We Love it. Kids took advantage of the unlimited everything deal on Thanksgiving Eve. We had a little hiccup but Jeremy the Manager took care of us and made everything right. Waitress was on top of everything and made sure we were okay often. No complaints just that the young kids at the front need a little more direction on customer service. read more

When this location was Summit Arcade we absolutely loved coming here! The employees were always happy and helpful and it was evident that they had the support of their management staff. I'm not sure if it's the change in ownership or name or what, but today was the worst experience and the lack of care or help from the woman manager was appalling, and I'm not just speaking of helping the customers I'm also speaking of the woman manager not helping her employees, she acted as if she could have cared less. We first went to the restaurant where the sweetest waitress stated she was working alone. The very long story is this woman manager had her one waitress running from the restaurant to the eagles nest trying to juggle all of the customers orders, and had a kitchen staff that who really knows what was happening there. They literally messed up every order. We had three adults and seven kids altogether but we gave individual orders which our waitress was very attentive and helpful with (we knew that could be stressful and were patient with her), however as we noticed no food coming out after 30ish minutes there was the woman manager just standing off to the side. Did she come to check on our table? No. Did she attempt to help our waitress make sure the kitchen staff got the order? Not that we could see because she never went near the kitchen. So after nearly 40 minutes two kids pizzas come out and they have the wrong toppings, but at least there is food, and five kids and three adults are still waiting for food. Then one adult gets the wrong salad, during this time the right pizza is brought out, so the two kids that got pizza now have double pizza! (Sweetest kids ever and they share some with their hungry friends who are still waiting for food after almost an hour) I end up canceling my own food (I have specific food allergies and at this point I don't trust the kitchen). One more salad is delivered randomly and the bacon looks raw so it's sent back. Finally two more kids are fed leaving the last three still waiting (this is at least over an hour of waiting now) so I say if we get our food I would like it comped or just cancel it if it's going to be much later. They bring it out for my kids but when they hear I'd like it comped for the wait they took it back!! So now my kids don't eat......then a gentleman who is but isn't an actual manager (I don't know what that is) he's nice and accommodating and comps everyone's meals and we (after an hour and 45 minutes of a nightmare) leave the restaurant to go play in the arcade. I'm waiting in line to figure out the whole game card thing and it's taking a minute so I see the woman manager behind the counter doing nothing. She grabs an empty drink cup (looks to be her's) and comes out from behind the counter leaving only one employee working one register (two are unattended) I politely stop her and ask if she works there (I know she does) then I ask if she's able to help with the line to help take care of customers waiting. She says she's currently working an event and she can't actually help but she can call someone to help me. I said no, I would like you to help me ( she had been standing doing nothing for quite a while) but now she really had to work the event she was working. I called to input a complaint about this manager and no one answered the phone so I'll put it here for others to read. My goal in this is to hopefully see a manager who supports their employees and staff and actually does work. I regret not getting her name but she had very bleach blond hair and was of course wearing a managers uniform that in my opinion she should not be wearing. We went here for the NYE celebration so we could celebrate early with our kids before their bedtime. The bowling was fun and laser tag but the food is nothing short of disgusting. We got some pizzas as part of our package and they were gross- even the kids didn't like it so I decided to order some appetizers that were equally disappointing. The guacamole did not taste like real guacamole, the calimari was gross. The dipping sauces we equally as gross. We were disappointed because we spent so much money for the full package experience and food was not edible. I would NEVER recommend ordering food here. read more

Was not impressed with this location. Very limited number of employees present for a Friday afternoon during spring break, although not very busy, still too few employees available. I saw no COVID-19 cleaning going on in the game room after spending 3 hours with my kids. We ordered pizza, service was slow, the pizza was mediocre. Once the pizza was delivered, our table was never visited again. No employee's was present or visible. We will not return to this location!! read more

Way over priced Poor service and it starts at the top with the owner I was next to a family had to be moved three times because there was something wrong on the other two lanes. The didn't extend their time and gave them a $10 game cars which they didn't want since they didn't have kids I let the manager know how disappointed they were since they were vocal to us and he said that's the owner. So I let him know what a poor job they did in handling the issue and the customer was upset. He said they seem fine with the game card. This place has some of the most ridiculous rules for alcohol I have ever seen. They have a new rule every time I've come. First it was normal, than you couldn't carry more the 1 drink at a time (never heard of this anywhere btw, and just means now you have to wait on the slow servers to get drinks if you're playing pool), now everyone has to wear wrist bands. If it wasn't for $2.50 coors lights at happy hour, you wouldn't find me here. Might be fun for a family affair, but go elsewhere if you're looking to drink with your friends. They make it way more difficult than it has to be to order drinks. Also the food is not worth the money, eat before you come. It's unfortunate, because this neighborhood badly needed something like this close by. Guess I'll be waiting for Top Golf to open to find my spot. read more

I've been here two times. The first time the server was so inattentive we had to go to the bar and get drinks. The last time (which was my last time) the bartender ignored my boyfriend a few times he spoke up then the bartender proceeded to tell me (not knowing I was his girlfriend) that I'm not going to serve him because being "a dick and being an asshole" his exact words!! I came during a busy Friday. I parked next to a truck that was over the line, thus putting me over the line. To the person who purposely parked less than an inch away from my car door, you think you served justice. You didn't. You got the wrong guy who found the only parking spot available at that time. Bowling was nice. Comfy seats. Huge line at the main counter. Either their systems were down or they need a better system rather than keeping everyone in line until a lane opens up. WORST BARTENDERS EVER!!!!! Waited forever on a Friday at 4:30 for a drink. It looked like there was 4 bartenders, but they were either walking around or chatting with each other. Finally when a bartender walked over, his attitude was rude and then walked away and waited longer. Until finally another bartender came over and was nice but very slow. This place is a lot of fun for bowling and eating . It is great for families of all ages . There were 11 of my family members and I with the youngest being 2 years old and my cousin who is 4. Everyone had fun and there was a lot of room for everyone to enjoy . The staff was very nice and accommodating for my family . I would definitely come back ! I would recommend coming at a early time before it gets super crowded later at night. My children wanted to have a laser tag party, so we called the Summit about coming in on a Tuesday for their $10 unlimited play laser tag special. They were so great and so accommodating. All the families had a good time. Some of the little kids got to do bowling. The food was delicious, especially the nachos- not too soggy and had lots of loaded goodies. Not for serious bowlers. I've been here a number of times since they opened with the family pass we purchased. The lanes are so oily that the ball barely hooks if at all. I asked the front desk if this was normal on one of our first visits and they just looked at me like they had no idea what I was saying. My average here is at least 50 pins lower. It's fun for the kids and a cool environment for adults but the lanes are no good. read more

I've been here during the family day before the grand opening and it's still nice. Our server was Sarah and she was so sweet! All the servers and runners that came by were incredibly nice and respectful. We had a party of four with three of us bowling. Anything we needed was attended to right away. The runner forgot our ranch but Sarah came back with two ranch cups for us. This is a great place for family or just a hangout spot. The Blue Sky drink is one of the best! I totally recommend it. 4/5 stars because it is a little more expensive than other places I've been too. read more
