I did not have time to go over and scrutinize the whole place as we only stayed one night. However, the standing shower in our room was still ENTIRELY wet on the inside from the previous guest, and there were small black hairs on the floor tiles. Because of this, I had to bath standing up in the bathtub. A rather disappointing find in our $300 hotel room.

We met Erlinda a year ago, we were moving out of a small home and needed a cleaning crew, she came by and her team blew our minds. Professional, and clean. Let me tell you this - it was so clean the landlords took pictures listed the house to sell during our walkthrough they said they couldn't believe how beautiful it was. We moved in March -Days later the pandemic hit - we promised we'd have Erlinda's team come clean our new house but due to caution we waited until we were vaccinated to have anyone in our space for everyone's safety. We had the pleasure of being at work while they came to our home and they did such a thorough job. I wish we took before and after photos. This home shines like never before, the previous renters had a dog or cat who dirtied the baseboards and we never knew they could be this clean without painting them - beautiful. Spotless we are speechless.

My complex wasn't pleased with the cleaning the first time and requested them to return- they came back and finished the job. I thought it was cleaned to standard but my complex was still not satisfied. I paid $125 + plus $25 tip to Johana (the woman who I booked the service with). I had to pay an additional $110 to my complex to clean to their standards. I never requested my money to be returned to me for the services because I know they had cleaned. All I asked was that the shower door be paid in full ($1000) which the owner reassured they would take care of it. Instead of communicating professionally and arranging a payment plan with me- they pointed the finger to a worker who was "not supposed to be there that day"- the owners younger brother apparently. That worker was cleaning and was a part of the Tony's Cleaners team on 3/28. After the incident I had been communicating with Johana thinking she would take care of the issue and reassure we can come to an agreement for the $1000 due but was shown the true colors of this poorly run family owned business. From Johana (the wife of the owner): "if you want your money go talk to the person who broke it". ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! I was kind and nice to the people who own/operate this company- Tony & Johana and they just showed me not every company on yelp should be trusted. Be careful who you do business with out here in Las Vegas!

Not only did she clean, but she organized EVERYTHING, my girls' closets, under their beds, my valet...even my horribly unorganized master closet!!! I am blown away. I have an extremely high standard of clean (Don't always have the time to meet my own standard) and Bithiah knocked it out of the park. I had called Palm Cleaning Systems, requesting a free estimate. The business associate had offered to come by the house the next day to provide a estimate. He had walked through two different areas, bathrooms, and I had mentioned that grout needed to be repaired in both. He assured me that it would be repaired and look great afterwards. It seemed like a reputable company. The quote was quite expensive for the work and square footage. I decided to move forward. On the day that the work was to be performed, the gentleman whom did the first work on both bathrooms had lacked initial products first. He didn't understand the initial scope of work of the project either. After he had completed the first round, he had recommended not to use the tile for 24 hours. He had left and I had noticed that there was several tiles that were not grouted. On top of that, the grout color that was used didn't match the original color. The tile grout looks poorly now since the grout is different color. I had called back and expressed that the work wasn't complete. Another gentleman had stopped by the house a day later. He also lacked supplies and had to go out to buy additional supplies for the bathroom. He did fill in the remaining grout that wasn't completed before. It was a different color grout than what the other technician had filled in. My master bathroom has multi-color grout now unfortunately. It was expensive for the quality of work. They also didn't honor the discount that was marketed on the Home Magazine for grout cleaning.
