Small location, friendly staff, tasty product but in the future I'll just go to the store and save money d.i.y style

I heard about Fluff It Marshmallows while watching the cooking channel/Unique Sweets. This show features amazing sweets from all over the U.S. Today they were in Arizona. In Gilbert to be exact. In the very near future, my family will be attending a wedding out in Gilbert. Since coming from Surprise, we usually spend the night, and drive home in the morning. The morning after the wedding celebration, we plan to stop at Fluff It. read more

We tasted these amazing treats at a Cowboy night at Silverleaf. We could not wait to see where they came from, so we drove to Gilbert to see the store. Wow! It was worth the drive. It's an adorable store, with wonderful, helpful employees. The shop offers unique and delicious marshmallow taste treats! So much fun to create your own S'Mores. We left with bags of packaged Mallow Pies (which we tried on the way home---oh my! YUMMY) and bought some boxes of marshmallows in various flavors to give as gifts. We know this little shop is going to find new places to open all over the valley and we wouldn't be surprised if they go nationwide! Can't wait to try S'MORE of their home-made delights soon! read more

This was a random find and so worth it!! Delish! I had The Grasshopper and it did not disappoint!

This place is great, very personable staff and great smores! Would definitely recommend their treats for families. 10/10

Awesome. Saw this place driving by in Gilbert Rd. Beyond violates all diet plans but it is worth it. I will work off the calories tomorrow. Will definitely be back. read more

Awesome dessert! Just too big of marshmallows... Couldn't finish the whole thing. Not for me, but definitely for all you marshmallow lovers!

Best marshmallows ever! The have a huge selection of flavors and even helped with a company event.

Fluff It is a great place to stop at if you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth. The smores bar takes smores to a new level. I've tried the birthday cake and the coconut macaroon smores so far and neither disappointed! Grab a bag of "fluffs" to go for yourself or a friend. I recommend the banana split. :) read more

Super cute innovative idea! The creativity is endless! There are so many yummy flavors to try, you just have to keep going back for more. They also do custom orders if you have a special event or holiday coming up! Sweet!!! read more

Super duper YUMMY and creative. Love visiting and watch the creations customers order.

So many great flavors, only problem is wanting to try them all! And owners are so incredibly friendly. They will make custom items for events as well. read more

I find this place very creative and good for kids but most of the marshmallow products are very nasty and weird tasting! Some stuff there gives me a headache and sick from so much sugar that they add! I don't recommend this for dessert AT ALL! Dairy Queen or McDonald's desserts are 10 times better read more

Wow, just wow. We arrived 10 min after opening and the line was out the door. That Insider video really made this business take off. The smores bowls are fantastic...we enjoyed the birthday cake and Samoa and picked up a pack of cotton candy marshmallows to take home. A bit of a drive for us but definitely worth it and worth the wait. Go there now. Enjoy!! read more

Best hidden secret in Gilbert (thank goodness they're just out of downtown or I would never be able to get in!) Awesome, Delicious, Fluffiness that makes the mouth water...partner that with friendly gals making your treats and it's a winning combo. You won't be mad you Fluffed It! read more

Best marshmallows ever! I first happened upon Fluff It through social media. I found it is wasn't that far away so my family and I made the trip.... I am so glad we did. Their marshmallows are amazing. If you have a sweet tooth and like marshmallows this is the place for you. Their smores bowl are amazing. I love the homemade Graham cracker bowl that you can get them in. Along with their amazing Smores bowls they have the most amazing frozen hot chocolate that you get with a big helping of their homemade marshmallow fluff on top. The shop is adorable. They have recently expanded their space, and it is so nice. The staff is awesome. They are so nice, attentive and thoughtful. They will remember you if you come in often. The staff is very attentive to their customers, but not overbearing. Overall, if you are looking for a unique place with incredible staff and homemade marshmallows this is the place for you! read more

Omg seriously?!?!?! This place is freaking delish! The cashiers were awesome and very helpful when deciding which smore dish to choose from with their great selections :) great idea for a business! Will surly be back read more

Wouldn't let us use the free marshmallow pop offer on yelp said we had to purchase an item to get a pop?? sneaky very sneaky. False advertisement should not be used to get people to come in to an establishment. Then attack the customer when asking to use the offer. It said free with purchase, then tell them you can't use it the offer after you pay? And get mad at them after??? Unfriendly! read more

I placed an online order to be delivered to Philadelphia. Everything arrived perfectly. If you have a chance, follow them on Instagram. You get to see how the actual mallows are made when the owner goes live and answers questions. I'm definitely planning on stopping by when I'm in the area for spring training! read more

This place was 'fun' for a date but definitely didn't live up to the reviews we had read about it. The atmosphere was nice, but the food wasn't that good. It's a fun, unique place to go for a date..if you're into that. read more

Fun, friendly and sweet. My wife loves this place for all the right reasons.

Coconut marshmallows rock!! This place is great and the ladies couldn't be sweeter!! :)

My husband and I went last weekend. It was wonderful! The atmosphere is very cute and cozy and the marshmallows are amazing!!! They really are so fluffy and delicious! Best part is they don't leave that icky chemical after taste in your mouth! We will be back! read more

Awesome!!! A bit on the sweet side but still awesome! If you go make sure to try their mango drink and always get their mallows toasted regular! read more

Amazing take home marshmallows and friendly service, but the toasted marshmallows in the graham cracker bowls were a bit hard to eat bc they were too stiff when toasted medium, but too burnt and still not melty enough when toasted longer. I would defintely get their take home marshmallows for myself and friends, but personally pass on the in store toasted dessert. read more

This is a really fun and unique place. Tried several items. All yummy. Looking forward to coming back my next trip to Gilbert.

We are new to Gilbert and happened to find this little gem. We love the packaged marshmallows, they are a special treat. We have tried the Smores bowls and they are great but they are sweet as others have remarked as well. But since we are talking about marshmallows that is to be expected :) We share one and it is perfect! read more

Well I called fluff for first time today. The lady answered a few of my questions but when i tried to place an actual order for this weekend (3 days away), she told me she would call me back because she had to run to the grocery store to buy candy....didnt call me back. I can understand if they didn't want to take my order right before close but it was still open for another 2 hours. You would think a paying customer would take priority over running an errand, especially a first time customer for a new business. So I can't review it since I didn't get to taste anything but not impressed with the customer Service so far. I don't like to say negative things about a new business but I felt like they blew me off. Didn't even take my name. Two stars for customer service. But im sure the marshmallows would have been delicious. read more

I let my son pick out one box of gourmet marshmallows to add to the few we gifted my mom. His selection, cotton candy, was our favorite!

I've been here at least 10 times and around 6 since June alone when my family moved to Phoenix. I love the atmosphere and love the treats, all of them really. Unfortunately I had extremely poor service tonight and although I love supporting local business, customer service is everything and I may choose to not return based upon the unfriendly feeling I experienced today alone. read more

So good and yummy! I got the smorezilla and it was delicious. Highly suggest everyone try this place you won't regret it they really show how good marshmallows can be. read more

I went only for the edible dough, and it is delicious. Not overwhelmingly sweet, but perfect if you crave it. Definitely a must have, & the service is friendly. They will tell you when their batch was made, to ensure that you have the best experience possible. read more
