I got my booster shot, freebee thanks to Uncle Sam, I did an easy online appointment, and prefilled the medical questionnaire. The pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful, but parking in this small parking lot is horrendous and I wasted half an hour looping around the block so I arrived late and got booted to the end of the line, still, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. read more

This review is mainly for the pharmacy, I've never had a problem with the products or the store itself. I feel like I could almost call the cdc on this pharmacy. My boyfriend and I both got our Covid shots through Walgreens and were both denied or had problems getting our second dose. My first shot went smooth, I booked my appointment online, filled out paperwork, probably sat around for 15 minutes waiting for them and then was taken. My second shot, which I had scheduled, I arrived to an hour early. I went with the hopes of being taken early and they denied me. I had to wait there one whole hour because they said they had people before me. I saw no one coming in or out. It's a simple shot, it takes one minute to administer. I don't understand the reasoning for it. My boyfriend got his first shot just fine as well and didn't have an appointment for his second. Keep in mind, all over the store and playing on repeat over their radio throughout the store they boast about being a walk-in pharmacy with same day service available. That is so not the case. With still an hour before closing, they denied my boyfriend because they said they had three other people on the list. Again - the procedure takes one minute, you couldn't fit him in? So we drove to the next town over in lyndhurst and they literally got him in and out within 4 minutes. Friendly, fast and easy. That's how it should be. If your Walgreens is by appointment only, don't advertise the opposite. I can see a lot of people wanting to get the vaccine having an issue with this and being turned off by the whole situation. We were lucky enough to be motivated to get it done but I know a lot of people wouldn't be after running around like we did. It's a shame, during this time for them to be giving people the go around about the vaccine is completely irresponsible. Everyone else I have spoken with thought this was insane too, every story I heard was in and out - no problems. I mean it's being mandated and we were turned away. I won't support this Walgreens, ill go to Lyndhurst where I was taken right away without being turned away for the vaccine. read more

This place has gone down hill since the conversion from Rite to Walgreens . The prices are really high on both genetics and brand products in the front of the floor . Never a steady pharmacist, always have to order products for the customers and the staff looks so miserable. read more

Love coming to this Walgreens. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with the pharmacy or paying at the registers. I needed to print some photos and I had someone come and assist me. read more

Good Walgreens location. Pricing of items to high unless on sale. Pharmacy is well run but usually out of stock. Parking is difficult during day as people park their for neighborhood stores. read more

I'm so happy to see all the other negative reviews at this place, everything that was said is so true and I can relate to them, it's the store in its entirety, I've actually found many different pills on the floor on the customer side , I wonder what's on the foot on the other side, I've had pill counts wrong, a different price virtually every time I refilled my script, rude rude rude employees must be a prerequisite to work here, I looked into the MFG of my generics and found them to be with poor ratings and under investigation since I've switched to CVS East Rutherford it's been such a pleasure read more

Complete nightmare. No one answers the phone, you have no clue if your prescription is ready, they either text and call 90 times or don't let you know at all. Hold times are insane and then you get disconnected. Place went totally down hill when changed to Walgreens. Total trash!!!! read more

This pharmacy gets one star because one of the pharmacy workers ( a younger guy is really nice). Otherwise this pharmacy is awful. They only have one phone and hold times are almost 40 minutes even when it says there is only one person ahead of you. Joanne, the head pharmacist is awful. She's rude. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the phone system is an absolute nightmare. I am currently on hold for the pharmacy, have been waiting for 42 minutes. I have been loyal to this pharmacy for 23 years, and I really like the pharmacy staff, but since Walgreens took over, the phone situation really is awful. I was just at the store today 11/6 around 8pm trying to buy a drink and snack before I go to the hospital to prepare for birth (9 months + pregnant). the cashier Raul (I think it's spelled but he refused to show me his name tag) decided to play a game with my husband and I even though I was clearly in a lot of pain and was trying to be patient as he took his time with the customers before us. He asked if we had an account. We said no. My husband pressed a button on the screen thinking he wanted him to press "no". Apparently it was the wrong option. Raul got mad at us and insisted we give him our contact details for an account. We kept repeating that we don't have an account and we are in a rush as I'm in pain. Plus I'm huge so it's pretty obvious I'm very pregnant. And there is a long line after us. Raul said we should have pressed the other button and now we have to give our details. I asked him to press cancel and just start over. He refused and said next time press the correct button. He punished us for picking the wrong option. Very weird! I kept reminding him that I'm on the way to the hospital. He forced my husband to give a fake name and contact details. This was all very disturbing. He took his time with the customers before us cause he was super friendly with them. But as soon as he saw us he treated us different because we are Jewish and I am very pregnant and disabled. He didn't care for my pain. He discriminated against us! And the same time he played victim and said don't get mad at him. We hardly said anything but just to cancel and start over. I have never dealt with such a situation before! read more

Been waiting for 1 hour now to pick up a prescription that was sent in 5 hours ago. There are over 12 ppl waiting for their meds and the pharmacy employees are literally yelling at one another and then pretending that everything is fine to the customers. One just said she's leaving at 8 and doesn't care what happens to the pharmacy. Although this is entertaining for a Monday night - this place sucks. Bring back Jay Patel!!! read more

THIS PHARMACY IS COMPLETE GARBAGE! Called and spoke with rudest most unprofessional pharmacist today. In the middle of my explanation of the issue I was experiencing she proceeds to tell me to Stop talking so she can tell me why they can't fill my prescription correctly. This never occurred with the Rite Aid.. after being on the phone with my insurance we find out that they were still using an old prescription that I was trying to explain I had a new one prior to being cut off! I will now be switching all my prescriptions and my families to a whole new pharmacy due to this awful experience and the behavior of their pharmacist! read more
