When I arrived (15 minutes later than planned on this last time) my order hadn't even been started yet. This was my supposed to be my dinner for work which I had to be at in 10 minutes therefore I couldn't wait for them to get around to making it. Apparently they were busy and didn't get to it. While yes I was annoyed I made it very clear to the employee that this was not his fault, but there should be more people to handle the rushes than just 1 person! This was the second time they left me with no dinner and they WILL NOT HAVE A THIRD CHANCE! If you can't fulfill online orders then why allow them! Very disappointed in the management and owners of this business for not caring about their customers and for putting their employees in this situation!

I arrived at that time to find out they were just working on my order and it would be 5 more minutes. 15 minutes I'm still standing near the counter. They could have at least apologized and offer me a complimentary fountain drink and invite me to sit at a table in their nice dining area while waiting and bring my take out to me when it was ready. Very short on hospitality here. When we got back to the farm, the pieces of meat that they put on top of the lasagna were like hard pieces of charcoal. The garlic bread was missing the garlic and butter. Just toasted bread.

However I received a text telling me our pizzas was ready about 10 min early! Although we took it to-go, there is ample seating inside. We had a "Godfather" (all meat) pizza and some garlic knots. We all thought the pizza was good, not too spicy or overloaded and greasy as some "all meat" pizzas can be from time to time. The crust was more on the thin side, had a good bite and chew to it. I wasn't a fan of the garlic knots, but that's probably because I had too much of the pizza. I'd certainly give them a shot again when I'm in the area.

The place almost feels like Sam's place.......just almost. Miss the seating, miss Sam. The crust was good, topping were a good amount and tasty enough. BUT not sure what has changed, Pizza Sams Pizza is not the same. It just tastes different, not bad, but also not a craveable pizza as for decades in the past. I remeber going to this place with my Grandpa, ofcourse he and the owner lnew each other. The food was great. Not too many years ago I would attend meetings with the owner. Often he supplied pizza and it was never a dissapointment. Glad to see it is still here and open, BUT once again it does not taste like a Sam's pizza. It reminds me of the not-so-good Pizza Sam's in Midland.
