that we didn't feel like we were in line a long time. There were four registers open this morning, two hours into operating hours. That's respectable, in my former retail worker opinion. Staff seemed cordial enough, some more enthusiastic than others but that could just be nerves, personality, circumstance, whatever. Also for those who inevitably will ask about the bathrooms: they are off limits to customers. Currently, only employees may use the restrooms. This is directly from a sales associate yesterday during their official grand opening. Thursday, they had a soft launch. So, plan accordingly and have a back up plan for other bathrooms that are usable in the area and clean. Lost one star for that because while I understand the reasoning, that's also terrible business strategy. You risk potential sales of a customer wants to buy something but would like the restroom first. Overall, I'm glad the store is here and I hope it continues to improve and stay in the great state it's in currently now. read more

Add more cashiers during peak hours, such as evenings and weekends, to effectively reduce long lines and improve customer wait times. I usually dread shopping here, but they had one item I needed for my son's play. It's easy to waste an entire lunch hour waiting in line at this store. read more

I hope you like waiting on line. And waiting. And waiting. You'll be waiting a long time. It was 45 minutes to check out. 45 minutes! At 1 pm on a Wednesday. Absolutely mind boggling that they are this slow and understaffed. Half of the 2-4 registers they had open at any given point were taken up helping people go through some slow process to sign up for the store card for 10% off. Update: "thank you for notifying us". That's a joke. It's been like this for months if you look at reviews. They've done nothing to improve it. This company does not value your time. read more

The selection here is not great, but for a Burlington, I don't expect much. My issue came when I tried to return an item with receipt from another Burlington. Apparently, this Burlington does not accept receipts from other Burlingtons. If you have ever tried to do a return without a receipt at Burlington, then you know you only get a merchandise credit. That is very unfortunate when you paid with your card and have the receipt. They have no way to override this. I was told that this is just how it is there. I stood in line for 25 minutes and was not able to return my items to my card even though I had my receipt because their system is just "different." In the end, they were able to help me, but I would not advise anyone to do a return here unless you purchased the item from here unless you're fine with a merchandise credit. I was not because I hardly ever go into Burlington. read more
