I remeber going to this place with my Grandpa, ofcourse he and the owner lnew each other. The food was great. Not too many years ago I would attend meetings with the owner. When we got our pizza, tbis gentlemen didn't bother to look up but of course we overheard the next person leaving behind us being told to enjoy their pizza. They don't do refunds for wrong charges or fix mistakes they made. $40 is a large difference between bills. Very frustrating as I wrapped my receipt around my credit card when I handed it to the server, so there would be no mix up in bills/cards. Somehow she still mixed it up. Mixing up bills is one thing, having a business model that refuses to fix large overcharges is much much worse. Other than the rude customer service, food takes a long time and table service in general sucks.
