World class service with aloha! Misty responded literally immediately. This was the most reasonable quote too so it was looking like Mana'o would be my choice. I was swamped due to my Dad's death from cancer and my herniated disc flare up and I looked into this too late... I couldn't get a junk pickup date until the day after my last day of rent. Oh well, I figured I would just ask for another day bc there was no way I was carrying a couch out of the building, much less putting it in my car. Then, about a day later something sooner opened up and Misty reached out! Jimmy and his guy showed up the next day. On time, friendly, and no problems with directions -I have had so many problems with service providers going to the sister building on the property which doesn't have a connecting driveway without the key fob. But not this time. To top off the great experience, when I explained that I was having one of the smaller items picked up bc my dad woodworked it but it had become infested with termites and I couldn't bear to throw it in the dump myself, Jimmy offered to take a couple of other things off of my hands for me to ease the stress. This was heaven sent as I was SO burnt out and emotional at this point and running off of very little sleep.
