Shell is a LIFESAVER!! One of my resolutions is to reduce clutter and get organized. Shell came to the rescue to help me organize my life, starting with my garage. Our garage was an embarrassment, I dread opening it in case people look in. Shell and her assistant took on this project with a smile. First they took out everything from the cabinets and sorted out things according to category. They set aside items that could be trash or discards for me to review. She recommended some different size plastic bins that would fit inside the cabinets. Finally, they used the bins to organize the items and rearranged them back according to category. Finally, I don't have to spend hours looking for an item. I know exactly where to find what I'm looking for. Our garage looks much neater and I don't freak out every time it's opened. They also helped us organize a messy closet and created a storage area for our merchandise. She even made a great suggestion to reconfigure my home office to make it more efficient. Michelle agreed to meet with us, and she showed up 1 out of 3 times she suggested to meet. 1st meeting: no show, no phone call 2nd meeting: no show, no phone call 3rd meeting: showed and promised to email us her proposal with estimate and timeline of schedules that evening. Well, proposal never came through. We are in a crunch to complete de-cluttering & be open-house ready by 1/1/2023; in 7 days, to list our property for sale. Michelle never came through, or never heard from since the 3rd meeting. Extremely unprofessional and highly do NOT recommend. read more

I needed someone to pack our home in Huntington Beach - and we wanted it done correctly. We were concerned about letting the moving company do the packing, and we just did not have the time and energy to do it ourselves this time. Michelle with "Everything Has its Place" responded quickly and arranged an appointment to come to the house and provide an estimate for the work needed. She quickly emailed the estimate, and we started a day later. This was a 2 day job, and Michelle and her helper did not stop. I was amazed at the quality of the packing to protect valuable items, and how much went into the job. Watching them work, and the boxes piling up, I am relieved i did not try to do this myself. what took them 2 days would have taken me two weeks - and it wouldn't have been the quality of Everything Has Its Place. I look at it that I did not pay Michelle for her time. I paid Michelle for MY time - which would have been so much longer. They have the experience, talent, energy, the boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, and right tools for the job. Thank you to Michelle and her team for such a great job. This lady stole all the furnitures from me that she said she was gonna sell them for me three years ago, at some point, she told me she sold some of them and was gonna mail me the check, and she never mailed the check after we exchanging texts for couple months, she gave me so many bullshit reasons back then, now she just doesn't respond us at all, she is a fraud. We were in dire need to get organized after having our first child. Our garage was in complete disarray, with a variety of baby equipment mixed with bikes, bags, clothes, and garage stuff. We didn't have the time to do it ourselves, and we were constantly stressed whenever we drove into our garage. Then we found Michelle and her team. Michelle came over and looked not only at our garage, but other aspects of our house for storage strategies. She has the experience and knowledge to come up with a comprehensive plan within our budget. End result was a complete transformation of our garage, utilizing new overhead storing, along with existing fixtures. Other areas of our house (2 closets) were also reorganized. An unexpected service: Michelle will put things on Craigslist for you to help you clean out, and arrange for buyers. Quite nice! Only room for improvement would suggest her quotes to use Excel , instead of handwritten which were hard to decipher. Also make sure to communicate your needs for where things will end up so everybody is happy. In the end, Michelle is a dynamo that works very quickly and can make immediate improvements. Her and her team helped me organize my entire townhome over the course of a few sessions and my husband and I were very impressed. Feeling very misled! She coordinated with my fiancé for us to come by and pick up a dresser. We let her know we were interested so she went ahead and gave us the address for pick up (which was a 25 minute drive for us). Not only did She organized my entire house, she made some constructional adjustments that made such a difference in our home. I continue to use Shell on a regular basis. My experience with this company is not very pleasant. Over the phone they sounded very professional. We scheduled an appointment with them to organize my garage. Later they called me to reschedule it twice!!! This is unprofessional and frustrating!!! If they can't be organized over the phone, how can I trust them to do a job. Update , This is my first review, I don't usually post any reviews but I decided to post this time since it is very important to share with my experience and let others make a right choice . I'm in real estate business and I decided to hire a company to help stage one of my residences for sale . The reservoir was smooth everything sounded great and come to staging day Shel decided to reschedule on me , it was very unprofessional and frustrating since I had to rearrange my schedule for them specifically . I kept it cool and to try giving them second chance . What do you think happened next ? Since we rescheduled for the following day after many apologies at 7 am I trusted them and simply was waiting at the location 10 minutes before 7 am with coffee for them to start everything with good vibe BUT they never showed up . Shel texted me claiming that her transportation matter broken down and she couldn't make it today . This is very unprofessional and unacceptable I was never treated this way in my life . I do not understand why someone advertises their service and never perform it right . read more

I feel like manifested a desire to the universe and somehow Shel had a service that just blew my expectations away! I still can't believe what Shel and her team accomplished was real! I have 3 little kids and am pregnant with twins. We were facing a move and I was physically unable to help at all. In comes Shel. First, she spent 3 days decluttering my home. Then came back a few weeks later, packed my entire home up, arranged movers and unpacked all our belongings into our new home. I'm not exaggerating - our entire new kitchen was up and running on DAY 1 of our move. We comfortably slept in our new home on DAY 1! And over the course of the first week, everything was unpacked, organized and looked beautiful. Shel is amazing and even hanged all my art and photographs. When people came to visit our new home, they kept asking, "Wait, how long have you lived here??!!" Ever feel like things just have a way of piling up, and you just can't stand it any longer? In between moving into a new house, having our first baby, and celebrating holiday after holiday...I was sick and tired of this build up of a mess staring at me every single day because I was too busy taking care of everything else on a day to day basis. Shell from EHIP (Everything has it's place) was an absolute lifesaver!!! I was moving after 12 years and downsizing from a house to an apartment and move included a stop to storage unit. I found Shell 2 days before I was scheduled to move, my only regret is I didn't find her sooner!!! Her services would have handled my move entirely from selecting the best moving company and all coordination and taken so much of the stress and logistics off me! In the end she corrected many problems the movers I had already selected ended up having. They did not pack truck correctly and were saying I needed to do 2 trips. Shell stopped the clock on their dime for them to correct their inefficiencies. She was firm and professional with them and they knew not to even attempt to pull one over on her or me and learned quickly to do what needed to be done! This is her business and she takes very good care of her client's interests. She was worth every penny in gold! I also used her packing services one day prior. Again my only regret is I didn't find her and these services she provided sooner!!! I thought I had this move on my own, and it was borderline disaster...
