Well it is a "real pizzaria" and with that said it was......well good?!?…read moreThe service was spot on for a take out place. They were friendly and joking around. Good group. The place almost feels like Sam's place.......just almost. Miss the seating, miss Sam. The crust was good, topping were a good amount and tasty enough. BUT not sure what has changed, Pizza Sams Pizza is not the same. It just tastes different, not bad, but also not a craveable pizza as for decades in the past. I remeber going to this place with my Grandpa, ofcourse he and the owner lnew each other. The food was great. Not too many years ago I would attend meetings with the owner. Often he supplied pizza and it was never a dissapointment. Glad to see it is still here and open, BUT once again it does not taste like a Sam's pizza. It reminds me of the not-so-good Pizza Sam's in Midland.

Awful experience- Food and management…read more Very bad experience at Pizza One in Alma. I waited over an hour for my pizza, and everyone at my table had completely finished eating before I received it. People who ordered pickup after me even got their pizzas first. When I asked for a manager, she came out yelling and arguing with me. She complained that she had homework to do after work, told me I was taking up her time, and repeatedly said things like, "What do you want me to do?" She even started yelling that "they can't fire me" because they don't have anyone to replace her. For how expensive the food is, this level of service was unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but a manager screaming at a customer instead of trying to resolve the problem is completely unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Both are more expensive as they include an up charge, however I'm used to that and find it so worth it to have one of my favorite treats! As anyone, with diet restrictions, is aware when going out to eat normally means less to no options... it is pure delight to know the entire menu is mine of the choosing. Thank you Mancino's! P.S. I don't have Celiac's therefore, I highly suggestion anyone that does, do you're own research if this place a place for you. I'm simply allergic to gluten and don't have to be as careful as other folks.

We had frequented RR several years ago and always had friendly, attentive service and the food was fantastic. However, the quality of both has severely dropped off. I ordered the wet burrito and was served something that looked like a burrito, but filled with grisly chicken pieces, no flavor and lacking any sour cream or salsa. The young lady who was our server was woefully inexperienced and clearly out of her depth in waitressing. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Food was "blah" and very overpriced. Steer clear if you're looking for a good quality meal - this isn't the place for that.
