Just cut trees and either pushed them into a space or left them where they fell. All while not even caring about the environment around them. They even dropped trees/branches on my cable and telephone line (Thank God I don't use them) and then just left the wires laying on my yard and left for good. 1 star for actually cutting some trees down, but it's hard to give any type of positivity to this review with what I have to deal with now.

We received a quote in May with a potential install of August, I have seen other reviews state they've waited months for their fence and no updates from Cornerstone unless you reach out. I also had this situation occur, HOWEVER materials are back ordered which is what is causing such a delay. I received an immediate response when I reached out to confirm the date of installation in which they apologized and told me it was pushed back. A minor annoyance but understandable. Thus far my experience has been overall pleasant aside from some minor mishaps which were immediately corrected. The fence quality is quite good and it looks AMAZING compared to our old decaying wooden fence. I especially like how they use concrete to secure the fencing posts which is good when you have big dogs like us who enjoy jumping on them. Overall very visually pleasing! I am excited for the final outcome when the gates are installed and I will be using them again in the future for my back fence as well! Thank you so much for getting rid of the eyesore of a fence we had and bringing new life to our curb appeal

A friend had used Frankson Fence and was very happy. So I called Frankson, as well as a couple of other local fence installers. Rich from Frankson came out and was very helpful in suggesting materials, the type of fence, and the best places to put it. Rich was by far the most accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable rep that I met with. A real pleasure to deal with. He got back to me with a competitive bid and so I went with him. We picked a install day a couple of weeks out, and he showed up on the exact day bright and early with my installers, Hector and Edwin. Both Hector and Edwin were awesome. It was clear that they took great pride in their work, went out of their way to make me happy, and would listen and discuss any potential changes that I wanted to make. They did a GREAT job and I cannot recommend my entire team highly enough. I love my new fence and most important, my dogs do too. Thank you Rich, Hector and Edwin!

Charlie was super honest about it and communicative about where he was in the process. So sure, getting to the install day was a drag - but it also wasn't his fault. Still, he was open and honest. Once our big day arrived? Something close to heaven. Not only because we finally had our long-awaited fence, but also....the work was fantastic. We also loved the fact that he didn't pawn it off on his crew sight unseen - he supervised and managed them. He's a total pro. Let me start by saying that the only reason that they even get a single star is because the end…read moreproduct that I asked for turned out to be a nice addition to my property. With that said, the rest of this review will be largely negative for a variety of reasons that I will describe below. Let's get the positives out of the way. The person who took the initial measurements of the property was personable and professional. In addition, as mentioned above, the actual outcome (a walkway) ended up being pretty nice. Now for the negatives, which make up the majority of my experience with this company. 1) scheduling: when I made the decision to go with them, I asked them when the work would be started. Their response - call us back in 3 weeks or so and we'll see if you're on the calendar yet... What good looks like to me is that they tell me a target, and then get in touch with me regularly as we get closer to the date. In addition, even though they eventually told me the date, they showed up unannounced two weeks early (no joke - they just showed up, assuming it was ok to get started...). To add to that, they didn't finish the first day, and said they'd be back the next day. Well, they didn't show up, so I had to call the office...again... They ended up coming the following day. 2) the job site: there are too many problems to list here, but I'll do my best. First, they dug up a bunch of dirt for the walkway, and they just threw it on the grass surrounding the area. So much that I had to replant grass seed in the area. Second, for a company with "garden" in their name, they sure do seem clueless in terms of how to work a garden. Specifically, they dug up parts of our garden, and, instead of putting it back, they just placed the dug-up plants on top of the dirt (vs. replanting them). In addition, they tossed a bunch of dirt on top of the newly mulched garden area... Third, when digging, they cut an exposed root to a tree in the yard. I guess we'll see in about 7-9 months if the tree survived... Finally, they went in my fenced-in back yard for some reason. Well, instead of closing the gate when they left, they left it wide open, which would be fine if I didn't have kids and several animals who roam the backyard... 3) communication: last but not least, their communication was quite subpar. Aside from the scheduling mishaps, they were unresponsive to email, and messed up my final invoice (added a line item for a $750 project they didn't do...). Overall, this was a poor experience. I would strongly recommend against anyone doing business with this company. Keep looking - you can thank me later.
