hubs and i had a fun time shopping at wild bill's. raymond gave us the western boots 101 and to…read moreadd to the fun, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are complimentary. he was patient with us and showed us options that fit what we were looking for. hubs was able to quickly find a pair of boots he liked. everything is on display, there are no back stock so if there are things you like in your size, you're in luck. it seems it's difficult for them to quickly find the original boxes for the boots so he ended up getting a random womens boots box with his purchase for storage. no biggie. the store is split into mens footwear on the left including a custom hat bar, womens footear to the right, and clothing in the middle and back, with some selections for children. wild bills is a great place to start if you're looking to get some western wear as souvies!

I recently purchased a straw Stetson for summer but wanted another straw option with a wide brim. I chose a Mexican palm Charlie Horse. I love this brand and Lainey's collab with them. The price point on this brand is always very friendly and you can grab several for the price of other hats. Service was exceptional. Very very cute store with such an impressive selection. I love all their hat accessories and jazzed up even a simple straw hat with a couple cute little additions. They do branding, have a ton of bands, ribbons and more. Such a fun stop. Highly recommend! Poor customer service. Bought a relatively cheap felt hat for $175. Or at least they act like $175…read moreis super cheap. The hat was white and it arrived with a stain on the top and the white was as if it had been sprayed painted and I couldn't touch it without the white getting all over everything. Some transfer has been known to happen but this way crazy. The day it was received I sent a picture clearly showing the larger stained in the tip where the hat was discolored. Almost like a clear oil stain. Their response was literally well there is nothing we can do. Not hey we are sorry we can help get you a replacement. Not hey don't worry you can return the hat for zero shipping and we can t get a new hat ordered. Nope. For the price you can literally buy a hat if this quality online for 1/4 or less of price. Given their attitude, lack of service and poor price to quality I ended up just buying a hat with a competitor and I couldn't be happier.

One side of my brim is way more relaxed than the other side, the curve of the hay is off centered. From the back one side is significantly higher than the other side.
