Just like the straw I got, I have been admiring the handywork of the hat shapers there. I took a risk by ordering an unconventional color but the green looks great in different lighting and compliments just about every shirt I wear with it. Depending on the lighting it looks between gray, black, and green. A versatile and good looking hat that I plan on keeping for a while. American Hats for whatever reason tend to run small in felts, so order the next size up that you would wear with the straw. These hats ain't cheap so be prepared to drop quite a bit of money. Consider it an investment well worth the price.

I recently purchased a straw Stetson for summer but wanted another straw option with a wide brim. I chose a Mexican palm Charlie Horse. I love this brand and Lainey's collab with them. The price point on this brand is always very friendly and you can grab several for the price of other hats. Service was exceptional. Very very cute store with such an impressive selection. I love all their hat accessories and jazzed up even a simple straw hat with a couple cute little additions. They do branding, have a ton of bands, ribbons and more. Such a fun stop. Highly recommend! I went to the hat shaping queen herself, Bailey, and gave her my best attempt at explaining what I wanted. I'm honestly surprised she didn't need a translator for what I was trying to describe, but within about 20 minutes it was exactly how I pictured. Even with me asking what were probably some dumb questions, she only gave me a smile and a clear explanation every time. I can't say Teskey's is my all-around favorite shop, but Bailey is my favorite hat shaper -- so this is where I'll be getting my hats suppose. Pizza out side smelled pretty good too.

They have a decent selection of boots and hats for both children and adults. They also have a limited but impressive selection of shirts, accessories, and western wear. The customer service is excellent. The minute you walk in the door they are ready to help you find whatever you are looking for. My only disappointment is that I was expecting the prices to be at least 25% less than Cavender's. They are a little strip mall store but this does not mean they pass lower prices on to you.

We just spent $1,500 in this store today, 3 pairs of boots and 6 pairs of jeans. There were 3 women…read morethat helped us that were super sweet, not sure what one of their names were but she was wearing a pink blouse, the other 2 employees were Lirin and Daisy! Those 3 women were super helpful. On the other hand 2 women working there, Kenley I think was one of their names and possibly a manager, maybe by the name of Lauren, wearing a blue blouse were terrible. They were super rude, making rude comments under their breath. When Daisy and Lirin had asked for help creating a "webb order," Kenley said "what do you want me to do about it" and then said "b*tvh" under her breath as she walked away. When the two young women asked for assistance from the manager she had a horrible attitude walking up. Lirin was unsure how to properly create our order and the manager was not happy about having to help. The whole environment felt very intense. (The manager, maybe Lauren, was very rude to Lirin. She was upset that Lirin did not know how to create the order but offered hardly any assistance in making the process easy and fast.) Only leaving 3 stars due to the atmosphere. Lirin, Daisy, and the women in the pink blouse were amazing!
