I was sent from a different store to get a new jacket that they had not had in stock. I found the item easily, but the size was a bit more elusive. Knowing Kings Plaza, you have to look around and look behind things to find what it is you want especially when you wear a popular size. People hide them every single time! I…read morequeued up to check out on the second floor today (6/13/22 @ around 7:30pm) and the line was only 5 people long and the male cashier working says some of us need to go downstairs. It wasn't closing time at all yet so I didn't understand why he sent half of us away when there were only 5 people waiting to be checked out. The guys in front of me walked downstairs too but ended up leaving because the line on the first floor was twice the length. Male cashier working second floor was rude in the way he sent the line away. Gave us no reason as to why "some of us needed to go downstairs to pay" and made me want to drop the stuff I had picked out and just walk out, much like the two guys that were in front of me in the first queue. The cashiers on the first floor were kind of dead in the way of energy but nicer. Really don't think I'll be coming back in person to shop at H&M. I'd much rather order online if the staff here can't be bothered to hide their disdain for customers. I don't like being picky about my retail shopping experience because I used to work customer service too, but I would've gotten reprimanded for talking the way he did to customers. Where's the fake pleasant customer service voice? We don't do that anymore? Go to a different H&M or buy online. Or avoid the second floor entirely.

When all the others stores do have their 50% sale items markdown, then this store matches it. There is usually a great deal of clothes squashed together on 3 walls in the back, but I ain't complaining. Got some killer deals here. If you are lucky, there will be a large amount of choices if you come on a day before it is all picked over. The Queens Center Guess has more clothing choices, but their sale section can't compare. The Soho store barely has a sale section, with all the deep pockets walking through the doors though, what would they need one for? ;)

I found two items in their last act section, both of which, lacked a price. When I attempted to make the purchase at the register the cashier just told me they were apart of a pack. However, I told her twice that they sell them that way. My friend had a bunch in the same area but his had the tag. Luckily they had an employee who overheard and told her what she had to scan. I think it's safe to say, I'll stick with 34th Street and Downtown Brooklyn over this location, going forward.
