The owners are always super kind and give amazing customer service. For WA, one of my go to places to get Korean Chinese Food. Portion size is amazing. Everything tastes really good here! It is in the Hmart food court! There's lots of parking at the hmart.

Great food; great customer service. Please go check them out!

Great foot and great customer service! Please go check them out! I wish I live closer but it's always worth the drive.

Hits the spot for jajjangmyeon and tangsuyuk! Bf and I were feeling hungry on our errands day. We decided to check the food court before wrapping up our grocery haul for the week at H-Mart. The food court has a number of solid choices. We landed on Malri Hyang as noodles are usually a safe bet. The traditional jajjangmyeon was delicious - savory and earthy. A bit sweet for my taste but the bf said it was good, and he's usually even more against sweet than me. I preferred his - he got the yuk (ground pork) jajjangmyeon which had a richer savory taste than mine. The tangsuyuk was good. The pork was fried crispy with a light batter. The sauce was also on the sweeter side but nonetheless hit the spot for this classic k-drama combo. Had the jajjangmyeon sauce been less sweet, the pairing would have been perfect. Just fell a bit flat for me because both were on the sweeter side. Service was quick and both the ahjusshi and ahjumma were really nice! And portions are hefty! My bf and I were still full a good 8 hrs later. The area is clean, and while it is a food court, water and tea cups are available gratis. Overall, a good spot for jajjangmyeon when the craving hits!

We were out getting some errands done and stopped at Hmart to get a few things. We quickly realized we were shopping while hungry (a bad combo). We got what we originally came for, grabbed some banchan, and headed to the food court. We were out later than we realized and there were only a couple restaurants left open so we decided on Malri Hyang. My husband ordered the Orange Chicken for us. After about 10 minutes, our food came out and we started eating. The chicken was hot and perfectly crispy! It also came with a side of rice. I will say the sauce was a bit oily and slightly lacking flavor. Honestly, it also seemed a bit overpriced at $25 but overall it was good. After looking at others pictures here, I'd definitely like to come back and try some of the other dishes.

Ordered their highly recommended Jajang Myeon and the sauce was too plain, tasted just like sticky soy sauce.

I don't get all the bad reviews. I really liked this place. I mean it's in a food court for heavens sake. As I looked around at their choices, I saw that this place had the longest line. I went there. The service was whatever. The lady working the register was alone taking all our orders quickly. She didn't have time to kiss our butts cause she was working her own off. I loved that they had combo choices so I got the back bean noodles with sweet and sour pork. I didn't expect it to be so good. The sweet n Sour pork was very crispy, fried perfectly and not bogged down by an overly sweet and thick sauce. It's enough food for two people, but I ate it all like a beast. I don't work far from Lynnwood so I will be back. Every bite was just delightful.

I recently ordered from here and everything was good. My thoughts on the food... Giant dumplings: steamed well, flavor was 3/5 Black bean noodles: noodles and sauce was delicious. Sweet and sour pork: crispy, always ask for sauce on the side unless you like soggy pork. Kampoongkee chicken: ask for sauce on the side or it will be soggy, but taste was good. The portions were pretty good and I was able to feed 4 people with leftovers. :)

I came here to eat lunch while visiting my mom in Washington. Literally the best Jajong Myeon and Sweet & Sour Pork I've had in years! Noodles were cooked perfect and the sauce on the pork wasn't too sweet. Super delicious and it made my shopping trip at H Mart more enjoyable. Eating here again on my next shopping run before I go!

I love everything; perhaps the octopus could be cooked a little longer to tenderize more. I love the crunchiness from it, and the crunchiness from the black mushroom too. Maybe the chef can find a way to achieve just enough tenderness while still being crunchy, which would be perfect. Another thing, my bowl looks burned on the edges. Kudos to all staff! They can accommodate big groups, as they had 2 different large groups at the same time, but those took up a lot of tables because the restaurant isn't that spacious. The combos are a good option if you have people to share with and/or multiple people are hungry. The portions are enough for more than one meal, and the prices reflect that. We ordered boiled dumplings and the friends combo A with jajung, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk (M). The bowls of jajung and jjamppong are huge, but I didn't notice any meat in the jajung. The jajung was basically noodles, brown sauce, and onions. It was tasty, but disappointing that it looked and tasted vegetarian. The jjamppong was tasty because it was garlicky and slightly spicy. I was surprised to see the boiled dumplings were basically tiny wontons in clear broth. They need to update their menu description because I was expecting dry and regular sized dumplings. The tangsuyuk was very crispy, and I'm glad they served the goopy sauce separately.

I ordered the cabbage and pork potstickers, the Dandan noodles, a beef pancake roll, the veggie, egg and shrimp potstickers, and finally the lamb with onion potstickers and one coca-cola (yes, all of this was for me, don't judge). First, the beef pancake roll was AMAZING!!! It's a super simple item, the pancake was crispy and soft, wrapped around some lettuce and flavourful beef. This is a must order. The potstickers were all fantastic. Warm, pillowy pockets full of veggies and protein. The cabbage and pork were my favourites. Finally, the Dandan noodles. These noodles were covered with beef and sauce that had just a whisper of peanut butter. So simple but yummy! This place serves up some delicious food!

It is their specialty and they do it well, from the skin to the fillings. In my opinion, they are much better than dough zone. However, their pot stickers, steamed, and boiled ones, are all the same type, so be aware not to order too many dumplings, mix in some noodle or pancakes dishes to avoid one note. My only complaint to the menu is they don't offer much wide veggie dishes. The only thing is the cucumber salad, which is only a ok dish.

I've been aware of the Seattle location because of the cute name, like mountain bao, but never visited. Lynnwood (Mill Creek) area is a bit more convenient, so decided to stop by. Kind service, mainly taking orders and dropping off food, but was pleasant. Green Beans - solid green beans! No meat but stir fried well. A bit pricey but a solid shareable portion. I'd love a version with some meat but I can appreciate being vegetarian friendly. Pan Fried Pork Bao - sadly no soup in this pan fried bao. I think there was too much bread because everything was very doughy while the actual pork was tiny in comparison. If there was more meat then maybe the extra large dough would be okay. On the bright side I guess this is a filling item with the carbs. Xiaolongbao - Unfortunately, 2 out of 8 XLB were ripped and the soup spilled in the steamer. Those ones were extremely sad and disappointing. However, even the remaining 6 XLB didn't have that much soup. I would skip the XLB here which sucks because the place literally has bao in the name. Shu Mai - tasty, hearty, comfy, and satisfies the craving perfectly. Large and scrumptious, as delicious as any dim sum spot. Highly recommend because I was shocked, not expecting much.
