I can only say that my buying experience was fun, very smooth, and she was very on top of making sure that the process went very fast. What kind of a Harley dealership tells someone with a 18 year old bike they don't want their business??? To walk away from working on or even service an older Harleys goes against everything the brand used to mean. I'm not in the market of buying a new one but I've spent plenty of money with this dealership over the years in service, clothing and misc. The new ownership's decision to walk away from helping people with older bikes is just plain stupid! I hope their term in the industry is very short, Harley deserves better. read more

Mancuso your Customer service is TERRIBLE at ALL LOCATIONS - but Central LEADS THE WAY! I would not recommend them if they were last on earth, since Gray no longer works there! Purchased a 2013 Road King in Feb 19 with issues out the door, had to come back 3 times for the Service Department to get it right and that is the condensed version of that debacle! Walked in yesterday with a friend and not one Sales Representative assisted us! If we had been at any other Harley, upon arrival we would have been GREETED, at the least! Had another issue with Mancuso Crossroads with my Kawasaki Ninja- see I have been on Motorcycles for 20 years and own different types, I had to contact the GM at Central and again was treated with no real care or concern. The Mancuso name is not recommended - not one location! I have yet to speak to anyone in Finance in reference to receiving my ESP REFUND for the Road King I traded in! Do not buy from HOT ROD ! Had purchased a motorcycle through this location and signed paperwork. This is the worst Harley Davidson Dealership in Houston Tx. I purchased a 2023 CVO Road Glide from them and had issues with the bike, causing me to lose control of the and drop the bike. The manufacture was willing to fix everything, and even gave me a claim number. The " Service Department " only had to take pictures and document the damages for the claim. The bike was misdiagnosed by the tech and came back in worse condition than when ordinally put in the shop. I took the bike back 3- times and they could never fix it right. The check engine light stayed on and the bike would not run proper. This was a $50.000 bike and the service manager said there was nothing else they could do. There are so many "Horror Stories " in the Houston Bike Community about this dealership, please don't use them. I have purchased 4-New Harley Davidson's in the past and this had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership service department. This place is disgrace to the brand. read more

We spoke to Dedra immediately as we walked in and had a friendly chat about bikes we ride and enjoy to potential future purchases we may make down the road. Afterwards, she let us roam around and see what the store had to offer. We had a fantastic time looking around at the bikes that are available and were able to look without any pressure to purchase a bike (or anything else). We spoke to E-Man at the parts desk and he helped me find the parts I was looking for and was willing to work with me and order whatever else I needed that they did not have in stock. My name is Neil and I bought a 2017 Harley Davidson XG500. I am a first-time rider and wanting to get into riding. Prior to going here, I did months of online research, on cycle trader, you tube, forums and everything. I was so confused from all the different views on what new riders "NEED' or "DON'T NEED". Little did I know I was making this experience of finding the "perfect" bike over complicated and stressful. (ASK FOR HOTROD) One day while browsing the internet during work (lunch break ;)....) I stumbled across Mancuso Harley Davidson I saw they were one of the most well-known Harley Dealerships in the Houston Area. Like always I started to do my research and found out that this dealership was literally 2 miles from my work. (ASK FOR HOTROD) Like all things new you feel nervous and anxious, since you aren't completed confident in your knowledge to know if it's a good deal or not. So, before I went I printed all this information I found online, cheaper prices of the bike I wanted, other dealership prices and everything. I WAS GOING TO GET THE BEST DEAL! (ASK FOR HOTROD) I arrive at the dealership and I saw the bike I was looking at immediately outside when I pulled up. I immediately got excited and felt like a kid on Christmas morning looking at my new toy! Remember early I said I was going to be a "responsible adult"....... Yeaaaaaaa no longer cared! I just wanted it ASAP! (ASK FOR HOTROD) Now this is when the BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD started! Side note, I have been driving cars since I was 16 years young, now I am 31 and owned 12 cars over the last 10yrs. (ASK FOR HOTROD) HOTROD aka JAMES BAKER approached me while I was pretended to appear to know what the heck I was looking at. This is the beginning of the best buying experience ever. We talked about everything I wanted in a bike but made sure he understood I am 100% new to this and did NOT want a huge bike, cause my skill level is not there yet. This is where I go from being a "responsible adult" to I WANT THE BEST BIKE I CAN GET FOR MY MONEY. He explained the benefit of buying a new bike over a used bike (2yr warranty, no unexpected issues, all new, etc...). I told him I was hoping to just pay cash and get a bike and blah blah blah. (ASK FOR HOTROD) After looking at the used bike he brought me in to look at the bike I bought. I was confident I could resist on buying a new bike cause like I mentioned before I didn't want a new monthly payment. Then I saw the new version of the bike I wanted, I lost ALL COMMON SENSE. So now in my head I'm trying to justify the price difference and going over my budget and all that "adults" do. (ASK FOR HOTROD) We went over to his desk to talk pricing, and he mentioned they do financing. I said sure why not (my Score is far from perfect, I knew I would get declined). About 10min later HOTROD comes back and said YOUR APPROVED. At this point I was filled with excitement and I knew I was going to get that new bike (against my "responsible adult" ideology). I told him the max I wanted to pay including insurance. (ASK FOR HOTROD) To make this already long story "shorter", I'll speed it up. I returned that night 15min to closing. HOTROD greeted me at the door, had my insurance setup, had paperwork filed out, he enrolled me in the beginner's course for free AND was able to lower the price of the bike closer to what I wanted. All I had to do with pick my accessories out and sign my life away! Since then HOTROD has helped me with EVERY QUESTION I could ponder, and he always responded within 5min. Had the bike for about a month now and he still helps me with any crazy question I have. I will ALWAYS get MANCUSO HD for all my needs. I have been to many of the dealerships and every time I am blown away by how nice and knowledgeable everyone is. PLUS, YOU GET A CAKE (best cake in world). The staff was incredibly friendly, they were so helpful and made the entire experience painless and easy. I searched online for motorcycles in all areas of Texas, with the parameters set by my Credit Union I knew it would be a long search. I found a motorcycle on the Mancuso website and realized the deal was what I had been searching for, unfortunately I live 300 miles away and could not drop in to see the bike much less buy it. So I contacted the dealership and not only were they helpful in giving the details and price but they also sent videos of the bike being started and many pictures of the good, bad and ugly about the bike. Now while they said delivery was possible I opted to rent a U-Haul motorcycle trailer and pick up the bike myself. The salesman and finance people worked with my Credit Union in California and all was set in just a few short days. I arrived at the dealership after my 5+ hour drive and was once again I was very happy with the staff and they answered all my questions. Ok. So this is how dirty they are. Send an email saying let's find a bike that fits you. I show up to pick up the bike fixed and could tell the controls were not a good fit. They said they could put foot boards to make it more comfortable. Ok. I leave and my first stop to get gas, the kick stand had vibrated off and oil was leaking everywhere. I call them and tell them to come pick up the bike and make things right. Obviously they had no intention of ever doing this. I called and texted for a week with no response. I told them to keep the bike, the deal was off. Still nothing. They kept the bike, they kept the down payment and they sent me a payment due on the bike through Harley financing. Total rip off. I was taken 100 percent advantage of and would not recommend this place to anyone. I am obviously going to be inconvenienced with court proceedings at this point. read more

Summary: They have parts and clothes but don't have the "experience". When I bought my first Harley ten years ago I needed some parts so I went over there because it was nearby. Keep in mind that owning a Harley for the first time is not unlike being kissed by that really hot girl you never thought would be interested in you--you get all light headed and can't stop babbling. Well I did that and went in there all high on life and everything and their energy and attitude was completely deflating. To them you're just another tat-laced bubba who needs a new rocker arm--even if you're not. I've been there several times over the years in the hope that my initial visit was just a fluke but it's been the same pretty much all the time. If I need to get a part (or a bike) then I go to Stubbs or Goe's. They encourage the geeky and enthusiastic Harley guys. read more

Bought my used 09 Electra Glide Ultra Classic from them. While I do much of the basic maintenance i only use Mancusso for complex fixes. Had some electrical issues and took it in. They were able to trouble shoot quickly and recommend a solution that was far more reasonable than I thought or expected. I also had them do the 60k service and it was priced very fairly and the service was complete. Their facilities are top notch and have an excellent service and parts department. ( i use parts dept a lot). Rates and services really reasonable. I've used them for their training as well having my 2 sons going thru new rider training. They get Harley owners and understand these bikes are our life. You feel like family. I highly recommend the dealership. read more

Took my bike is for service, even though I was warned about this specific service department from 4 different people at work. I Wanted oil change, new filters, new plugs and a look over. Told them of a small oil leak from primary cover. How simple is that and its close to home what could go wrong? The call me back the first time to let me know that a new gasket fixed the leak..GREAT. Second call was you need a new back tire.. I had one already in my garage! Saved 400+ there sweet!. Next call you need your back calipers reworked, uh ok I told them, next call, calipers are too far gone and you will need new ones if you ever want to stop again. Okay bro. Next call, your bike is ready to go. How much, $1407.00 !!!! I get there and it wont even idle, its spitting and flooding out so back in for carb adjustment which tells me seeing how the choke was still in the same position I left it they didn't even start it after work was complete !!! GRRRR. It comes back out, I pay the Ungodly amount and go straight to gas station to fill up. Look down and I still have the same freaking leak. $38.93 for gasket and 3.5 hours labor @ $525.00....SOOOO in short I got an oil change and back calipers, new spark plugs for $1407. For a Harley that wouldn't idle correctly and died twice in route to gas station and still has the same leak. I'm calling them today to explain my yesterday at their service department and I will make an update if and when I get my Harley back. We sent our daughter to Mancuso to attend their BRC at the beginning of 7/2011. After the first day, I asked her how it was and she told me that the instructor didn't teach her much. She couldn't even mount a bike after a whole day learning how to ride! I knew then that something wasn't right about this instructor because I learned how to ride at Boss Hoss Cycle on south 610 and after my first day I knew how to handle, mount and ride the bike a little bit. I didn't know how to ride a motorcycle before coming to their class either. Isn't that what Basic Rider Course is all about, teaching those who don't know how to ride motorcycle to become good rider? The second day in class the instructor declared that my daughter was "unteachable" and refused to let her finish her class. What kind of a moron was that? Our daughter was willing to learn and this person was unwilling to teach, and they would not refund our money even though they let her go. We felt that Mancuso and Ken robbed us in broad daylight. What kind a business is that? I went to Boss Hoss 5 yrs ago and they trained me well. My instructor was knowledgeable and cared for every student in the class. There was a mix of experienced and inexperienced riders as well. and everybody walked away happy. If you wanna learn how to ride, go to Boss Hoss or Awsome instead. We learned our mistake dearly and wish that Mancuso Riding Course will go down and burn in hell with Ken as well. read more

My brother and I were doing some riding. After filling up with gas his bike (2012 Fatboy Lo with 500 miles) would not start. There was a know recall for voltage regulator on these bikes. We went to Mancuso Crossroads as they were the closest dealer and spoke to Nick in the Service Department. Nick explained that their own driver was on a trip to San Antonio and could not pick up the bike that day. He did however call the other Mancuso location and make arrangements to have the bike picked up by their driver and taken to that Mancuso location at no charge. The driver from the other Mancuso shop came all the way to Cypress in rush hour traffic to pick up my brother's bike even though there was no way he would be able to get back to his own home shop by his quitting time. I commend Nick from Crossroads and the driver from the other Mancuso location. They helped when the next closest location...H-D of Woodlands would not. They did what you expect a good dealer to do in support of a product when others would not.l read more
