I love my hair. I asked for a full highlight and toner. That's what I got…read more However, I was told it would take 2 hours. It took 3 1/2 hours. Then, there was a $50 charge to blow dry my hair. I wasn't told that until I was paying. (Hadn't budgeted for that). I would've dried my hair at home. The chair was short, I am tall, my (very nice) hair dresser was shorter. So, I had to keep scooching down in the chair to get my hair done. I was aching after 3 1/2 hours. Finally, my (still very nice) hairdresser wanted to take photos of my hair. I was fine with this but I didn't really get a choice. Then, she was touching my face and the front of my neck. I wasn't asked if this was okay and I was uncomfortable. I love my hair.
