Although he is extraordinarily busy, he will solve any problem and work very late to do so. Installing siding requires a lot of hammering. Be sure to take down your pictures on the walls or the hammering will do it for you. We were fully prepared for that; however, we were not prepared to for three ceramic tiles being knocked off the wall by the hammering. But Bill not only promised to remediate that, he bought replacement tiles and installed them himself AFTER a normal workday around 8:00 PM. The work was accomplished professionally and looks great. In addition to the siding, we also had United Exteriors install about 400 feet of wood fence. One night, after left over lumber remained, Bill came to the house to pick it up himself as it was well after he came by the house to remove and return the wood allowing me to keep what I needed to add to the project myself. He loaded the rest (well over 1000 lbs) into his truck by himself, refusing my offer to help, and drove it off. Once again, the price was extremely reasonable and I felt certain that I did not pay for any extra materials. In every successful organization there is an "engine" that drives it, ensuring that the project proceeds properly and the customer is satisfied. I believe that "engine" at United Exteriors is Bill Johnson. He certainly demonstrated it in the two large projects at my house.

From the very first call, the communication with both the owner and his wife, as this is a family business, was top-notch--prompt, clear, and professional. The owner came himself to provide an estimate and volunteered to provide multiple proposals using materials that he knew were going to be on special from the manufacturer at the time so we had options for price-point. The team completed a full roof replacement for us and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their dedication, honesty and the care they took on the job. They covered my landscaping and went above and beyond with cleanup. The owner even made a return trip to my property himself after all of the equipment had been cleared out to run his magnet over the yard, making sure there was no debris left behind so our young puppy wouldn't eat nails or get into any other unsafe materials. The quality of work is excellent, and the lifetime warranty gives us real peace of mind. The work quality is fantastic, and the lifetime warranty gives us great peace of mind. We were so impressed that we've already request a quote for updates to our siding, doors, shutters and trim. Since the owner is a Class A contractor, we'll also be asking him for quotes on other updates around the house. Titan Roof is a reliable, family-owned business that truly cares about their customers, their community, and their reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Virginia Beach or Hampton Roads area!

I was fortunate to interview Charles Morgan when I prepared to put my house on the market. Charles'…read morework ethic, communications and professionalism proved invaluable, not to mention his skill set. Charles consulted with me every step of the way on all aspects of the contractor work, which included both interior and exterior assignments. First day, he explained the order in which he would complete the work, and he stuck to the schedule. Work projects included: door installation, door repair, pocket door removal, painting, cleaning/renewing interior and exterior vents, installing light fixtures, fence repair, door screen repair, removing brush that had grown into some of the fencing, debris removal, opening stuck garage windows to restore their functionality, and much more. Charles also helped decrease the cost of the project. I had planned to purchase two new doors that others recommended. When I told Charles we would install two new doors, he said they could be repaired. Both doors now work the way they should and look perfect. With the additional savings, I bought another set of doors for a bedroom closet that due to financial constrictions had not been in the budget. Charles' craftsmanship paid off for me and all for a reasonable price. When I discussed old looking vents on the exterior of the house, Charles offered to paint them. The now newly painted black vents match the front door and shutters, and they all look beautiful. I appreciate the work Charles did for me on my house. I recommend him to you most highly and without reservation.
