Structural issues and zero accountability!…read more We hired Gray Dolphin in June 2021, and while the pool initially looked beautiful, the experience has turned into a nightmare. Within the first year, cracks appeared in the coping. We tried to be reasonable and even paid for materials for a repair, but the cracks have now spread across the entire deck. Multiple independent experts have confirmed the issue is the concrete slab--the very foundation Gray Dolphin installed. We have documented proof that the cracks are originating from the sub-surface they built. Despite our attempts to reach out professionally to Robert to find a solution, our concerns have been ignored. A pool deck should not be failing in under 5 years. If you want a builder who stands by their structural work, look elsewhere!

This company also uses the name dr pool or dr pools of miami…read more This was the worst experience possible. From the first day they were supposed to start they didnt show up and didnt call. Every aspect of our pool remodel was done incorrectly. The coping was installed sticking up 4 inches in spots . They grouted the tile before the thinset on the tile was dry and the grout cracked. They installed the skimmer incorrectly and it is crushed on both sides . To fix this they cut the door with a grinder and it looks like it's going to crack. They didnt prepare the pool surface or clean it properly before the plaster. There are waves in the plaster and they over did the acid wash at the end. They pitted the surface of the pool with the acid and the pool takes the skin off the kids toes. It's like walking on 80 grit sand paper. They didnt cover the drain when they demolished the pool and washed all the debris into the drain pipe. When we turned on the pump the lines were clogged and the brand new pump was damaged by the debris. They broke the screw off for the light and installed a rigged screw with a washer on the back. The light fell off and was laying in the bottom of the pool. They took a grinder the the sides of the pool and made it worse trying to fix it. The response to every concern we had was ignored and the entire pool needs to be demolished and redone. The pool is now leaking 4 inches of water per day. These people aren't coming back and will not repair anything correctly. I hope this review saves someone else from making the mistake of hiring this company.
