If i could give zero stars i would. It was my first time purchasing some items through the too good to go app from their bagel shop. And i called them to let them know i was on my way. I don't realize that the pick up time would only be till 3:10. I told them i was trying to get there as quickly as possible. I asked them what time they closed. The women from the bagel shop stated 3:30. But she said if i didn't get there by 3:10 then i couldn't pick up the items i had already paid for. This place has improved greatly and I'm impressed. Is now my go to for bagel sandwiches. Has a wide variety of bagels, my favorite is the garlic. Decent bagel shop. I've had their bagels a few times through work, and they've been pretty consistent. They definitely don't skimp on the cream cheese; very generous with the spread, which I appreciate. Service is okay, not the most welcoming or attentive, but it gets the job done. read more

This bagel shop has disappointed me twice in the same week. They handled their sesame seed bagels so roughly that nearly all of the seeds fell off, leaving the bagel plain. Today's bagel wasn't fully cut into two halves, which wouldn't be a big deal if the half cut hadn't knocked most of the seeds off! read more

The lady who helps the couple at the shop is extremely rude, she talks over you, takes the order wrong then has an attitude while in the wrong and never refunded her error. She brings a bad vibe to their shop. Next time I showed up with my daughter, despite never getting my refund. The same lady mumured under her breathe "oh God". Cute small shop on the corner. They have seating both inside and outside. They sell bagels, croissant sandwiches, coffee, milk tea, and more! We got the BTS and Croissant sandwich with sausage egg and cheese. Both were delicious. Loved the three cheese bagel that my sandwich was on. Went on a Sunday morning and they got quite busy by the time we got our order (around 9am or so). Considering how busy it was, they were pretty fast. read more

#23 on pesto for the second consecutive day. My partner has been getting the turkey club on plain. As you can tell, we tried this place and now we're back again. Today I'm also trying the mango smoothie with boba and a hot matcha latte. Great bagels and great service. Example of great service is that today I came walking with the stroller, so I'm putting the food in our Donna bag. The employee comes over and they place my two drinks in a cup holder to make it easy for me. They're so sweet and the food is delicious. read more

My wife and I come here quite often as we absolutely love the hot link bagel and the green tea latte. Not sure what some of these other reviews are saying, but Kim, who usually takes our order, is super friendly and welcoming. It can get pretty busy during breakfast time but service is pretty quick. As far as bagels go, we love the onion, jalapeño cheddar, and Asiago cheese. As we are regulars, they pretty much memorize what we want when we come in. Definitely recorecommend this place over other similar options in the city. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would for their terrible customer service. I attempted to pick up an order through Good to Go and the person insisted that because I was late to pick up the order, I would be charged and she couldn't do anything about it. She blamed the error on the company she contracts with and didn't even bother to offer me anything to make up for the error. This is the 2nd time I 've been treated badly at this establishment and I will not return. Do not go here if you want to be treated like a human being. read more

I went to pick up my online order and the owner started yelling at me like I was stealing the food. I didn't understand what she was saying at first, but then she got in front of me and did not let me exit the door. Then she pulled me from behind and started to try and take away my order. This place terrible and every time we go there it gets worse. Rude staff, food seems spoiled and to top it off I have the runs from whatever cat eggs they gave me in my bagel this morning. This used to be our go-to bagel place, but likely won't be in the future. Three things we noticed on our last visit: 1. As others have mentioned, the store isn't as clean as it used to be. 2. They stopped the Bakers Dozen--buy 12 get 1 free on bagels, a sneaky price raise on top of a regular price raise. 3. The flavored cream cheese containers are only 3/4 full now. This place is located right in the middle of downtown Morgan Hill. Easily accessible with a parking lot in the back and side street parking. Came in on a Monday morning about 715am only one other person ordering in front of us. We ordered one blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese & one everything bagel with plain cream cheese. I would've ordered more but when it comes to grabbing breakfast in the mornings I need a place with a faster pace. Took over 15 minutes with the total price at $11.50. The employees were an older couple so I felt for them. The interior is a nice deli vibe. May try again in the future but for now I think I'll stick with Daily Bagel just 2 min away from Main Street bagel. The bagels at Daily Bagel are fresher, the employees are more energetic and welcoming too not so much Main Street :/ read more

I like to support local businesses. And Main St Bagels is one of them in our little downtown Morgan Hill. Main St Bagels participates with the "Good to Go". Download the app to see it's a great concept for food establishments to sell products that are unsold at the end of their business day. I've used "Good to Go" before to pick-up unsold bagels from Main St Bagels. But, in fact, they are NOT bagels that were baked fresh the day you pick them up, but bagels from ??? days before that've been stored in their freezer. That's not a problem because bread is a food product that freezes very well. The bagels are yummy. The reason for my rating is that in the past, Main Street Bagels would sell a bag of a dozen frozen bagels for $5.99 through "Good to Go". Today, the price is the same ($5.99) but the bag contains 8...not a dozen bagels. read more

I came here for the first time on a Sunday morning for dine in. The ambiance was fair and clean. Bagels & coffee were mediocre in quality, taste but highly priced. Service is what made me decide never to come back here. Lady behind the counter had "I'd rather still be in bed" written on her face. Not welcoming at all, rushing you to decide on your order and was just completely rude. I felt bad to have ever patronize this business. First & last time. I'm not what you would call a bagel connoisseur, but I know when I've been served a delicious bagel. And compared to the bagels I've enjoyed back home, the sandwich I ordered at Main Street Bagels was excellent! It didn't hurt that I selected the recommended Pastrami sandwich which I ordered on an onion bagel. If you took away the Swiss cheese, mustard and mayo, red onion, sprouts, tomatoes, Pastrami and peppers, the bagel was perfect. I've never had an onion bagel that was crusted top and bottom before. Small detail, but an excellent touch. I'm glad my mom selected Main Street Bagels for a mid-day snack while exploring Morgan Hill. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside and she enjoyed her simple onion bagel with cream cheese. The only downside to this visit was the coffee. I've had Seattle's Best before and it's not my favorite. And the cup I served myself was more proof that I'm better off with other brands. Even if actual creamer was available (rather than the non-dairy powder), it wouldn't have salvaged my cup of joe. Still, downtown Morgan Hill is a wonderful place to visit on foot. The stores are eclectic and unique to the area. It's also full of local restaurants and there aren't any chains as far as the eye can see. Today, I came in with my friends and we were all craving bagels. I loved the variety of bagel options they had. I got the jalapeño bagel with sausage and cheese and it was pretty yummy. :) I like the ambiance of the seating area outside too. One thing I have to say is the menu is hard to read. Even with contacts in, I couldn't see the menu with only one person ahead of me. It's very high up, but the lettering is really small. read more

I ordered a strawberry croissant and a plain bagel with creame cheese to go, both not toasted. He started to toast my bagel and ireminded him I didn't want it toasted. He looked at me and smiled and toasted it anyway. He gave me the bagel but no strawberry croissant. He the charged me for the croissant that he forgot about and then toasted the croissant too. Apparently they have a communication problem. They also advertise "New York" style bagels. Not even close. They are just baked bread in a round circle. read more
