Burgers are smash style which allow for the crispy edges although smaller in overall volume. Thoughts/Review: 4.2/5 starts in my opinion. I would be interested in returning. I purchased the double patty Louie burger that included cheese and caramelized onions. Soft style brioche buns and smash burgers were delicious and well cooked. Definitely checks all boxes when it comes to the cravings that come with the desired smash burger. Unfortunately, was slightly greasy but that's expected with this style. When I entered and informed a young female employee named Joycelyn (or Jocelyn) that I was there to pick up an order, she responded with clear nonchalance and dismissiveness, telling me, "You can wait on line with the rest of the people waiting." Immediately after, she and another employee began laughing. I also heard her mumble under her breath to her coworker, "what the f***." This behavior was shocking and completely inconsistent with the standard of friendliness and respect that Chick-fil-A is known for. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was observing her treat another Spanish-speaking customer immediately after me with noticeably more care, patience, and consideration. As a Black man, this interaction was surprising and disappointing. Regardless of intent, the lack of professionalism and respect was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and provides additional training, because this experience does not reflect the brand values Chick-fil-A promotes.
