Completely different color trim piece!!!

I brought my Audi Q5 in for a repair from a minor accident that occurred early in the winter. The damaged occurred on the rear passenger side of my car. The trim piece that goes on the bumper adjacent to the wheel well was damaged. The car was brought in on March 20th and they left a message on my brothers' phone on April 1st that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. My brother didn't check his messages till the 3rd. I went to the shop after work to pick up my car, after I had paid my $500 deductible, I looked at the repaired that was performed on my car. The new trim piece that was put on my car was a completely different color then the two trim pieces around it. I left the shop and didn't pick up car on the 3rd. They assured me that they will fix it and call me to let me know when I can pick up my car. Just to clarify the trim only comes in two colors, one is grey stone and they other is a black color. They got the wrong color. When I pressed further as to why the wrong color was purchased, I was told that the other color is discontinued. I placed a call to Stratham Audi, and they assured me that its available. I then told the guy at Manchester collision center (MCC) to call them and buy the trim from Stratham Audi. He called Stratham Audi but did not go any further. He called me and said that they will fix the original broken piece and somehow make it work. I hesitated but he assured me that if its still not up to par they get the new piece. Now when I took my first trip to MCC aside from noticing the trim was completely different color I noticed my rear passenger tire was low on air, I didn't think much of it but asked the gentleman that I spoke with to possibly investigate it, He said he would. The tire is at the same location where the trim piece is being installed. He called later in the week of the 7th that they had fixed the car and the old trim piece that they had fixed looked good and the car was ready to be picked up. I couldn't get to the shop on that day, so I went to pick up my car on April 6th. While the repair wasn't up to par ( can clearly see a scratch) on the old broken trim piece, I would have been ok with it but the placement of the piece didn't mesh well with the adjacent trim piece, the revel that's suppose to be between the two trim piece wasn't even close. I spoke with him and asked for that to be fixed and he said that that is on double sided tape so it should be easily be peeled off and put back on correctly and may even have someone do it on the 6th. And then he would call me when its done. While I was looking at the trim piece, I also looked at my tire as it was low again and noticed that there was a nail/screw in the left side wall of the tire. I was not happy about that and asked how the nail/ screw got there. He said he didn't know and would ask Town Fair Tire People to look into seeing if they can fix it. I again left MCC without my car. I fully expected a phone call from him on Monday for an update and the call never came, I called and left a message for him late Monday (4/08) afternoon. I called back Tuesday (4/09) morning a few times getting nowhere and then finally I called for a third time and he picked up the phone and told me that he would call me back as the staff was in a meeting. He called me back an hour or two later letting me now that noting had been done to the car since I left on the 6th because they needed the paint to dry and that the tire was un fixable and I need a new tire. He said that they will try to resolve the trim issue a month or two down the line. I pressed him further regarding how the nail/screw got in my tire and he said that they are not responsible for it. I wasn't very pleased with his response on both my trim and the tire I told him that I would pick up the car later. I picked up my car and started it and sure enough there were two new lights on my dash, they were both warning lights for tire with low air. I actually had to look up what the symbols meant as I had never seen them before.

This hole in our car used to be the SHO emblems. They were pilfered either by or at Manchester Collision

Scheduling the repairs was a little challenge, however once the work was done everything was fixed properly.

Now not even 3 mknths later his AC compressor has failed on the first time ever being used (it was 90° out the day it happened). Called the dealership back and explained the situation and said they wont commit to anything and I should call service to habe them repair since its past 30 days. This is my first time dealing with them as a dealer and I must say Im appauled that they dont stand behind their vehicles. They insisted when I bought this the car was in mint shape and would need nothing since they shpposedly went through it top to bottom. Buyer beware, these vehicles are not as they seem and their reputation does not match the service. I will never buy here again. Ill stick to Foss Motors who DOES stand behind their cars and would cover this if it were bougjt from them. In fact, since I have other cars with Foss they are giving me a 50% discount on parts and labor as a courtesy! Stay away from Ira Subaru of Manchester

During the process, I learned that I needed new tires sooner than expected, which was definitely a surprise. Despite the unexpected repairs and extended time without my vehicle, Jacqueline in the Service Department made all the difference. She was fantastic throughout the entire experience, providing daily updates, coordinating closely with the dealership, and ensuring I always knew what was happening with my car. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. Thanks to Jacqueline's dedication and customer service, I left as a very happy customer. She is a true asset to the dealership, and I regret missing the opportunity to complete the customer survey. Jacqueline is one of the main reasons I would recommend this dealership to others and why I will continue to return for service. Thank you, Jacqueline, for going above and beyond!

I expressed disappointment and concern twice (once when I was reporting it and once when I followed up about service for our car) - both times calmly and politely but firmly. Only the 2nd time I got an apology but was told there are no safety concerns with cracked windshields, which is not true. After that we were told we were no longer at the business despite never raising my voice - all I did was express a concern. I'm honestly shocked both that we would be told a cracked windshield is safe and that we would be punished for expressing concern. I emailed the manager and never heard back. I also initially went to Werner to shop for a car. I was handed keys and told to test drive myself and find info online. Absolutely no service. We ended buying our first car from Seacoast Mazda and a second from Tulley. Both dealers were far more helpful and Tulley has been very helpful with service. It's worth the extra drive.

The previous 5 dealers almost pushed me to pursue a different auto manufacturer all together, they were very pushy and lied about inventory to get me in the door. I was given the run around and became very frustrated. I drove an hour and 10 minutes to quirk gmc of Manchester as a last resort. The experience from beginning to end was nothing like my previous dealer experiences. John, Stephen, Jeff, and Mike were awesome and genuine, patient, knowledgable, and personable. They had the truck I wanted in stock and didn't try to push me into a different model I didn't want like the other dealers. I mentioned this was a big commitment for me and I told them I needed to grab a coffee with my fiancé and think about it. They pointed me to a local coffee shop and said 'we'll be here'. It was truly refreshing to walk out the door haven't signed anything yet and not being chased out the door. I'm not an easy laid back consumer. I did massive amounts of research and knew exactly what I wanted and these guys never once tried to steer me in another direction because I express from the get go I wanted a specific truck with specific interior and options. I'm glad I received this survey and more than happy to fill it out. I can't express enough how happy I was with my experience at this dealership. I know I'll be a repeat customer and when my fiancés lease is over we'll be driving back up for her next car. Pasquale

Service Department claimed to be wide open, we had the truck there at 11am, at 3pm they said it needed front rotors that would be done by 4pm. They then, after two trips, would not release the vehicle despite it being paid for because they couldn't find the keys and the work order? Finally 'Joe' made a call and the keys and paperwork magically appeared. Customer service at its finest. Will never go back and will never purchase a vehicle from them again. Do better Quirk GMC repair department!

As we were walking up to him, I told him that he has a tough job ahead of him, as we have been Toyota owners since the 1990's. MATTHEW acknowledged that and took on the challenge with a smile. He was genuine, not pushy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. I said, we continue to be Toyota lovers, but are hesitant to get a Rav 4, because this year it is a hybrid model. We were looking for something similar in size. He took the time to listen to what exactly we wanted in our car, which was a sunroof, heated, leather seats and safety features. We decided to look at the Honda CRV and take it for a test drive. Although MATTHEW was young, he obviously learned a great deal about being good at his job, he was extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. Before the test drive, he took us through the entire CRV, explained in detail the features that it had and how each of them worked. Throughout the process, MATTHEW was patient and never pressured us, making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. MATTHEW was easy to talk to, he answered all our questions honestly and provided helpful suggestions, which made our buying experience smooth and enjoyable. We would HIGHLY recommend calling Matthew Perez to anyone looking for a new car. You will not be disappointed! You can contact MATTHEW at (603) 657-5680. Donna and John R

0 STARS -- BUYER BEWARE!…read more I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. My sister came in to purchase a vehicle she really liked. On Friday, we were told she had zero credit, but by Saturday, the dealership called and said they had found a financing deal that we liked and agreed to. We went in Sunday, signed all the paperwork, and provided every document they requested. Then, the following Wednesday, we received a call saying the bank had pulled the financing because the dealership's finance department had submitted the WRONG Social Security number. The finance representative, Vic, was handling the financing, and this error had serious consequences. We contacted the bank's indirect lending department ourselves, and they confirmed that the dealership had provided them with the wrong Social Security number. What is extremely frustrating is that instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, Vic and the dealership kept going back and forth with us, insisting that the correct information had been submitted. That directly conflicted with what the bank told us. To make matters worse, my sister's trade-in had already been sent to auction. Because of this financing error, we were essentially left with two choices: accept a significantly higher interest rate or return the vehicle, even though we had already signed the paperwork and provided everything requested. A mistake involving something as important as a Social Security number should have been caught before the financing was submitted. Vic and the finance department should have verified the information before sending the deal to the bank. What makes this experience even worse is the lack of accountability afterward. Instead of acknowledging the error and working to fix the situation, we were given conflicting explanations and left to deal with the financial consequences of their mistake. If you purchase a vehicle here, CHECK EVERYTHING. Verify your Social Security number, financing information, interest rate, lender information, and every document before signing. Do not assume the finance department has entered everything correctly. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. A mistake made by the dealership's finance department should not become the customer's financial problem. And to boot, vehicle was sold with 3 of the same tires, and 1 different tire.. causing vibrations when driving on the highway
