Once the lady sat down the owner came up to the lady told her she would help her after she finished with the mom and daughter . She didn't acknowledge me completely ignored me . I spoke up and said "I've been waiting for a while what about me ?!" Something between these lines . She said you don't have appointment they go first . I told her they wrote their names down. Mind you she was available prior and took a bald gentleman after looking at the list . I was okay maybe his eating in his car and came back. Clearly she was avoiding me and making me wait on purpose. They've meet my daughter since she was just a few months old . I don't expect to be remembered as a customer. However not the first time I've brought my daughter.( she's 2 now and was sleeping) in the last 5 or so years coming here I've never felt blatantly ignored by these ladies. I let her know she went too rough & I still gave her tip. She made me bleed under my chin & I never ever broke out in this area. After the service was done I realized that the lady kept starring at my eyebrows as if something wasn't right while she was checking me out on the register. I didn't notice until I got home one of my eyebrows came out way more thinner. I'm so upset I don't understand how this happened I grew out my eyebrows thick enough I only requested to get them cleaned. I know it's my fault for not being able to notice right away but it was noticeable by the way she was looking at my eyebrows that she messed them up.
