    My name is Neil and I bought a 2017 Harley Davidson XG500. I am a first-time rider and wanting to get into riding. Prior to going here, I did months of online research, on cycle trader, you tube, forums and everything. I was so confused from all the different views on what new riders "NEED' or "DON'T NEED". Little did I know I was making this experience of finding the "perfect" bike over complicated and stressful. (ASK FOR HOTROD) One day while browsing the internet during work (lunch break ;)....) I stumbled across Mancuso Harley Davidson I saw they were one of the most well-known Harley Dealerships in the Houston Area. Like always I started to do my research and found out that this dealership was literally 2 miles from my work. (ASK FOR HOTROD) Like all things new you feel nervous and anxious, since you aren't completed confident in your knowledge to know if it's a good deal or not. So, before I went I printed all this information I found online, cheaper prices of the bike I wanted, other dealership prices and everything. I WAS GOING TO GET THE BEST DEAL! (ASK FOR HOTROD) I arrive at the dealership and I saw the bike I was looking at immediately outside when I pulled up. I immediately got excited and felt like a kid on Christmas morning looking at my new toy! Remember early I said I was going to be a "responsible adult"....... Yeaaaaaaa no longer cared! I just wanted it ASAP! (ASK FOR HOTROD) Now this is when the BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD started! Side note, I have been driving cars since I was 16 years young, now I am 31 and owned 12 cars over the last 10yrs. (ASK FOR HOTROD) HOTROD aka JAMES BAKER approached me while I was pretended to appear to know what the heck I was looking at. This is the beginning of the best buying experience ever. We talked about everything I wanted in a bike but made sure he understood I am 100% new to this and did NOT want a huge bike, cause my skill level is not there yet. This is where I go from being a "responsible adult" to I WANT THE BEST BIKE I CAN GET FOR MY MONEY. He explained the benefit of buying a new bike over a used bike (2yr warranty, no unexpected issues, all new, etc...). I told him I was hoping to just pay cash and get a bike and blah blah blah. (ASK FOR HOTROD) After looking at the used bike he brought me in to look at the bike I bought. I was confident I could resist on buying a new bike cause like I mentioned before I didn't want a new monthly payment. Then I saw the new version of the bike I wanted, I lost ALL COMMON SENSE. So now in my head I'm trying to justify the price difference and going over my budget and all that "adults" do. (ASK FOR HOTROD) We went over to his desk to talk pricing, and he mentioned they do financing. I said sure why not (my Score is far from perfect, I knew I would get declined). About 10min later HOTROD comes back and said YOUR APPROVED. At this point I was filled with excitement and I knew I was going to get that new bike (against my "responsible adult" ideology). I told him the max I wanted to pay including insurance. (ASK FOR HOTROD) To make this already long story "shorter", I'll speed it up. I returned that night 15min to closing. HOTROD greeted me at the door, had my insurance setup, had paperwork filed out, he enrolled me in the beginner's course for free AND was able to lower the price of the bike closer to what I wanted. All I had to do with pick my accessories out and sign my life away! Since then HOTROD has helped me with EVERY QUESTION I could ponder, and he always responded within 5min. Had the bike for about a month now and he still helps me with any crazy question I have. I will ALWAYS get MANCUSO HD for all my needs. I have been to many of the dealerships and every time I am blown away by how nice and knowledgeable everyone is. PLUS, YOU GET A CAKE (best cake in world). So, if you are looking to buy, GO SEE HOTROD, MENTION MY REVIEW AND I PROMISE YOU WILL GET THE DEAL OF A LIFETIME FOR A BIKE THAT YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH. (ASK FOR HOTROD)

    The staff was incredibly friendly, they were so helpful and made the entire experience painless and easy. I searched online for motorcycles in all areas of Texas, with the parameters set by my Credit Union I knew it would be a long search. I found a motorcycle on the Mancuso website and realized the deal was what I had been searching for, unfortunately I live 300 miles away and could not drop in to see the bike much less buy it. So I contacted the dealership and not only were they helpful in giving the details and price but they also sent videos of the bike being started and many pictures of the good, bad and ugly about the bike. Now while they said delivery was possible I opted to rent a U-Haul motorcycle trailer and pick up the bike myself. The salesman and finance people worked with my Credit Union in California and all was set in just a few short days. I arrived at the dealership after my 5+ hour drive and was once again I was very happy with the staff and they answered all my questions. They also helped me load the bike onto the trailer and strap it down for the 5+ hours trip home. Thank you guys

    JB hooked me up with my new Road Glide! I had a great experience and wanna say thank you for that! In addition to my new HD I was given an outstanding chocolate cake! You'll see me again!

    Great place everyone was helpfully especially Chris Simmons always following up and checking if everything was good till we got home, the chocolate cake was great!!!

    Just got an Oil change and my oil filter was not replaced, never heard of reusing old filter. Won't ever recommend them for service.

    Smaller store in comparison of other Harley dealerships. The parts department was extremely helpful and friendly.

    We had just purchased a car from our neighbor and it needed 2 motor mounts and ac repair. Other…read morethan those two things, the car ran without issue. The mechanic we normally use just sold his shop so we were looking for a new mechanic. I happened to be in Walmart and received a card from Tailored Mechanic. We are all for supporting black business so my husband fave home a call. It was also icing on the cake for us because he came to the house. The motor mounts were placed and the battery was checked. Cost: 300.00 not including parts. Fast forward 6 weeks later, the car will not start. Saw a reputable mechanic and Tailored mechanic broke an electrical harness that sent power to the fuel pump and ABS system. Cost: 800.00 I'm our effort to be supportive we got duped.

Why didn't you say who fixed your car color was? Cause it doesn't matter. I'm glad your car is repaired but it is hard for me to believe that changing a battery and motor mounts caused a wiring problem that cost 800 dollars in repair. Support your local business and most times anything they can do to keep a good reputation they will do. And let me reiterate your support of a business or in this case lack of should have jack to do with color. Not trying to write a book but 300 isn't bad at all in labor almost free to come out replace motor mounts and battery. I ain't black I'm white since it matters so much to you. I'm also drunk and it's late to pitty me would be a fool. People charge 300 to change an old lady's flat on 45. Not saying that's right but damn. Can't get over this "I support black business " then talk shit. By the way this is the first review I believe I've ever given and I am only talking about another review.
