I have been working with Cristina for a couple of months. I am blown away by her level of skill…read moreand talent for organizing. I have had other organizers in the past. I've had good and bad experiences. She is by far the best! Here are some reasons: 1) She is a hard worker. She actually donned a hazmat suit, gloves and face mask to clean out the rat feces in my basement that were covering my items that were in storage so she could organize them for me. Are you kidding me? That takes dedication! 2) She is very decisive and plows through projects quickly. She helps me let go of things that I'm holding onto for unknown reasons. I had several boxes of moving announcements that were unused. I moved 6 years ago. I thought I should hold onto them for my next move. She asked when that would be, I had to admit that I had no plans to move in the near future. She suggested that when the time came, I might desire new moving announcements, rather than one's I'd picked out a decade ago. Out they went! 3) She makes it so easy. She is awesome at working independently. Once in a while, she just brings me a box to "yes" and "no". The 'no" items just disappear. This is great because I would get bogged down trying to re-home everything. That is not the point. I trust that she will find good places for all the items I no longer need. I don't even think about it. 4) She is very clever about how she decides to organize the keepers. She comes up with systems that equally incorporate both function and style. I could never begin to come up with these solutions. Though, when they are set in place, it make perfect sense. 5) She leaves my place immaculate. This is the best. She can tear it down and put it back together so fast. 6) She's just a cool person. She is professional. She is warm and personable. It's really fun to have her around and know that my house is going to be so orderly and neat when she is finished. I hesitate to write this review because I don't want her to get too busy to come see me;-) Though, I am doing it because she deserves all the praise and more.

This was the first time I've hired a professional organizer. So we decided that our first job was…read morethe garage. We had a preview conversation prior to the job and I sent pictures so she knew what she was getting into. We discussed the process, the fee, etc. She suggested that I get two shelfing racks and sent me a link to an inexpensive one. I ended up finding a used one on Facebook Marketplace so we were ready to go! So when the day arrived, there was Nancy, right on time. She estimated how much time it would take (and sure enough we did end the day right about at that time!). I really liked her process - we created zones that made sense based on how the space would be used (aka: baby items near the side of the car where we get the baby in/out of the car), holiday decorations in another area, etc etc. we broke down boxes, we posted some items on FB marketplace while we worked and sold and offloaded items we no longer wanted right then and there. Nancy was friendly, inquisitive and helpful. We made decisions quickly and in the end, I had one box from which I needed to make some decisions, and a box with laundry we needed to do, and everything else was labeled and in it's place. The thing that I like the most about Nancy is, while she can organize things to look Pinterest-worthy, she cared more about function, which I appreciate. There are certain areas of my home I would want to look pinterest worthy and would spend extra time and money to do so, but not the garage. I need it cleaned and organized. Easy peasy. And she gave us a system that we've been able to maintain.

Shell is a LIFESAVER!!…read more One of my resolutions is to reduce clutter and get organized. Shell came to the rescue to help me organize my life, starting with my garage. Our garage was an embarrassment, I dread opening it in case people look in. Shell and her assistant took on this project with a smile. First they took out everything from the cabinets and sorted out things according to category. They set aside items that could be trash or discards for me to review. She recommended some different size plastic bins that would fit inside the cabinets. Finally, they used the bins to organize the items and rearranged them back according to category. Finally, I don't have to spend hours looking for an item. I know exactly where to find what I'm looking for. Our garage looks much neater and I don't freak out every time it's opened. They also helped us organize a messy closet and created a storage area for our merchandise. She even made a great suggestion to reconfigure my home office to make it more efficient. Thank you Shell and team for helping me reclaim my house and my life!
