Moreover, I feel very comfortable with Rachel and Socazo. She always greets everyone with a friendly and warm smile. Many other hair salons I've been to were snotty and judgmental. They were also biased and did not provide me with the same care and quality of service they gave to other clientele (that had nicer bags and clothes than I did). Rachel gives solid advice on certain styles that may not work for me. She's always up-to-date on popular trends and will advise and find a way to give me what I want without allowing me to regret a mistake. Most importantly, Rachel cares about your hair and her highest priority is not to damage it during harsh processes like thermal straightening, bleaching, and coloring. I spent about $360 for the camouflage and the starter kit. Biggest waste of money, and here's why: 1) they messed up my online order, and until I contacted them, they did not reach out to me. They then figured out their error and sent it with "expedite" shipping. The product was terribly packaged and arrived with a bent up box and broken cap to one of the cleansers 2) the actual camouflage was terribly mismatched to my actual skin tone. I followed the exact instructions from their app multiple times, which I thought would ensure a close match- I was wrong. The app is terrible. 3) I emailed them again with my above concerns. Could someone help me color match? If not, could I return for a refund? No one replied !! **In summary - I spent $360 on a product that arrived broken and does not actually match my skin tone ! Nobody has reached back out to me, and it's been a week since I messaged them. Terrible product with horrible customer service. Don't waste your hope or money on this product **
