Just had my complimentary touch up appointment. When I arrived, Elysia and I talked about the touch up areas where it faded due to some scarring I had previously. She told me the before so I already knew it would happen. We talked about the touch up areas. When she cleaned my brows she asked if I applied sunscreen. I did sloppily all over my face and got some on my brows. She said to be more careful when applying sunscreen and to not get it on my brows because it would turn my brows that blue/green color. Then she putting the numbing cream on. She said I would have the numbing cream for 15 minutes and that it would be a lot quicker this time. I sat on their comfy couch with relaxing music playing as I waited for the numbing cream. She was right. After 15 minutes, they put on a little bit more numbing cream right before the touch up. Again, I didn't really feel anything but could hear her making the strokes. After care for the touch up is very easy. No ointment and just wash with water after 24 hours. Elysia is amazing and so friendly. I keep forgetting to ask for the name of the girl that works at the reception and helps with putting on the numbing cream. She's also great and so friendly! Looking forward to seeing them for my next touch up in a year to year and a half! I love being able to just wake up and go. Having my brows done makes me feel put together without actually having to put myself together. Definitely worth it! read more

Just finished my hairline micro blading here and I'm so happy to have finally made the time to have done this for myself! I suffered from postpartum hair thinning especially in the corners of my forehead. I'd never heard of this service until seeing it on Instagram - but I was 100% into the idea after previous successful experiences with permanent makeup (brows). Getting scheduled here was super easy, fairly quick to get a slot, and the whole experience with Elysia was positive, supportive, and mostly pain free. I'm really excited to pull my hair back and wear a ponytail after the 7 day healing period! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I never write reviews but I need to warn potential clients so they don't go through the same experience I went through. I am now paying to have my microblading removed professionally because it was so bad. First of all, she draws in the potential design with a THICK DARK BLACK pencil. When I asked her to draw them in more naturally and what it would actually look like healed, she insisted this was the only way to show clients the final look. Does that even make sense??? I should have stopped then and there and walked out but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. She also shaved a bunch of my brows while drawing them in - something I DID NOT ask her to do. So I stupidly went through with the design and when I saw the final look, they were completely uneven! I told her I didn't like them and she said to just wait because they will heal 30% lighter and shrink. I felt like crying but just decided to wait. They eventually got lighter but because the actual shape was uneven to begin with, it didn't help. They made my whole face look asymmetrical, like I was constantly raising one eyebrow. She offered a free fix with a skin colored microblade to go over the strokes I didn't like but I never went back in. So now, I am paying to have this horrible microblading removed. Please if you are considering going here, do yourself a favor and DON'T! read more
