Exterior = 5/5 Located near the train station, it's on the corner of a street. There is parking (if you are lucky) inside but only a few spots, so most likely go for street parking but wasn't hard to find in front of the location. Interior = 5/5 It was bustling, they have a salon that had customers coming and going. I came specifically for the microblading - so Kelly brought me over to a room on the right that was private which I appreciated since after you close the door, it muffles the sounds of all the activity outside. Service = 5/5 Everyone I encountered were super kind and welcoming. Kelly is blowing up and doing all these cool events with her team with Gold House and still managing weddings all over. Yet, she is still so humble and takes her time to chat and learn more about the customer. I was super nervous to get microblading but she walked me through the process, helped me feel comfortable with the results we were planning, and would check in on me frequently through the whole thing. I felt like I had a say in the process and honestly that a friend was doing my brows - it was casual, relaxed, and chill. Order = 5/5 I got the combo brows which is microblading with powder. I will never not get this. I had patchy brows (over plucking, scarring, yikes) that I was super self conscious of growing up and was having to fill them in. Since getting these done - I barely have had to fill in, maybe a slight touch up if I have an event or need to do some make up. If you like bare faced and natural looks, this was game changing. I'm super not familiar with make up or skilled at it - enough to be dangerous, and this helped me so much. I feel more confident and happier with my brows. Only slight upkeep is needed to trim! I have already gotten my touch up from the initial appointment, and you only need to go maybe every year or so after to touch up. Overall = 5/5 Great investment that I kick myself for not having done sooner. But honestly, glad I waited till I found Kelly. I tried brow lamination, and it wasn't for me. Her microblading skills are top notch and give a very natural look which I wanted. I found my brow girl and never going back. I originally got my eyelashes done here a few weeks ago, and they were uneven and looked unnatural to me, so I decided not to get them redone. When it was time to remove them, I figured this would be the best place to go since they had done the original set. I NEVER expected to leave with almost all of my natural eyelashes cut down and damaged. The removal process was absolutely awful. The technician had me lie down, put eye patches on me, applied eyelash remover, waited approximately 10 seconds, and immediately started pulling at my extensions. When some of them wouldn't come off, she started PLUCKING MY NATURAL EYELASHES OUT. I understand that a few natural lashes might come out during removal, especially since I use a lash growth serum and have quite a lot of lashes. But this was NOT a few stray eyelashes. She was plucking out SO MANY of them. To make matters worse, as she was plucking and tugging the remover got into my eyes, causing intense burning, I literally jumped out of my seat. My right eye was somewhat tolerable, but my left eye was burning so badly that I could barely stand the pain. The technician continued working despite me expressing how much it hurt. The employee working on the client next to me even heard me complaining about the pain, they talked a bit and the removal continued. Then I started hearing snipping and cutting noises. I could literally feel what seemed like my eyelashes being cut, but I could not imagine that someone would actually be cutting off that many of my natural lashes. After several minutes of hearing those noises and feeling those motions, I realized something was seriously wrong. When I finally looked at my eyelashes, I was HORRIFIED. Almost all of my natural eyelashes had been cut down to extremely short lengths. They are now uneven, with individual lashes appearing to be different lengths, and there is still glue residue left behind that was not properly removed. I cannot even begin to explain how upsetting this is. I have spent so much time growing and maintaining my natural eyelashes with a lash serum, only for them to be ruined during what should have been a routine removal appointment. My lashes are now so short that I cannot even wear mascara. I may have to wait months for them to grow back, and there is no guarantee they will return to their previous condition in months. HOW does someone go in for an eyelash removal appointment and leave with their natural eyelashes practically destroyed? If the extensions were not coming off properly, the technician should have taken the proper steps to remove them safely instead of repeatedly plucking and cutting my natural lashes. If the process was taking too long, that is not an excuse to rush or take shortcuts at the expense of a customer's natural eyelashes and comfort. I left with damaged natural lashes, burning eyes, and literally unfixable lashes. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your eyelashes, please think twice before coming here. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Don't worry I will post the pics. Left and right is different lengths due to different cuts with some old extensions still on there.

Unfortunately, that just wasn't my experience. I went in for a brow lamination and shaping and explained that I wasn't into the super thick, trendy brow look. I wanted something more natural and balanced. After the lamination process, she started shaping my brows and when she showed me the results, I immediately noticed they looked uneven and lacked symmetry and thicker than I had wanted. I mentioned it to her and asked if she could correct them a bit, and while she did try, they still didn't look right to me afterward but I paid and left. I felt I could shape them better at home myself. The friend I had brought with me pointed out that they looked different from each other. Individually, they weren't terrible, but together, they just didn't look balanced or well-shaped as a pair. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting perfect symmetry because brows are naturally sisters, not twins, but for a $150 service from someone with such a strong reputation, I did expect more attention to overall shape and balance. What disappointed me the most was what happened over the next few days. My brow hairs stayed extremely dry, stiff, and brittle well past the normal timeframe. By day three, they still felt very dry and I started noticing actual breakage and kinking in the hairs. After researching it online, it really seemed like my brows were overprocessed. I reached out to her because I understand mistakes happen and everyone can have an off day. I simply wanted to let her know what was happening and hoped she would at least respond or offer some help. Unfortunately, I never heard back from her at all, and honestly that part spoke volumes to me. With Trisha expertise and experience and guidance I realize Micro blading is not the ideal service for my oily skin type, she gave me a few other options, so i go with powdered ombre brows style. Service, execution, and vibes are all 10/10, no notes. -- I had my first appointment with her in October 2023, and she explained that with my lips being such a cool tone naturally, we would have to "neutralize" them so they would be a better canvas for my goal color in the future. And oh my gosh, the custom color blend she made for me is gorgeous. I thought I would be bummed about having to go through an "interim" stage, but I'm almost hesitant to go back for my goal color because of how beautiful and natural it looks.
