I reached out to the lulu customer service team ( via email and IG DM) after an order of 40 bars of soap that I placed was cancelled by the company. The CX agent implied that I was the reason that my order was cancelled ( incorrect payment details that were in fact correct). It's been over a month that i've been reaching to their customer service team practically begging them to take my money. Clearly they don't value their customer and I will think again before i spend my hard earned money with this company.

Today,…read moreJan 14 in the morning, I checked online for their store hours and it says they're opened at 10AM. So, I went out and walked to their store, got there around 10:20AM. However, it was not even opened, the gates were still down and locked. Didn't see anyone inside from the windows neither. The sign hanging on their store also says they open at 10AM, but they were not even opened... They didn't have a sign saying they were going to be opened late today or anything neither. I waited outside their store until 10:32AM and then I left. Then after eating lunch at 1:20PM, I called their phone number to check if they'll be opened, but no one picked up. Guess I'll have to try to get my package on Monday Jan 16. Update: Today is 1/16/2023, I checked on yelp and google, both says they're currently opened for business even though today is Martin Luther King day.
