I saw J&T Plumbing's truck in town and thought I'd give them a call. After all, they're a local family business (as are we.) I'm so glad I called. They came out for the quote very quickly, and once we accepted their extremely reasonable quote, they got us on the calendar right away. They installed our new heater this morning and did an EXCELLENT job! Everything is neat and organized, and very clean! Renee at the office was so easy to work with and informative! Michael did the install and we couldn't be happier. They have earned our business forever.

She knew exactly what we needed because of their experience with this issue and NFM. She asked for his name and number and she'd have them call ahead to give him plenty of time to get into his wheelchair. The technician was also extremely helpful and kind with my partner. They actually offered to help with more than what we requested and we can't thank them enough. Above and beyond all around. Thank you!!! Will definitely be using this business for any future plumbing needs.

The two gentlemen that came and installed everything were extremely professional and friendly and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Major Drain and will definitely use them again in the future. I called after the second instance, and they were able to get a plumber here to snake it right away the next morning. After an hour or so, I was informed the snake was getting stuck, and he had to call a camera guy in. Camera guy informs me that tree roots have damaged my line and a 30' section needs to be replaced to the tune of over 9k. I called a small local company for a second opinion. It wasn't tree roots - the line itself was broken and everything was draining into the dirt, hence the backflow when there was more water than could be quickly absorbed. They recommended the same amount of line be replaced, but for half the price.
