Rose was training, but her work is that of a much more experienced professional, and my lashes look phenomenal. You could feel the care she put into each lash, she also alternated from eye to eye so you didn't get fatigued from her doing one and then the other straight through. She was great with naturally navigating when I wanted to chat or just stay silent, and as someone who normally gets anxious with beauty treatments, she was so reassuring and gentle. There is another lash salon 5 minutes from me (I live in Sherman Oaks), and Rose was so good she is 100% my lash go-to from now on. Note: this is a shoe free (cultural) salon, so wear socks if you don't want your bare feet on the floor!

I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

Erika: Donna is does the waxing on my face and eyebrows. Her vibe is always warm and professional. She provides excellent and outstanding customer service. Her technique and skills outweigh the services she provides. I don't have to tell her how to shape my eyebrows because she already knows how to do this, to fit the shape of my face and eyes. Her attentive detail to waxing and tinting is amazing and superb. Her recommendation to tint my eyebrows could not have came soon enough. A few visit ago I had my eyebrows tinted for the first time. They have naturally grayed and thinned over time. Eyebrow pencils are okay to use as a back~up but I wasn't getting the same effect and volume with them. After I had this service with her it not only made me feel confident, it gave a youthful appearance. It also added density, high volume to my eyebrows and overall appearance. I was referred by a friend, first I was hesitate and cause of my eyebrows being really really bad. I make appointment and took a chance. I meet Lynn who draw and suggested a style that will work on my face. I am very Impressed, she is perfectionis, she took her time and make sure that she did it right. I've been getting my lash lifts done with Cindy for a while, so when she mentioned she was looking…read morefor models for lip blush, I decided to take the opportunity. I naturally have darker and uneven lip tones, and I had lip tint done about 1.5 years ago with okay results. Cindy recommended doing a neutralization process first to help even out the tones, and I'm so glad I trusted her recommendation! We went with a soft peachy-pink shade, and I really love how natural it healed. Cindy was so sweet throughout the entire appointment and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. She numbed my lips before starting and reapplied numbing throughout the procedure, which helped a lot. My lips were definitely sore for the rest of the day, but it was very manageable. Healing timeline: * Day 0: Lips were swollen and super bright right after the tattoo (first photo) * Day 1: Color still bright and dark. Swelling significantly improved and was basically gone by the end of the day * Days 3-4: Peeling started and this was definitely the itchiest phase. I kept my lips moisturized with the Aquaphor Cindy provided * Day 5: Peeling and itching completely resolved * 1 week: Color still healing and softening * 2 weeks: Tone looked more even and natural * 4 weeks: Final healed results (last photos) I really appreciate how natural the final healed color looks while still helping neutralize the darker tones in my lips. The color healed soft, even, and flattering without looking overdone. I haven't gone back for my touch-up yet, but I definitely plan to! (Also excuse the new hair color/style throughout the healing photos I tried my best to take all the photos in natural lighting to show the healing process accurately.)

But now I've had my lashes done at many places and I recently returned to RedKelly. It's easy to make an appointment online, which is very important to me. Also their suite is nice with a beautiful view, quiet space - it's very peaceful. Most importantly, they do a really nice job with the extensions. They didn't try to up-charge me when I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They were quick and the results were spot on. Plus I haven't had a single lash fall off in the first week, which is rare. It's not cheap! But it's in line with other DTLA salons and the result is worth it.

I called her, texted, emailed and knocked door to door of a large building. Did I just get scammed!!!! She texted (not called) 2 days later with excuses so unprofessional. She wanted me to reschedule and I asked her to please call me. She NEVER did call!! It took me 2 weeks to investigated what suite she was supposed to be in from property management. I drove all the way from Long Beach to see her. Christy was sooo incredibly sweet and welcoming.
