I have previously reviewed my Acura of seattle purchase experience in the past. Always a great…read moreexperience. This time I have to bring up a recent routine 1st service experience. A gentleman named Thomas was my service manager. He was immediately friendly and engaging. (trust me I've had some awful experience at other dealers). I asked him for my 1st service and a problem with my wireless CarPlay and I wanted a software update if there was one. After Thomas checked out my car, he said the Oil usage was not under a threshold that required service. I said I'm right at the limit and could they do the service anyway cuz I was leaving for a long drive in two weeks (from seattle to Bakersfield). Instead of giving me the "it's policy" answer, he knew my situation and immediately went to a supervisor to see if they could make an exception. Sure enough he said no problem, they'll do it. He also personally went back to the service staff and asked about a software update and even looked online. He did everything he could but never blamed me for using it wrong. The problem may very well be my phone and the work around was just plugging the phone in the car. It's little things like this that make a huge difference. I will always return for either buying another Acura and certainly service.

I was contacted by Seattle Acura through the Costco Auto Program. I expected the simple, no-haggle…read moreprice the program is supposed to provide, but that wasn't my experience. A sales rep named Miracle gave us prices verbally but said he couldn't put them in writing. When manager Tony later called to ask about our experience, we explained that we couldn't make sense of the pricing breakdown without seeing it in writing. He gave us a lower verbal price. I asked Tony point-blank, "Is that the price I would pay for the car?" He said yes. About a minute later, he started telling us about required add-ons that would raise the price. If the add-ons are required, the price he gave me wasn't the price I'd pay. That's exactly the kind of runaround I used the Costco program to avoid. It was a disappointing experience, and I bought my car elsewhere.

BEWARE!!! HOSTILE HUSBAND/WIFE ILLEGAL SCAM RING!!! NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS! WA state RCW states…read moreit's illegal to perform an unsafe & inproper windshield install as it introduces a safety hazard as it's considered part of the structural integrity of the vehicle in the event of a collision or roll over. We had them replace our windshield on our 99 Chevy Suburban 3/4/26. A rock had hit our windshield causing it to crack beyond repair, & we had told them there was a water leak by our rear view mirror. Upon picking up our car we noticed the windshield was no longer sitting flush & had nearly a 1/2 inch gap. And they left rust dust & dirt all over our dash, cd player, & gauges. They ensured us it was correct & if it leaked to bring it back as we have a lifetime warranty on the install. Within 1 hour of picking up our car it was leaking from the windshield in places it hadn't before due to the improper install. They told us to bring it back today at 10am & but we were only met with hostility. The male owner literally cussed my husband out refused to do the leak test threw our keys at my husband from across the room assaulting him, & told us to get out. My husband was calm the whole time. The female owner reluctantly stepped in & said she would do it while the male owner kept telling her not to. My husband asked if he could come back to watch her do the test & she angrily said no. So he watched her from the counter, while I watched her from parking lot as I had a direct view. She didn't even finish the leak test before she was slamming our car door into a ladder & it made us feel uncomfortable so my husband asked if he could have the keys back if she wasn't going to treat our vehicle with care. She started cussing him out telling us there's nothing wrong with their install & literally said, "if we didn't have a piece of shit car that's falling apart there wouldn't be an issue." She angrily came flying around the corner with our vehicle & got out cussing , yelling, & physically was up in my husband's face pointing fingers in his face, literally screaming at him. I walked over to try to calmly deescalate the situation & before I could even speak the male owner ran up to the door & locked us out. We had to call the police to assist & file a report. The officer even noted the gap was not appropriate. The owners REFUSED to let the officer watch the footage on their cameras, which he said people often do when they are in the wrong. They stole our money, giving us a bad install & refused to make it right, essentially voiding the lifetime guarentee they claim they have on all their work. When I booked it & asked if they guarantee their work Merle laughed & lied stating, "of course! We have a lifetime guarantee, the owner takes great pride in his work." They said everything they needed to to get our business but as soon as they had our vehicle they intentionally scammed us. They knew they did a bad install when they did the job & knew if they could say whatever they could to make us feel comfortable enough to pay & leave they wouldn't EVER have to make it right. We've already been told just based off of photos by 2 other local windshield repair businesses that their install is not only improper but an illegal install job requiring another windshield to be installed. We already scheduled an appointment to have their install inspected for documentation so we can file a complaint with the attorney general & a civil suit to get our money back since they refused to correct their improper install. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR BUSINESS OR YOU RISK BEING SCAMMED AS WELL! Read the other reviews, ANYTIME they do something wrong the owners refuse to make it right, ripping people off seems to be his MO. We should have gone to LUCKY DOG in Kent, we hear they are the BEST, but this place was closer. BAD DECISION on our part.

Six hours later, I finally received a Facebook message from the original salesperson telling me what I had already been told. This is unacceptable customer service. When a customer expresses clear intent to buy and is willing to place a deposit, the dealership should communicate promptly and professionally. Instead, I was ignored and dismissed. After I obtained the window, I let him know and set up an install time (between 1 & 4 PM) the following week. Later, I sent him my VIN # and asked for a copy of the work order. When I asked him how much I owed, he said $200 plus tax. I then reminded him that he quoted $100 to $150, and he basically told me "whatever". I had bids from other installers, but I decided to use him because he installed another window for me in another vehicle which went as planned. I probably won't use him again, nor will I recommend his company because, while his work appears to be fine, his respect for his customers and his ethical standards appear to be questionable, at best.
