Came here with a friend and really enjoyed it--so much that I came back the next day with my wife…read more Another very good experience. Food: Both times, I got the mocha latte. They did a great job making it the way I really love: nice foam and a good balance of espresso and chocolate. The first time, the temperature was a little cooler than I like, but the next day I asked for it hotter, and it actually was--140°F. The bonus latte art was very good, too. The first time, I got a cranberry almond scone. That was very good. They heated it up, and the texture was dry and crumbly, just like a scone should be. I would have ordered it again when we returned, but they were all out. All they had was the pumpkin chai scone. The flavor was good, but the texture was wrong. It was a bit pasty, as though the dough had been overworked. Service: On both visits, the service was excellent. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly. They looked and sounded like they enjoyed their work and made beverages with care. A special shout-out to Truman, who made both of my mochas and did such a fabulous job. He seems to treat each drink he makes with passion and care. Atmosphere: The cafe has a great feel to it. It's the Flower Cafe, which means they sell flowers, beverages, and food. I think that's a great combination. Lots of comfortable spots to sit inside and enjoy your beverages. Definitely a place I'd want to return to.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Deluxe version of the "You're…read morePrecious Bouquet," which was advertised as a step above the Standard arrangement. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received looked significantly smaller and less full than the Deluxe photo shown on the website. In fact, it didn't even resemble the Standard version that was advertised. When ordering flowers online, customers expect the arrangement to be reasonably similar to the photos being used to sell the product. What I received fell far short of those expectations. What was even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. I reached out to the company regarding my concerns and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. I understand that flower arrangements can vary due to seasonal availability, but the difference between the advertised Deluxe bouquet and what was delivered was substantial. Combined with the complete lack of communication, I cannot recommend this florist based on my experience.

First time here. It's a volunteer organization located in the same building as the Volunteer Center…read moreof Washington County. I came with my wife for lunch. Food: They have a small menu, but it includes several items that would be among my first choices for breakfast or lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to find Avocado Toast. Their version was a bit more "exotic," with both pickled red onion AND pickled fennel. That was a first for me. The addition of a balsamic drizzle provided a nice balance. I got mine with a fried egg. They only offer the egg fried hard. My preference would have been a softer egg with at least a little runny yolk, but it was still very good as served. My wife got the Quinoa Bowl with chicken and guacamole. That was an amazing combination. The guacamole isn't made fresh on-site, I happened to see the package from Costco, but it was actually very good. Service: Lots of very nice people here. My understanding is that there are a few paid staff members, but the majority of the people working are volunteers. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy. After placing your order, you get a number, and they deliver the food to your table. Atmosphere: It's a nice space. There's a smaller area where you place your order, along with some small tables. An adjacent larger room has additional seating and bigger tables. Lots of windows provide plenty of natural light, and there are areas that work well for smaller groups. My understanding is that the larger space is also used for meetings and gatherings by different community groups. It's a great facility for a community that wants to nurture neighborly goodwill and social involvement. This is definitely a place I want to support. Maybe there's a future volunteer barista position for me! :)
