They refused to do anything about the issue as there was a 5 year warranty that expired 6 months earlier. The issue was rust coming through on my 2020 Camry where they did the repair. I took it to another shop after they refused to do anything and confirmed that this shop most likely failed to apply the water/moisture protection coating to this area where a lot of body filler (Bondo) was applied, which is standard procedure. So this is a failure of workmanship. I pointed out that obviously the rust was there before I showed up 6 months after the warranty (May 2026), but I had just seen it. I don't wash my car by hand in the winter, and my backdoors are rarely ever used, and the rust area is in the door jam, not obvious unless your looking. The still refused to any responsibility. I understand warranties, but I genuinely that any fair minded, reasonable consideration would lead them to taking responsibility, instead of hiding behind a warranty for shoddy work.

But they had to go back to pick up a different tool. When they were about to get ready with the process of removing the cracked windshield, the apartment manager banged hard on our door and did not allow us to have it done within the apartment complex. It won't take more than half an hour and it wouldn't change or affect drastically their lives but it would have put ours on the risk if we drive around with a cracked windshield not to mention getting a ticket. But long story short, they were so professional, they got us rescheduled on a Tuesday next week and when we got into their shop today, were waiting for us. Adrian even gave me a call on Monday just to make sure we can make it and let us know that we have our slot. Why five stars? First off, they did more than an extra mile after the apartment manager run them out of the complex. Second, they showed a good natured attitude and were quite happy to reschedule us as quick as possible. Third, they quoted us a very competitive price. Fourth, I was watching them and they were so quick. They mean business and the employees do not milk the hours. So I can see that they also care about the business of their employer. Having observed this, it sends us the message that these people do care about doing business the right way and they give pride to each of the job they do. They are definitely our to go guys to when we need glass installation and we highly recommend them. Thank you Ollie, Adrian and the rest of his team!
