From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional from both Linda and Elysia! My consult with Elysia was extensive because I wanted a very particular fluffy eyebrow look and I asked sooo many questions - she answered all of my concerns and reassured me that the look would be natural. Okay, let's start by saying this is a professional establishment. Both Elysia and Linda treat you as a VIP client. Wonderful customer service. But even more importantly, when you come here, you feel so comfortable. Elysian speaks with confidence and knowledge of craft. She will start you consultation by asking what you want, then she will do a mock version in makeup to make absolutely sure she understands your preferred outcome. She will also give you advice as a subject matter expert about if she feels there can be some minor adjustments to make sure your permanent makeup comes out better than you even expected. Just had my complimentary touch up appointment. When I arrived, Elysia and I talked about the touch up areas where it faded due to some scarring I had previously. She told me the before so I already knew it would happen. We talked about the touch up areas. When she cleaned my brows she asked if I applied sunscreen. I did sloppily all over my face and got some on my brows. She said to be more careful when applying sunscreen and to not get it on my brows because it would turn my brows that blue/green color. Then she putting the numbing cream on. She said I would have the numbing cream for 15 minutes and that it would be a lot quicker this time. I sat on their comfy couch with relaxing music playing as I waited for the numbing cream. She was right. After 15 minutes, they put on a little bit more numbing cream right before the touch up. Again, I didn't really feel anything but could hear her making the strokes. After care for the touch up is very easy. No ointment and just wash with water after 24 hours. Elysia is amazing and so friendly. I keep forgetting to ask for the name of the girl that works at the reception and helps with putting on the numbing cream. She's also great and so friendly! Looking forward to seeing them for my next touch up in a year to year and a half! I love being able to just wake up and go. Having my brows done makes me feel put together without actually having to put myself together. Definitely worth it! read more
