I had a scar through my right eyebrow that I had been filling in for years, and I also wanted fuller, more defined brows overall. Rachel was honest from the start, explaining that she might not be able to completely conceal the scar, but she did an incredible job. I was thrilled with the results. Fast forward to 2026, and I realized I hadn't plucked my eyebrows once since having them microbladed. While the color had naturally faded over time, they still looked great - it was simply time for a refresh. While waiting for the numbing cream to take effect and chatting with John, he suggested adding upper lash liner. Completely satisfied with the results! I was referred to Rachel by one of my friends after she had eyebrow microblading done. I originally wanted just my eye brows done but decided to also get eyeliner tattoo. Rachel took time to listen to what I wanted and also to draw an outline to make sure I would be happy with the shape and design. I wanted a natural look to both my eyebrows and my eyeliner. The whole process took about 2 hours. There was some redness and eye lid swelling especially on the second day so I would suggest ice packs for the eye lids. The facility is very clean and there are partitions for privacy. A small parking lot is available on Beverly. Price for both eyebrow and eyeliner are very reasonable compared to elsewhere. 5/28 Update: This is my third time coming to Rachel over the last few years! Since this is the third time, Rachel and her husband recommended getting the powder (also called ombre) brows. I have always gotten the microblading done previously which is to give a more natural look whereas powder/ombre brows give a more defined filled-in brow makeup look. Rachel told me to give it a try and that if I didn't like it, we can change it again in a couple years when it's time to re-do so I figured why not. I definitely recommend coming here not only because I think Rachel does a fantastic job but I think she keeps her prices very fair and competitive. The process is the same- you go and check in and you will get "before" pictures taken and have your eyebrows numbed with a cream. It will take about 20~ minutes to numb and then Rachel will have you sit while she draws your eyebrows using a pencil/ruler/etc. to make sure you have the most perfect shape. After you approve, she will have you lie down while she works on you. It doesn't really hurt too badly in my opinion and if it does start hurting, she can add more numbing cream and wait a bit before continuing. I wil definitely note that your eyebrows will look crazy/dark for the first few days so make sure to not plan any special/big event for a week or so after. It's officially been five weeks since my micro blading and eyebrow tinting appointment. I wanted to see how my brows healed first. This was my first time getting my brows done and I was really nervous! I had a few pictures saved on how I wanted my brows to look (the straight Korean style). When I arrived, I sign some papers and waited until a nice gentleman came and applied some numbing cream on my brows along with some saran wrap. He told me to wait until the person in front of me was done and for the numbing cream to take effect. When the time came, I showed him the pictures I had saved and explained how I wanted my brows to look. Then he explained it to Rachel. She spoke mostly Korean but I think she understood what I was trying to say! She spent her time measuring my brows and drawing them in so I could see how the finished product would look. Once I approved them (I just went along with what she did because it felt like she was an expert) then she got to work. It was not uncomfortable really, I could feel her scratching away slightly and the tinting but I also have a higher pain threshold. When it was done, my brows looked dark but I liked how they looked and the amount of color. I was then given a packet of petroleum jelly and instructions on how to care for them. I put the petroleum jelly on my brows until the packet ran out because I wanted to take good care of them. I think they healed very well, the insides of the brows lightened up a bit to look more natural and the color is just perfect! I really hope they last for a few years. It's such a great feeling to wake up with good looking brows for once in my life lol. read more

Came back again after 4 years to redo my eyebrows! Didn't take care of them so they were fading but I LOOVEEEE THEM!!! Appointment/checkin: very fast and very smooth. They were super polite, clean and efficient. Waiting area and the place are cutely decorated, great ambiance. Eyebrows: they look bomb. Total process took about an hour(including the numbing process) it sounds like little scratches but other than that you don't feel too much. Rachel draws the brows on first ti make sure you like the shape and color, so you know exactly what you're getting and adjust to exactly what you like. Just finished so can't wait until they fully heal!!! But they already look so good. One less thing to take care of in the morning :) All in all, 5 stars, 10/10, highly recommend.
