The place is clean with lovely finishes and upscale touches. The staff are so kind and friendly. We followed the suggestions of the staff and ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and the cowboy skillet. I stopped eating to share this review because we love it so much. The barista prepared perfect lattes. The pancakes are both crispy and fluffy and not too dense. The perfect amount of icing to finish it. The cowboy skillet has the ratio of diced potatoes, chopped bacon, and jalapeños mastered. Take the drive and come here for breakfast or lunch. So worth it!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Deluxe version of the "You're…read morePrecious Bouquet," which was advertised as a step above the Standard arrangement. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received looked significantly smaller and less full than the Deluxe photo shown on the website. In fact, it didn't even resemble the Standard version that was advertised. When ordering flowers online, customers expect the arrangement to be reasonably similar to the photos being used to sell the product. What I received fell far short of those expectations. What was even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. I reached out to the company regarding my concerns and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I understand that flower arrangements can vary due to seasonal availability, but the difference between the advertised Deluxe bouquet and what was delivered was substantial. Combined with the complete lack of communication, I cannot recommend this florist based on my experience.

The last few times I've done mobile pick up in the morning & ordered while sitting in my car in their parking lot, walked in only a few minutes later expecting to wait & they already had my drink ready! I know it can't always be like that because it is Starbucks (naturally popular) but I'm always impressed with them. I've gone in at night (I don't have a caffeine addiction, you do) again mobile order, drive-through or walk in order & I am still astonished by how kind and sweet the staff is, my drink is always perfect & I've never gotten service from them without a genuine smile and greeting/convo from the staff. I read the one star review here mentioning not being able to find adult workers... Which is confusing because I'm pretty sure there are child labor laws-just saying. Maybe that person had the luxury of not working before they were 50 or whatever age it is when people become "adults" . I digress. To address that one star review: they can get very busy here. It's the only Starbucks within about a half hour drive. So if you see a long line, use a little bit of common sense & know that you might have a wait- especially depending on your order (ordering for one vs five)... While you wait you'll be with good company in a friendly atmosphere then BAM you'll get a delicious drink. I have indeed been in the store during their rush times. The food was properly prepared and served at the expected temperatures, making for a pleasant eating experience. The food was pretty good. The service was quick and friendly. Considering the time of the morning, the amount of customers observed was pretty average. The facility itself showed the following observations. A number of tables and chairs weren't wiped down and had cup rings and crumbs. The climate control appeared to be out of balance, as the southwest dining area was colder than the northeast dining area, so we sat in the northeast area. Outside, care was taken in salting the immediate walkways at the doors but some slick spots were noticed further away from the building towards the outer perimeter of the parking areas. No further comment on Who does or doesn't have this. I will say, stopping by this place can prove a track record of inaccuracies in how orders are filled, (wrong or missing items). An issue that should be easily fixed with grooming the managers and training policies in such areas. With this store in the location that it is, it has the potential of being a 5 star gold mine. Some things have to be tweaked before that can happen.
