Good place and nice people. If you're doing take out, I recommend calling ahead as sometimes it can be a bit slow.

Came here one rainy day just to try a new coffee shop locally. It was packed! Very popular place. Good sized parking lot. The lattes are good and so are the bagels. Decent amount of seating inside to enjoy your coffee and food. Overall nice spot.

I am a HUGE fan of this place. First and foremost, this coffee shop has a lively and welcoming vibe. The people who work there are always smiling. It's refreshing! The space has great light and is cozy and comfortable year round. The coffee is really, really good. I prefer their lattes and love that they not only have lots of different flavors, but also several that are sugar free! And the pastries...OhEmGee! They are to die for. My personal favorite is the blueberry scone. The added bonus of visiting this place is the pottery they sell. Take the time to peruse the homemade coffee cups...they are stunning.

My last visit to Main Street Caffe was on September 3rd. I went there for a quick lunch with a friend. We both ordered the grilled chicken Cobb salad. There is plenty of seating either indoors or outside. We opted to eat outside because it was a beautiful day. The grilled chicken was tasty and moist. The salad as a whole was scrumptious! I actually inhaled mine. In the past, I've also ordered the Honey Bear (GF) which is toast, peanut butter, bananas, with honey drizzled on top. Great with a hot cup of coffee. This place would be nearly perfect if it had more parking. The parking lot is on the small size therefore it feels tight. Also, you might be waiting a bit to pull out of the parking lot if your trying to take a left. I recommend this coffee shop. They have a pretty wide selection of coffees, teas, baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and more!

Main Street Caffe was a unexpected delight. This quaint café with its sizzling fireplace, and wonderful aroma of fresh brewed coffee makes your mouth water. They have a great selection of favor coffees, tea's, and bakery items for your sweet tooth, as well as a breakfast, and lunch menu. They also have an assortment of greeting cards, jewelry, fresh baked goods etc. We will definitely be returning back.

Great food, and wonderful service every time :) MSC is the perfect little spot for a quick lunch, coffee with friends, or even to get some work done (WiFi and couches/tables inside!) The sandwiches/wraps/paninis are a generous size and come at a great price, with many staple options and specials available. Each one is served with chips and a cookie! Rotating soup options, fresh salads, and snack items (fruit, yogurt, baked goods, puddings, pie, etc).

This is one of our favorites and I am way way overdue in doing an updated review. We tend to come here as we do errands around town. My wife loves the soups and half-sandwich combinations and I am a fan of the salads. We both love the coffee and the occasional apple donut. Mostly we like Linda and team who are awesome. Heading there in a few as we drive back from Boston...butternut squash soup is on the menu!

Is it possible to drive by the cutest caffe weekly and have no clue that it's a hidden gem, yes!! I came to the Main Street Caffe to purchase some baked goods prepared by the Cheshire Baking Company and much to my surprise the caffe was jammed packed and everything looked delicious that was being served. The parking lot was full so I parked in the back, I was told a little tip that they rent spaces from the gas station next door so you can always park there. The staff that helped me were both very friendly and super welcoming. I'll surely be back!

Strolled in this rainy Tuesday morning and had no idea what I want but heard so much about this place so I decided to stop in and check it out. I ask the server which was better between the white hot chocolate or the Peppermint hot chocolate amd she said well I can combine the 2 and I was like ok cool. Well I found my new morning drink treat. The flavors of the 2 were perfect! Thanks alot for the suggestion. They have many different bake items to choose from and everything is made in house. Stop by and check them out !

The Bean Coffee Roasters is located off of Route 10 in a small plaza with a few other businesses. There's plenty of parking in the lot. The restaurant itself is pretty small, with only a few tables to eat at. Most of the people ahead of me in line were ordering their drinks/food to-go. I had seen a Raspberry White Chocolate Latte posted on their Instagram page as a special for Valentine's Day, and asked the girl behind the counter if she could make it for me. She happily checked to make sure they still had all the correct ingredients, and luckily they did! As someone who is not a huge coffee fan, I thought it tasted delicious! They also use coffee cubes in all of their iced coffee drinks, which I thought was pretty cool (no more watered down coffee!) In addition to coffee and tea, they also had a variety of smoothies on their menu, which all sounded good, in addition to breakfast sandwiches and some baked goods. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a ciabatta roll, and it was absolutely amazing! There was only one employee working when I went, but she was friendly and efficient. I'll be stopping back soon for sure to try one of their smoothies!

I've been meaning to come to this place for a short while now. Honestly, the name of this establishment itself is pretty cool. Loaded Goat? Makes me think "liddy on a stack", and anything that makes me think "liddy on a stack" I gotta go check out. I actually tried to write a review here from the last week, but as I was writing, I'd realized something I don't always come across. I was at an impasse and couldn't finish this review on that visit, so I had to plan another trip here. Right away, I notice that rustic interior that's also quite cozy. There many flavors of coffees and latte to choose from with shots if you want something a little extra. Also, the prices here are very reasonable. I didn't get time to sit inside last time, but this time I had a much more laid-back experience. The vibe reminds me a little of a North Carolina ambiance with a splash of California mixed in for good measure. North Carolina because of the interior, and California because of the music. On this visit, the guy tending to me told me the microwave was down, so I couldn't have my croissant toasted. That was quite alright though since I had 2 more stops to make anyway, with one being about half hour's drive away from here. Besides, the croissant was still one of the better croissants I've had in a long time and seasoned perfectly, so I have no complaints, toasted or not. The coffees I had were the Snickers on my first visit and the Coconut Creme Pie Latte this time around. Both lattes were, indeed, liddies on stacks! They were both GOATED, and honestly I would come here more often if my schedules were more friendly to coming here. I have no complaints about this place period. I don't say this following kind of statement often, but I actually prefer this to Starbuck's! That's just how goated this place is.

However, the more time I have actually had to sit with my thoughts of it, the more I realized I could just write one now and possibly update it later. So here we are at Cheshire Coffee, a coffee spot that sits oddly enough on the Waterbury side of the town line with Cheshire. Seriously, this place I don't even have to go outside my city limits for, and it is, notably enough in between the same two exits on I-84 as Blackie's is across the line. Much like The Loaded Goat Coffee Company in Naugatuck, this place is very inviting, cozy, with great coffees and excellent customer service. This visit involved an asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese, a beef chimichurri sandwich that the baristas panini-pressed for me, and a Churro Latte. All 3 of these things were good to great. Really, this review is mainly a 4-star review in the way that a place I don't have much of an impression on would get 4 stars. I would need to come back for more things to decide whether or not a 5th star would be warranted. But the interior helps makes a strong case for that star. I was most impressed with the poem on display as I was waiting for my coffee. It's not a detail I've shared yet here on Yelp, but this visit 's prompt me to say this now. So fun fact about me is that once upon a time, I wrote poetry. Late sophomore year of high school and going for a few years after and starting in 2007, I wrote poems any time I felt inspired to do so. I once attended a poetry slam that was held by my high school later in 2007 when I was in the first half of my junior year, and boy was that a great experience! Seeing the poem on display, I am really starting to think about getting back into writing poetry. I just need to find a muse and inspirations. This is honestly a great coffee option if I want to start traveling anywhere eastbound towards Hartford and such. I would totally come back in a situation that allows for it and try some other items.
