When I called after filing my claim the person who answered the phone said she knew she had seen it somewhere, USAA said they'd call me but am guessing that if I hadn't called I'd still be waiting. That said they were very nice when I took my car in and dropped it off. Asked how long it would take and they said two hours. I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. Aside from that little glitch, the work was professional, and there were no fingerprints or dirty spots in the car and I know they had to recalibrate the camera. This happened for about two weeks which sucked, but the gal at the front was upfront with me about it, I just wish they could've fixed it right away. Well after 4 hours, Andrew called me to inform me that I was all good and they were successful in getting my windshield fixed with the OEM! I was so happy. When I arrived, Andrew wasn't at the desk, but to my luck when I walked out to my car, he was right there, he apologized for it taking it so long but explained to me that he wanted to ensure they did it correctly so I wouldn't have to go anywhere. That really meant a lot to me because Andrew didn't know I was frustrated that I had to come back in but he still went the extra mile to explain everything to me and how they fixed it this time. When I arrived, she was pleasant and helpful answering any questions I had, the music in the workshop was blaring and I loved it! They did a great job with the chip repair, I ended up just paying cash so I didn't have to go through insurance making it easier, cost me about 70 bucks using my insurance cash discount, but without making a claim.
