I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. I got there early and they were still able to get me in very quick. Being 2 inches from the edge and already having 2 inches of crack makes for a difficult repair. Allison the repair girl was amazing! She was able to do her magic and still get it to suction on to do the repair. She drilled it filled it and was able to fill most of the crack. I took it to the Chevy Dealership & they confirmed for me that it is in fact not sealed properly & now I have to travel another 30+ minutes to have Safelite look at it AGAIN.
