He was very responsive and detail oriented in his communications, always a good sign. He did that job and several other small jobs that I needed done, including replacing a bathroom faucet. I can't recommend him more. He's also able to manage much larger construction jobs. But, it unusual to have someone detail oriented as well. He seems to be able to figure out how mechanical things work, and can fix them as well.
