They installed our new heater this morning and did an EXCELLENT job! Everything is neat and organized, and very clean! Renee at the office was so easy to work with and informative! Michael did the install and we couldn't be happier. They have earned our business forever.

She asked for his name and number and she'd have them call ahead to give him plenty of time to get into his wheelchair. The technician was also extremely helpful and kind with my partner. They actually offered to help with more than what we requested and we can't thank them enough. Above and beyond all around. Thank you!!! I called after the second instance, and they were able to get a plumber here to snake it right away the next morning. After an hour or so, I was informed the snake was getting stuck, and he had to call a camera guy in. Camera guy informs me that tree roots have damaged my line and a 30' section needs to be replaced to the tune of over 9k. I called a small local company for a second opinion. It wasn't tree roots - the line itself was broken and everything was draining into the dirt, hence the backflow when there was more water than could be quickly absorbed.
