Came in and followed delivery instructions I requested and ID this "Gentlemen " Came out very bossy and ask about the delivery, I said is alcohol, Order placed by AAA I just need to scan your ID and he went crazy, ask me about who placed the order, You need to give me a receipt, by Federal law you're required. I am like Sir the person who placed the order will get a digital receipt. I just need to scan Your ID an order to hand you the bag That's all and he literally put he's ID right on my eyes and he goes here,here's my ID. I said dont be rude You're way to old to be acting this way I am just making a Delivery. I tell him if you don't want me to scan your ID I am just going to take this back that's when he calm down a little and actually let me do my job. In the mean time he had other 4 guys behind him like they were getting ready to jump me or something. This Guy is lucky tha hes at work and I am at work because the way he got right up on my face and try to intimidate me. Wouldn't hand going very well in a different circumstances. Anyway. YOU yes YOU, learn how to treat other people with respect and be a little polite when you ask questions. This company is great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone in the Office is really friendly, accommodating and quick to satisfy any need I have. Prices are great for annual inspection work and for replacement/provision of new equipment. They NEVER push you into spending more money than you need to or SELL you anything. Although I have amazing things to say about everyone that works here, my favorite employee at Fire King is now Evan (Robert), their service technician. Evan is an amazing representative for their company. He came out to our yard this am to perform an annual inspection of our 20 or so extinguishers. He arrived ten minutes early and with the personality and attitude of someone who really likes his work with Fire King. I found Evan to be well-spoken, polite, super-thorough and organized. What I really admired was his dedication to his work,his ability to stay on task and his knowledge with regards to the size and type of fire extinguisher we might need in each area of our yard. Evan turned our tedious annual inspection of our equipment into something that was easy to handle. Hopefully, Fire King outfits him with a new truck soon. He definitely deserves it.

He answered all my questions and really educated me on fire extinguishers and their care. He recommended another business for me because it suited my needs better when he could've taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and charged me for services I didn't need. We have a yearly scheduled fire alarm inspection, they called and left a message they are 30min away. I waited for about a hour. No one showed up, so i called to see if they were still coming. They said since I didn't answer the phone there routed the tech to somewhere else. I told the person on the phone at no point in the message said to call them back or the service call will be cancel. She then said well that's true. Just awful and not professional. We are now going to use someone else.
