Ordered takeout though they're not the closest Thai place to me, but they offer pad woon sen which our family loves! Not many Thai places offer woon sen now. We also love their pad see ew and apps. The food is heavier in flavor than I'd like, but then I know that's what most Americans expect of Thai food. I had to drink a lot of water after. Portion's good, and the food quality is consistent. I'll keep ordering from them. read more

Wanted to like this place, but during my second time ordering from them I found out that they do not honor their bogo specials they have posted on ubereats. Despite trying to speak with them over the phone about the promotion, they refused to honor the bogo special posted online. Additionally they got my order completely wrong and gave me shrimp wontons instead of chicken--I'm cannot eat shrimp and the basil was also incorrect because instead of ground chicken they put dry chicken pieces. I would have chosen a different food option had they told me they were not going to honor the buy one get one free special. I think this is really poor customer service to refuse to honor a promotion they listed despite my calling them and ubereats calling them, even though they had not yet finished preparing my order. This is the last time I will be ordering from this restaurant. read more

Amazing ambiance, cute small place. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas. I love how they are very welcoming and the service is very fast. I haven't actually dinned here but I always take it to go. I love their Thai ice tea and coffee. I just wish it was little less sweet lol. Their friends rice are always great. Ordered takeout from MaliNee last night and it was pretty average - some dishes below. Ordered the Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao along with the beef mammasan bao buns and the chicken satay. Honestly, the bao buns were probably the best dish. The chicken satay was extremely dry, the Pad Thai didn't taste like Pad Thai at all and the Pad Kee Mao was unlike any Pad Kee Mao I've ever had. I'm not sure if it was an off night, but I was not impressed at all. I want to say I'll give it another shot, but I probably won't. read more

First of all, the food here is solid and authentic. Pad See Ew hit the spot and the Basil fried rice was rich and flavorful, and both portions were enough for leftovers. Thai iced tea was a bit on the sweeter side, but still good. read more

After a local favorite Thai spot shut down and relocated to Queens, my coworkers, and I have been on a quest to find our new favorite spot. We tried a couple locations in the neighborhood, but ultimately found this place to be all around quite good. The food was yummy and left us feeling full. I got a basil fried rice with shrimp with a side of vegetable dumplings that I enjoyed. My only feedback would be that I am really not a shrimp tail on kind of person (personal preference). I would actually try to go eat at this place in person to see how the vegetable dumplings would taste if they were fresh, as they were a little gooey and stuck to the delivery tinfoil. My other piece of feedback is that they could inspect the the labels are right on their food because me calling and I almost ate each other's food by accident because they miss labeled it. Their beef stew is to die for. One of a kind dish that so far I have only seen them make it. I'm certain this is the same place that was Malii before but during covid had to shut down and now they are back with a new name. Welcome back and thank you for coming back. I've never been in physically to the location so can't comment on some of the petty complaints others have posted but as far as food flavor is concerned I've never had a disappointing experience. I know UP THAI seems to be the place most like to go but I prefer Malinee over their food that at this point UP THAI is overrated and just cashing in on the name, that they once made on true quality service and food. As for the dog issue I read in one comment " GET OVER IT"! It's ass is probably leaner than your face. You have no idea what that dogs role is for the person or how it might be keeping a lonely personal alive and giving company. A person in that condition shouldn't have to give a fuck that you think. If the dog isn't doing anything to you then its your issue! Don't like it then get out, or put your money where your mouth is and sue them. But I bet you don't have those kind of balls? Just the kind to flab gums and complain. The next time you have your ass on a subway seat think twice. I don't agree with dogs everywhere but the humanitarian rule always should be if its not endangering your life immediately or misbehaving just move on! A smile to someone like that might just give them a reason to look forward that day and live. Also don't forget where you're living. YOUR IN NYC. It's a beautiful city with so much to offer. But it has it's own rules and issues. You can't love the city and not realize some things come with being in this city. Again, if these things about the city annoy you then move to the country. You'll find something else there to bitch about. I haven't looked at the bogo deal on their site but that is something if its posted that they should honor. Unless it was an old deal and being a small business they just haven't gotten anything to change it. But you should call and confirm first if thats a deal you real want and make sure it will be honored. These are small business that are usually not up to date on their site, and in person might have some communication issues. Try their beef stew! read more

Got the Pad-See-Ew with chicken and added mixed veggies for $2. It's one of my fav Pad See Ews in the city, super flavorful and saucy. Also uber eats has BOGO which is a huge plus. The duck buns were fine, I've had better but still would get them again. I've gotten the scallion pancakes in the past those are fire. read more

The staff member did not say one word to the person, just proceeded to take their order. I have loved this place from the day it's been open , and because it is in the neighborhood but I won't be wasting my time here . The food is consistent and good. They also have a great 2 for 1 delivery deal that is actually good. Many of the 2 for 1 deals the restaurant gives you either a very small portion or they skimp on the protein. This place gives you a proper portion and serving. The pork belly is delicious, larb. I've ordered the lunch specials a few times and their food is consistent. You can't go wrong with the pad kee mao or the pad see ew; for appetizers, I recommend the chive rice cake or the taro crunch. The lunch special comes with a small salad too so definitely a good deal! read more

I order takeout from here almost once a week and have never had a problem. Reliable, consistent, and delicious food. It's not gourmet by any means but I always enjoy it and frequently crave it and that's all I can ask for for a regular takeout place. Love the pad see ew and pad thai! read more

Order online, via their app or in person at a kiosk and food takes about 10-30 minutes to be ready depending on the time of day. Food is made to order and ingredients are fresh. Walking into this location kiosks and single non-gender restroom are to the back left, pickup shelves and counter to the back right, and about a dozen seats to the immediate right. We went with a couple of my tried and true options here: - chicken souvlaki and avocado open face pits sandwich from Yasas $14.20: comes with grilled chicken chunks, tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper, feta, avocado, romaine, hummus, eggplant spread, and crispy shallots, on a warm fluffy pita. Kinda like a Mediterranean flatbread covered with lots of toppings. Generally speaking since there are many cuisines coming out of the same kitchen, feels like there are items used across recipes where some dishes may have ingredients and flavors that work better with other dishes. For example I've tried poke once from Hanu Poke and it tasted kinda like a salad from Royal Greens with chunks of not-quite-made-for-poke-cuts of salmon added. I ordered from the website and received a slight discount which I was happy about. It took a few minutes for my order to be prepared but once I got it, man was it worth it. I ordered the mild Tom Yum noodle soup OMG! It was so flavorful and it has chicken filled dumplings that has so Much meat inside of it. The broth even had so many chicken chunks inside of the broth. There's a dedicated vegan section of menu, which is helpful for avoiding fish sauce and shrimp paste, but doesn't mention curry or noodle dishes (which the staff said were vegan if ordered with veg/tofu, omitting any egg in noodle dishes). I've ordered "no fish sauce" for nearly two years, but today the pad Thai without fish sauce came as an inedible pile of noodles soaked in clear sugar syrup. I called the restaurant to see if there had been a mistake and the lady insisted that's how they make it without fish sauce.... I said it was a completely different dish, and when I ordered she hadn't indicated that omitting fish sauce would be an issue. We would have happily just ordered coming else instead of paying $17 for a pile of sweet, mushy rice noodles. Will not return.

Loved the vegetables too. Overall the dish was flavorful and glad I ordered the Extra Shrimp to make it more of a filling meal, although not sure without the deal it's as good a value. That being said, would recommend Living Thai.
