Really satisfied with Steve and Brake Masters Mobile Brake Repair and strongly recommend him for…read moreyour brake needs! I messaged the business on Yelp, and Steve was very responsive from the get-go. We first spoke on a Wednesday, and he was able to come to my office in Fairfax, VA that Friday. He was very communicative and punctual. Once he got there, shortly after seeing my brakes, he advised me that the lug nuts on my tires were over-torqued by the last shop that did my tires. This wasn't his fault, but he was exceptionally patient in helping me resolve the issue so that he could still fix my brakes the same day (he even gave me a ride to the body shop down the road to get my car!). He really went above and beyond. I also really appreciated how he explained everything along the way. He really puts customer service first. Overall, I strongly recommend Steve and his services. His rates are very reasonable, especially for the quality of his work and premium materials. I don't anticipate having an issues with my brakes in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be a repeat customer and will also recommend him to others.

Highly recommend Stephen at Brake Masters. He provided a very competitive quote for rear brakes and…read morerotors on my SUV, saving me about $200 compared to the dealership. His knowledge and genuine customer service were a refreshing change from the typical chain automotive shops. Communication was fast, the work was done in about 40 minutes while I grabbed a coffee, and he even offered to move my appointment so I wouldn't miss NFL Sunday. Do yourself a favor and book Brake Masters for your next job!

My wife and I bought a truck here in October 2014. The vehicle is great, the salesman(Joe Regan)…read morewas nice. There was only one thing bad about this experience, and that was the long wait we had before receiving one of the rebates promised at purchase. Ford had a $500 rebate for college students. My wife qualified as a part time student at Strayer. She sent them the transcripts as requested, and it took 5 months to receive the check. This was with her calling all the time, to Ford, the dealership, Ford credit, and getting the runaround. There seems to be no accountability for these things. I don't know if other brands or dealerships are different, but this was excessive. In the future, I will not count on any rebate that is not immediate, as we put more time and effort into getting this than it was worth. The truck has been flawless, and we finally got the check. I would have given 5 stars if not for the long wait (and twenty-plus phone calls made by my wife to keep this from being forgotten).

DO NOT BUY FROM JERRYS FORD…read more My husband traded in his F150 during the 0% financing event. A few weeks later we get a call from Ford Credit saying we haven't been making payments on our old truck. We told them it had been traded in. The dealership never paid off the original loan. It took a couple of months to get this issue resolved. My husband could never get anyone from the dealership on the phone and the person from corporate helping us also struggled. My husband paid for the prepaid maintenance package and when we went in for our first oil change he was told there was no maintenance package in the system. We use a different dealership closer to home for obvious reasons. When he bought the prepaid maintenance he was assured that it was accepted "nationwide" and when he mentioned the dealer he would be using they said "oh yes, they take it there". I have called a few dealerships closer to me and nobody takes it. I could maybe understand an initial issue with paying the truck. Especially if it had been resolved quickly. But it is impossible to get them on the phone. And then the maintenance package is just adding insult to injury. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

They are always extremely fair with their prices. As a woman everywhere I go I get discriminated…read moreagainst and mechanics try to charge me ridiculous prices. I have never experienced that here. I have had a headlight changed and also had an issue with my exhaust and they were extremely honest about pricing and what the issue was. Whereas the first shop I went to told me my car was basically ready to explode and they would have to do $4000 of repairs Midas let me know my exhaust was just loose and put it back into place for $30. Don't waste your time with other mechanics!!

I left this Midas location with a lot more wrong with my vehicle than I came there with…read more And a worker also either peed all over my front driver seat or they poured something nasty all over the entire seat and the stain won't come out. It was soaking wet and it wouldn't dry for a long time and left a nasty stain and smell for a while. And also turned a white towel I had one it, yellow!! There was also grease all over the exterior of the vehicle everywhere and on the inside of the vehicle. I also think I saw him spray something near my front windshield when my vehicle was up in the air and now I have stuff on my driver side vehicle windshield that I can't get off. I'm really disappointed. I went to Midas to get all of the grinding, roaring and whining noises I've been having, to go away and get my front struts done. I told them I thought it was my wheel bearing but one guy was very dismissive. I'm not sure if that would have been a much cheaper fix and that's why he dismissed it. He told me I need an alignment but that they don't do that. After I left, a mobile mechanic right away noticed my left front top of the tire was more pushed out than the bottom and that can cause problems. I never noticed that before and I would've paid attention to something like that. They must've known that I had positive camber on my left front tire and they should've told me to get that fixed first and then work on the other repair repairs but they didn't even mention the problem with the tire to me After being there waiting for six hours while my dogs were outside in a crate, overheating in the 80s Something degree weather Mind you I was told that they were dog friendly and the dogs can be inside. But they wouldn't allow my dogs inside. They never showed me any of my Bad parts and that's your first sign of bad workmanship . When I asked Something about the brakes, they made it sound like my brakes were fine before so why would they replace it then it looks like they were just trying to get money for anything they could they really didn't care about repairing the vehicle. That night after getting the new front brakes and front struts, I had a new knock in my steering wheel and then I had some other whiny noises in the front that we're never there before The next day, all the Sounds from before getting the brakes replaced came back So that tells me I didn't need brakes. Unless they didn't replace them or installed it wrong. It was something else so they basically charge me over $1000 for brakes that I probably didn't need and now I have much more problems a lot of different kinds of noises new ones that weren't there before. The front struts cost $1000 and something still feels off, like it wasn't installed correctly because sometimes the bad struts sound still happens Also the guy either peed all over my front seat or he poured a ton of something NASTY all over my front seat. The entire cover was soaking wet and he didn't even tell me anything about it or apologize at any point. Some stranger texted me that night or the next day and insinuated that he had a bottle of piss and he poured the piss all over my front seat and laughed . I don't know if that's true because I couldn't smell anything at that moment but my nose doesn't always work but still, that's really disgusting as hell and unprofessional. When I asked about it, while I was still there, he just said that he sweat. But it's a huge seat and he's a small guy. How do you sweat all over 24 x 24" seat when you sat in it for maybe 30 seconds to move the vehicle. AND THE ENTIRE LARGE SEAT WAS SOAKING WET My clothing were soaking wet for the next day or so because I had to sit in it. They knew that I am in a bad spot financially and homeless for the last 5 months and that I live in my car with my dogs and that I was taking out a loan to fix the vehicle so that I can drive and run the car all day and night. I needed a safe vehicle but I don't think they cared about my safety. I think they just wanted to get their money and wanted to milk me for all they could, then intimidate me into not coming back by desecrating my front seat - WHICH IS A CRIMINAL ACT BY THE WAY. They're all nice and sweet to me until they asked for a review and then after they asked for a view, they stopped being friendly. 1:30 PM today I'm noticing my brake slipped. That's really bad. I just got a brake job. Shouldn't my brakes be working? I just drove over a small hole in the road at 1:43 PM today on Monday and it sounded like the spring is still bad. The front truck didn't do their job that good they must've not installed it right I could still hear the strange squealing kind of a sound That along with the extra Sounds with turning and break with clunks and different sounds, I think that they didn't install anything well and they installed parts that didn't have to be installed and they ignored the areas that needed fixing so I'm just really upset right now. I left with
