The service was also excellent--the staff was very accommodating and attentive throughout the entire meal. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the automatic 20% gratuity they add to the bill. While the service was definitely worth it this time, I'm not usually a fan of when the tip is pre-determined. Overall, a delicious spot!

It shows the last 4 numbers on my debit card and underneath the signature line is my full name . No way ! That gets a 1 star rating separate from my food and the customer service. If you read this before going you'll remember my review. I thought merchants stopped doing this decades ago . This is such an easy target for being an identity fraud victim . I know , because I was a victim this year ( 2023) and it doesn't feel good. People this really is my only qualm. Make sure you take your receipt and discard it properly. Rip it up ! The merchant may have a cope if the exact receipt, but at least yours isn't laying on the table or floating around outside in the ground . We got a wide variety of items from House Fried Rice, General Tso's Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Short Ribs, Dumplings, Crab Rangoons and Egg Rolls. No major complaints with any dish, however my buddy was slightly disappointed in the meat to bone ratio on the ribs, and the house fried rice, while packed with goods, was a tad bland. All the above ran us close to $75. Overall, Hong Kong hit the spot and was a solid option for us all. My friends now have a new Chinese spot in the area, and I have a place I will surely visit again.
