The salon is very nice however service is very slow. The woman that did my shellac manicure was slow, yes, but I left feeling good about the results of my hands. In regard to the pedicure, it wasn't my favorite. They have a menu to select the type of pedicure you want (classic up charge scheme) . Unfortunately even though every pedicure on the menu has a description including a massage, the woman giving me a pedicure didn't give me a massage, she just wrapped my legs and feet in warm towels. It was also just far from relaxing, every time she would dry or wipe my feet with the towel, it was with excessive force. So in conclusion, great for manicures however I dont recommend a pedicure here. read more

Hannah is the best nail tech I've ever had! She's kind, detail-oriented and very talented! The attention to detail here is top notch to the point that they'll compare the nails on each finger on both hands to make sure they look identical. They place nice peaceful music while they work and have a great selection of colors in dip. read more

Hannah is amazing! She does phenomenal work EVERY time! I won't go anywhere else. I've always found the staff to be accommodating to my crazy schedule. They always do their best to squeeze me, often times they have stayed well passed their closing time to provide service. Now that's customer service!!! read more

So glad I went here. Been looking for a new manicurist and they are the best around. Tried several others and was so disappointed. Not here. Excellent service read more

The employees constantly talk in Vietnamese and are not friendly. You spend $75 you expect friendly employees and communication.

Not a good experience at all. Be Aware. When I shared with the owner of Mi Spa nails, that I'd had not received the services that are described in the pedicure that I was about to pay for she was dismissive and rude and dishonest she said that every time I come, I complain which is not true, but I have had to address a couple of things for example one time I came. My appointment was at 2pm and I did not leave there till they were about to close afyer 6pm. I was there well over four hours because they waited on the white customers Ahead of me although I have been there several hours before the other customers were coming. Additionally, I pay well over 100+ dollars every time I go and I go once a month and somehow me wanting to address concerns that I have was not received well. There are racist & implicit bias behaviors evident. African Americans are treated differently. Be aware. read more

Updating my review to take a star off- they either need to hire more staff, work on their timing, or schedule appointments more appropriately. As I'm waiting here at almost 6 for my 5:30 appointment, two other ladies had came in for a 5:30 appointment too and already walked out. read more

I got my nails done here the first time and it was good, lasted longer than I anticipated so I tried it again for the second time. Both thumb nails started to chip by day 7. I had only a fraction of the dip polish on my right thumb nail by then end of day 8. I went in to have it fixed and I did not care if I had to pay for it or not, I just wanted my nail to look good for work the next day and I was told that they were fully booked and not able to fix the one nail that looked really bad from the rest that day. I asked them if they could just take the polish off on the right thumb nail so I don't have to walk around with it looking like that and again, I was told no, that they are fully booked and can't take the polish off that one thumb nail. I am definitely not going back there because if I have to deal with the inconvenience of taking time out of my busy to return to a nail salon to fix a chip, I should be accommodated to fix that chip especially when they pushed the dip polish on me telling me it last longer and should last me at least two weeks. I didn't even get a week out of it. read more

Everything! I have given this shop many chances and today was the last straw. I will not return. The saving grace is there must be 10 places up and down Baldwin alone. I only came today because my shop 9inch nails is closed on Sunday. I had an appointment and was 20 minutes late. You that much grace for a doctor's appointment or hairdresser. The shop was not crowded. She quickly told me I was late and they could not do my nails. I have had appointments in this shop and still had to wait. The app does not work so they want you to call. The last time I had an appointment I honestly waited an hour. I have had chipped nails in a week and watched as people have come back for repairs. I HAD to stop getting my brows done because of poor job done. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! I will NOT return. I read another review about the bias towards African Americans and now it all makes sense. How are 15 minutes late for an appointment at noon, shop pretty empty and not offered a later appointment or even for another day. I get it now!!!!!!!! It amazes me how a person of color can mistreat another person of color, actually sad read more

DO NOT go to this place to get your nails done. I don't even want to give it one star. Terrible work. Cut into my cuticles and made them bleed. Not apologetic about it. Workers are not friendly and don't really understand. They painted my nails with the wrong nail polish and charged me an extra $5 to change the color. Also charged $15 (regular price for full hand) to take off 5 acrylics after they grew out and again drilled into my cuticles. read more

I loved going there to get nails and toes done. I all of them were over the top nice and even stayed 40-50 minutes after closing time to finish up my sister', mom's, and my nails. I loved the calming music they had on and their sense of humor was over the top. They had on tv shows on and there vibe was the best. 10 out of 10 recommend. Please go here if your in the area! read more

This is the third time I've made an appointment at this salon and walked out because I've waited over a half hour for my nails to get done. My time is important also. read more

DO. NOT. EVER. GO. HERE. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I had an appointment at 4:45pm, by 6:15pm they had still NOT EVEN STARTED my nails and took 6 PEOPLE ahead of me and started their nails. I asked multiple times when someone was going to start and every time I asked, someone said, "soon." A lady came up to me and said she would be, "right back," and start my nails then. 30 minutes later she had STILL NOT returned and I left at 6:20pm with NO ONE even sitting down in a chair across from me to attempt to start my nails. Extremely DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior from staff. When I got up to leave, and told the nail lady next to me (who was doing someone's nails who came in AN HOUR AFTER me), why I was leaving, she just stared at me and said nothing. I have never left a bad review for anything ever before but I am so upset and angry at what occurred I wanted to share and warn others. read more

Good I like it a lot and they are super nice I would love to come back and do it all over again and they are clean as well
