First time here. My wife and I had a Samoa S'mores and a German Chocolate S'mores. They were out of graham cracker bowls so they place everything between two chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were really hard. So I took one off the top and kept the bottom cookie to help hold the desert. You can't cut into the marshmallow with a fork so it's all hands and mess, but not too bad. Also the marshmallows taste burnt, which I'm sure some like, but my preference is melty/gooey without being burnt. All in all it was a good desert. The cost for each S'mores was around $5. If you check in on Yelp they give you a free marshmallow pop - that was nice. read more

A little on the pricy side so it will pretty much be a rare treat for me and they were out of almonds which is a key ingredient in one of their main items but what I got instead was still good. The big problem is there are so many things that look look so good that you'll have a hard time choosing. I got one smore, one little tiny sampler of the cookie dough marshmallows, and one of the mint marshmallows to try and it really only amounted to just a few bites for all three items and by the time tax and a tip was added my total was over $20! For that price I could get 6 months worth of regular smores ingredients at the store. It's fine as a treat or if you're just getting one thing but can definitely get a bit spendy. read more

So this is definitely our new favorite place for treats in Gilbert! We needed a little fresh air so we drove downtown to check out Toasted Mallow after seeing they are offering curbside ordering. Not getting 3 kids out of the car is a win in my book any day, but especially right now. The staff were so sweet, they were patient while my children tried to decide what they wanted and while they learned to use their new curbside ordering process. We hung out in the car while they made them and brought them out. The shakes were delicious! We had a frozen hot chocolate, Cookie Monster, birthday cake and mint Oreo. I also grabbed two s'mores cups to try later. The staff even brought a little extra surprise out with our order to brighten our day during this stressful time of social distancing at home with 3 kids! Such a kind gesture. Toasted Mallow is one of our absolute favorite places to go to for a special treat! What is better than homemade marshmallows.....NOTHING!! The staff is always smiling and the owner always greets you with a smile! The decor in the store is cute and simple but the marshmallow smell is absolutely the best! Marshmallows! These soft, pillowy sweet confections are one of my all-time favorite splurges. I love everything about marshmallows. The way they smell, their velvety touch, the decadent squish between your teeth.... I became a fan of toasted mallow & Trish years ago when I stumbled then through IG. After a few months, I placed an order of whipped mallow and a variety of marshmallows. Since then, I'm even more addicted & have visited the shop, met Trish & continue to place orders to support this awesome, female run business. My favorites include vanilla, strawberry banana, horchata and unicorn marshmallows. If you visit the shop & like coffee, ask for an iced coffee topped with fluff. It was AWESOME! The fruity pebble marshmallow treats are to die for and you can't miss out on the snow woman hot cocoa topper marshmallows. (The "charcoal eyes/mouth & carrot" melt to the bottom for a sweet treat finish!) I love this company. Customer service is outstanding. I try to tune into as many live feeds as I can. Ahh, toasted mallow. I have been frequenting this place since it went by the name "Fluff It" and before their expansion. It's very cutely decorated with the rustic modern look and a few tables and high tops. They have a really cool S'mores bar where you can create your own "marshmallow bowl" or choose from a signature creation. Think of a s'mores but in a bowl form. The bowl is made of graham cracker where it is then coated with a chocolate and stuffed with big marshmallow squares, and toasted to your liking, then topped with more chocolate drizzle and toppings. There's quite few to choose from so there's something for everyone! If you're in a hurry and can't go for the s'mores bar, you can purchase a variety of flavored marshmallows, which come in a pack of 4, and they're a great size! Or pick up some edible cookie dough in a jar!! That's my favorite! And it's even topped with their homemade mallow fluff. Holy heaven!! They have Peanut butter cookie dough, birthday cake and chocolate chip!!! And it gets even better!! They have cold brew and other sweet drinks for non coffee drinkers!!! I've tried quite a few flavors on the menu but my personal NEW favorite is the BUTTERBEER!!! But it's only for July. Why?!! Please don't torture us (cry face) I went in yesterday with my 3 kids, and we got Unicorn drink, Frozen hot chocolate & Butterbeer. I really needed something with coffee, & they usually don't do Butterbeer with coffee, but they were very accommodating. And OH MY GOSH. It was soooo good!! It was like heaven in a cup! I originally went for Sweet Daddy Cupcakes (google said it was in Gilbert) After following GPS only to see toasted mallow I was upset because I wanted cupcakes but my mom said we should just check it out. I must say , I am soo happy I decided to go in. They were AMAZING ! They do serve sweet daddy cupcakes and a variety of other treats. :) Y'all , I wanted to get 1 of everything!!! Like they have so many different flavors. To be somewhat civilized, I got a box of cupcakes ,oatmeal creme pie , happy unbirthday (for later) and purple pretty unicorn drink. The cupcakes and creme pie was BOMB ! The drink wasn't too sweet but it tasted oh so goood tooo. This place is a sweet tooth's dream! I have been here a couple times in the last year or so and it never disappoints. The cookie dough fluff is hard to stop eating once you start, especially the birthday cake flavor. I love that they top their drinks with their yummy fluff. And if you go on a Tuesday the price can't be beat ($2 drinks every Tuesday)! Today I had a seasonal drink, The Grinch, and OMG! They should have this one year round! Soooooo good!! Sometimes, I really wish I lived in Arizona so I could be closer to this place. Not only have they built their business from the ground up, but their products are high-quality and stay fresh for at least 2 weeks from when you receive them (if they last that long, ha!). Alas, I'm limited to the website, but have tried almost all their products (stuffed marshmallows, dipped marshmallows, fluff, and chocolates made with marshmallows). You can never have too much of a good thing. Lastly, they only charge $5 for shipping, which is a huge plus, considering some of the outrageous shipping costs some businesses are charging, which unfairly punishes the consumer. read more

Someone asked me to stop by and pick some things up for them...I personally, have never heard of such a place. Immediately upon entering, there was a nice lady that greeted me and offer an explanation of their service bar and items around the store. It's a small store front with about 3-4 tables, but the place is very nicely kept and inviting. You can definitely smell the sugar and the star attraction of this place. I purchased the items requested and bought a Raspberry mud type pie and that was simply to die for and I don't eat sweets regularly. They have a large assortment of flavored marshmallows and various types of novelty treats. But I will definitely be back to shop from time to time and may even try their service bar. I first heard about this place on Facebook while living in California. In December I placed an online order for various items. My kids LOVED the hot cocoa marshmallow toppers and I hid the marshmallow caramel cups in my closet so nobody else would eat them. When we took a trip to AZ in February I knew I had to stop here. This place was amazing. I bought the Pretty Unicorn s'more, which is a season flavor. It tasted like sugary heaven. While it had cotton candy, frosting, and sprinkles it was not too sweet. One was filling enough but I also bought some marshmallows to go. The service was excellent as well. As soon as my grandparents and I walked in the door we were greeted and made to feel welcome.
