Major Drain will be our new go to company if their services are ever needed again! Ryan Lichter was the plumbing technician that came to our house and he was fantastic. First of all, talking to a real person on the phone on the weekend gave me a good feeling for the company. That was not the case with other plumbing company's which I was put on endless hold with that I attempted to contact before Major Drain. Our problem wasn't an emergency, so I asked them if they could come on Monday, which he did. He came when the lady on the phone said he would be here ( I can't remember her name...but she was very nice). Ryan fixed the drain problem we were having in the kitchen. We needed a plumber after we realized it was an issue we couldn't solve by simply pouring Drano down the sink or taking a few plastic pipes apart. He didn't try to sell us on anything extra, just did what needed to be done. I liked that their website is very straight forward in pricing and that matched with the work Ryan did for us. He was professional, fixed the problem, and the service was more affordable than other local companies! Thank you! My main basement drain started backing up late Thursday night. I was recommended by a friend/coworker to contact them as they do work for our business. I called about 10am Friday and had an appointment at 12:00pm the same day. WOW. Quick! Tyrone and John let me know 15 minutes out of their arrival and they were friendly, and got right down to business. They diagnosed, explained my options, and remedied the problem quickly. They found that a clean out pipe had never been accessed before (even though I had a different company hour just a year prior for a back up). They opened up a hole in the wall to access it and cleaned out decades worth of crud out of it. They let me know where I could find a door to purchase and cover the valve. Now, it will be easily accessible in the future. They cleaned up after they left, which is always appreciated. I am very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend them! We used Major Drain when we experienced a sewage backup in our basement. We found out that the cast iron pipes under the floor had collapsed. We found Major Drain based off of their reviews on the Nextdoor app and Google reviews. We required a full replacement of all the sewer pipes inside and partial outside. The work done outside was right in the middle of our landscaping, they were careful as they moved it all around and put it back better than our expectations. (They're not landscapers, they're plumbers) Brad and his team were amazing to work with and kept us updated daily on where they were. Even the team in the house doing the mitigation and demolition complimented how great they were to work with as they were all in the basement trying to get their jobs done at the same time. Having trouble with backup from stack pipe. Tree root problem. Called a "rooter" company. $10,500 to replace sewer pipe. Another $5,000 if the city had to come back and fix the street. Holes in our driveway? We were on our own for concrete repair. Sent Major Drain an email explaining our problem. Shawn came out the next day. Did the video inspection and saw the tree root problem. Got his blades going and over an hour later, we werent 100% free, but we had water running from kitchen faucet to city sewer when we observed video inspection after clean out. We just got our quote from them for a clean out installed on our driveway. Estimate $3800. I will call them again for any future issues we have. Thanks Major Drain! read more

Our toilet flooded for several days. Had several plumbers out but could not get line unplugged. Called Major Drain. The technician was also not able to get line unplugged. He thought that the easiest solution to getting the line unplugged would be to go threw the roof stack. He said because of liability his company (Major Drain) does not allow its employees to get on the roof. He did suggest another plumbing company that might be able to help and wallow the other company was successful! Major Drain only charged me for the service call and offered other possible solutions. Just wanted to tell you that we had a pretty nasty plumbing issue -twice. We had used a different plumber and they were estimated thousands of dollars of repairs. We used this said plumber a month ago and the problem came back and came back much worse. So we called Major Drain for a second opinion and I can't even describe the level of greatness we received from this company! Spent the weekend fighting a blocked sewer line, finally surrendered and called these guys. Was pleased to find someone who didn't charge double for Sunday. They arrived when they said they would. Justin was professional, we discussed the problem, agreed on the course of action, he brought his equipment and went to work. Things went well, he cleaned up, loaded his gear, gave me the invoice and was gone. Very decent guy, put up with my questions and "help" without being exasperated. We had them scope our drain line and found that there was a break in the pvc with roots growing through causing the line to plug. I was told they would be out in 3 weeks to repair it. I asked them if they could please hurry as we had to keep unplugging the line by plunging it!! I was surprised when I got home yesterday and they we digging and repairing the line. Wrong! Ryan scrapped away calcium deposits from opening that delivers water to bowl from tank and it flushed perfectly. He then brought in other tools to clean out further. However, after seeking a second opinion from Omaha Drain, it was confirmed that no issues existed. Major Drain's proposed $14,000 repair was a ridiculous and unneeded. Furthermore, the quality of work was subpar, resulting in mud and waste splattered on freshly painted walls. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company. read more

I needed a new toilet in my basement, they recommended the type of toilet to buy, and took the old one out and put the new one in and disposed of the old one! they were great! then my upstairs bathroom sink was slow draining and they sent they drain guy to snake that, was fixed in minutes! they are fast, friendly and very good at what they do, I would recommend them to anyone. read more
