We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

Nitta is passionate about her work and it really shows. She has and always will be a perfectionist so she absolutely takes the time needed to ensure my lashes are full, even, and adhered symmetrically. I have also been extremely happy with the fact that her lashes are without a doubt very consistent, so it's a huge relief to pay for her services where I can count on her & know exactly what I am getting. I appreciate the friendship and relationship I've come to have with Nitta during the time I've been seeing her because I can always count on her to do her best work EVERY time. The girls who work there are all friendly and seem happy to work there. On one occasion, I had to do my lashes with Gigi and she did an amazing job too! Let me start by saying how extremely picky I am when it comes to my eyebrows (and Stephanie had no idea just how picky I was ). From the moment I met her, she was so sweet and had such a warm, welcoming aura that immediately made me feel comfortable. Before we even started my eyebrow wax, she asked me questions about my skin and my eyebrows, which I always think is a great indicator that you're in the hands of someone who truly knows what they're doing. But my favorite moment was when she handed me the mirror to look at my eyebrows and said, "Be picky." As someone who is VERY particular about my brows, I absolutely loved that. I was looking for a good lash lift close to home and did a lot of research before finally landing on trying out Blooming Eyes since the reviews were very positive. The lash tech was very nice but the service itself did not hold up. When I first left the shop I was happy with how my lashes looked since they were perfectly in place. The next day after I waited the 24 hrs she recommended I washed my face and at first my lashes looked a bit off but I didn't pay too much attention. After a few hours I looked more closely and realized that all my lashes were pointing in different directions despite them looking great the full day prior. A few days passed and the state of my lashes could not be salvaged even when I tried a lash curler. I sent pictures to Kate and she was very understanding of my problem and asked me to come back in so she could take a look and fix them. I was shocked when at the end of the service she charged me for another lift. She did not say that up front, I thought it was just a correction on a poor prior service. Instead I paid double the amount for a very negative experience. I didn't argue and I paid since I didn't ask ahead of time and blamed myself for assuming. The same thing happened again, but this time it was worse. I had to wait a full lash cycle before my lashes could look halfway decent. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, especially since I thought the positive reviews would save me from a bad experience. I was wrong, but still hopeful that I'll find a quality lash lift in the area... for now I'll stick to a daily eyelash curler until I could work up the courage to try another spot.
