It's been a long time since I've stepped inside of this particular bowling alley. It has been updated. Lotta new features very exciting atmosphere when you walk in hear the balls and pins and the people in the children food cooking in the kitchen. We stopped in to check it out as we're thinking about starting to do something different and we sat at the bar John the bartender was totally amazing to sit and chill with., we laughed with him we talked with him. He found me a charger for my phone as it was dying out or dead I should say lol but anyways, we have decided that we are gonna go back and try to bowl. John suggested what times would be best for that to happen for people that are just getting back on and that Saturday mornings we had a great time and we will be back. The bathroom was very clean. Everything was really clean accessible parking accessible doors accessible bathrooms, very well maintained. Everybody was super super nice. I believe the kitchen manager brought us over some wings and wished us happy Valentine's Day as we were enjoying our beers found that very, very comforting and welcoming so if you're ever down in that area, stop by and get a lane and throw some balls around lol. So came for a quick view of the atmosphere for a future game night out, ended up staying for a couple beers with a group. Bar is nicely spaced away from lanes as to create its own experience and vibe. Bartender was friendly and carried great conversation about family and his job was held easily between us. Interior was filled with a wide variety of music at decent level as to hold such conversations at a normal friendly level. Tables and seating were clean and aroma of food offerings occasionally filed the air. Bar area lighting kept bar area exclusive and held its own experience. Lanes were well lit and open for any size group giving enough space for a fun and unobstructed night of sportsmanship. The mall maybe gone but this mainstay has survived for a good reason and will prove why when visiting. read more

My son has been very into bowling lately. We booked his 8th birthday party with Bowlero Westminster. It was easy to book our slot online and they were quick to respond as to whether we could bring in cake from outside; their answer was yes. We arrived about 15 minutes before the start of the party to set up and were greeted by an adorable name marquee. Plenty of lanes open next to us so that we could spread out and they weren't stringent about us waiting for the 1pm party slot, so they allowed my son to start bowling while he waited for his guests. Had some trouble inputting the names due to the keyboard being broken. Our hostess Jessica input the names for our guests, and we were all set. They gave us arcade cards with excellent advice to hold onto them until the kids were done bowling and eating so we wouldn't need to wrangle them later. The birthday boy had a mini meltdown because "it's his party and he can cry if he wants to" (not his actual words, but fitting with the song). Our hostesses Jessica and Shawneen went above and beyond to make sure he had the best day, even putting in an order of mini corn dogs when he was being picky over food; didn't charge us for these either. Kept our drink pitchers full, and were very attentive- despite being on an end lane. After bowling and food, we let the kids loose in the arcade and it was the perfect way for them to choose their own parting gifts without us having to supply goody bag junk. With 6 kids bowling (the adults just hung out), total came to just about $200 before tip, which gave us an ample 2 hours, shoe rentals, food, and arcade cards. I went to this establishment and they treated me with shortness, condescension, and were very rude and inattentive. My bowling alley was malfunctioning, and my server didn't check in with me once. I had to ask 3 seperate employees to get me drinks and they never came, so I had to order online and scan the QR code and still had to ask them where my drinks were. I also tried to get the bartender to get me water and she told me she couldnt help me. I do not reccomend this place. read more

Went on a Friday night a few weeks ago when my in-laws were in town. We have 2 young kids who had only been bowling once a few years ago so this might as well have been their first time. The staff did an incredible job to make the experience wonderful. We were able to use bumpers & bowling ramps for the kids. Even when another party showed up for the lane next to us that had a person in a wheelchair & needed assistance, there was still plenty of room for both sides to move about. From a bowling alley standpoint it felt pretty traditional but the staff felt like they went above & beyond to make the experience great for the kids & also for us as parents so I wanted to be sure to leave a review. read more

Bowlero Westminster is no longer a league bowling house. They painted it, put in an arcade and raised prices for food and drinks and that was the extent of what Bowlero had done in the past few years. They could care less about lanes conditions as they now cater to the non-league casual bowler. In the past year we have seen pins that don't line up correctly , scores that don't calculate correctly, ball returns the don't work and the biggest sin is the inconsistency of how they oil their lanes. As an example, I had to use my plastic spare ball as my first ball because one of the lanes was not oiled properly. We were told they need a new machine but that will not happen. Another night, make that two nights, they stripped the lanes and forgot to reoil them. Bowlero Westminster could never hold a tournament as they are not USBC compliant and no tournament director would ever want to hold a tournament there. We have lodged formal complaints to the house and USBC and months later, haven't heard back. Our team and possibly the league will be finding another house to bowl in for the 2026-2027 season. read more

Bowlero as a whole corporation, not great . This alley is better than Wheat Ridge I have to say . The guy who runs the front is accommodating and at least here the employees seem happy. I wish the suburbs had great bowling alleys like they did in the old days but when I do come bowling, I come here most of the time because I do like the booth seating and like I said the employees seem than they do at WR . The other day, a group of friends and I were bowling when we over heard two servers talking, very loudly. They were saying some of the most awful things about a man, who clearly had a disability. They were also talking poorly about one of the bartenders (I recognized to also be a league bowler). Not only were they obvious about it, but they were saying the most atrocious things directly in front of him. Calling him a cripple and pointing and laughing at him. Not only were they disrespectful to him, but later they came over to my group to wait on us. One of the servers, Shawnwee(?) was rude and dismissive. We ordered a pitcher and instead received four individual beers-- bottles. Not only that, but the food we ordered never arrived. We had to go get it ourselves. We closed out rather quickly with her and chose not to tip her, due to the poor service. She was quick to confront us about not tipping her. I was honest and told her she could have been better at her job and she began to get argumentative with me. I will no longer be using the wait staff at bowlero. Not sure what encouraged bowlero to hire waitresses to begin with, but they have consistently done a terrible job. They are always disrespectful, they pick and choose who they want to provide good service to, and they have no problem being loud when making fun of others. Other than their waitresses, the rest of their staff have always been wonderful. I love the bartender Mary-- she is always so sweet and inviting. One of the main reasons I continue to bring my friends to bowlero. There is much to improve at this location, though. I hope they start by getting rid of the awful wait staff. read more

My daughter loves to bowl here. After bowling she plays arcade games. This is a great place to spend a few hours. The staff are always courteous. I can't say enough good things about Bob. We had an issue with the cheese bread being cold but he took it back right away and made us new cheese bread and made sure it was hot. He gave us cookies to apologize for the mistake. This bowling center no longer does anything professionally...if you're a serious . bowler, forget going to this center!!!! The oil on the lanes is incredibly inconsistent, chicken wings on the floor and whatever else that's not been cleaned... Many league bowlers are searching for other centers to attend...even after bowling there for many years. Got a lane that was broken. Was told by waiter that lane always has issues... Tequila is $16 a drink. They had a special of buy two games get third 50% off. When I asked for this special after my games I was told I have to ask for it at the start... wow. Then I was told that it's common sense to ask for it at the beginning. Which was very condescending. We had a group of 5 families reserve lanes and food for 2 hours for $39 each person/child. Staff were great but the value wasn't there. You would think with 19 people they would give us 4 lanes but they only gave us 3 so we could only get in one game in the time span. We got cheese pizza and some Fruit. Soft drinks were NOT included for the kids. $4 extra!! Draft beer was $8 for 20oz I think...not bad. Pizza actually wasn't that bad. Had some issues with the lanes with balls getting stuck. Hard to find good balls...not many options but no biggie. They had a full pizza leftover, couldn't take it home for whatever reason. Hope they gave it to staff rather than throw it away. So basically we paid $45/pp for one game of bowling, soda and cheese pizza. Up to you now if you think it's a good deal! read more

My husband and I were on date night. I was bowling with my own ball and shoes as usual. After I threw my ball down the lane I waited for its return. A few minutes passed before it returned. It was completely chewed up. Deep scathes and pit marks. We went up to the counter and spoke to the lead duty. She assured me their "Ball repair shop" would fix it. I left my name and number, and that was the last I ever saw of my bowling ball. On numerous occasions, I have spoken with the front end, the repair shop and even went as far as emailing corporate. The repair shop which is subcontracted was very kind and explaining he had not seen the ball and keeps a straight inventory of what comes in and out of his shop. Corporate said they would reach out to the franchise and they would be in contact. I have not heard anything further. I will not be back. I would not recommend this facility to others. read more

I accidentally "misgendered" Fern, the front desk person. I apologized profusely and explained that I didn't have my glasses on and couldn't read the pronouns on the nameplate. My apologies were not accepted and we were treated VERY rudely the rest of our time there. I would never intentionally insult or hurt someone, it was a genuine mistake. It really put a huge damper on our time there. We were going to join a tournament but we won't be doing so here. Warning...make sure and read the pronouns before you say anything!! read more

They arent interested in competition or quality services, just inflated prices. i spend plenty on international travel and unique experiences. bowlero doesnt present value. Original review - used to be good, but now way over priced. They even bought Luck Strike down town to jack up the prices there. Food is awful, the bar is a bar I guess, prices are way high, and that is about everything you need to know. I hope someone else opens up a reasonably priced bowling alley where it isn't $150 for my wife and I to bowl two games. Bowlero needs competition. read more

Monday January 2.--We went there as two separate parties, and asked for 2 lanes for 8 people. We said they did not have to be together. One group had two of Bowlero's league bowlers and two others and the other group had 4 high schoolers. I understood we had to wait. We were told it would be a half hour wait. We watched many groups go before us, including groups taking two lanes at a time. When they texted me up front 70 minutes later, he said he only had one lane, while acknowledging we had 8 people. He said we could make another reservation, get in the back of the line and get a second lane, or bowl eight people on one lane. He also stated he was limited to one lane per party--when we had made it abundantly clear, there were 2 parties and we did not have to bowl together. Many others got two lanes in front of us. So 1.5 hours, and 50 dollars worth of soda and french fries later, (not to mention the 40 bucks I gave them for arcade games) I left with the high schoolers, choosing to let the league bowlers practice. The kids didn't even get to put on a pair of shoes. What a friggin joke. The young person behind the counter was either ignorant, or ........ Sad, I'll never step in this establishment again. Came to this establishment with 2 other couples. Waitress took our orders and checked in us several times. When we asked for bill she ask 'do you want to see your itemized bill before you close out your tab'. I said yes. She brought a bill that had top shelf alcohol drinks on bill that we did not request. Further they add an 18% service charge to every bill that waitress did not mention to us. So had we not asked to see itemized bill, we would have not know this and tipped an additional 20%. They are sneaky and not transparent! Gonna try to never to go here again. read more

This place opened up near us not too long ago and the name sounded so fun, we decided to give this bowling place a shot. We planned my brothers 6th here and it wasn't bad. They have a few packages to choose from with different things they include, we had chosen the Superstar package. For 8 kids, we had spent about mid $300 which isn't bad, arcade and unlimited food/drinks included. We added a separate lane for a few adults as well which was about $200 extra. Bowling was fun! I loved the seating, it was comfortable and modern. However, we did have an issue with one of our three lanes. We kept having to reset it after just one person rolled the ball and it got annoying fast. We did it ourselves and let the front desk people know about 8 times before we had them switch our lane to a different one. We bowled with no issues after that. just some tech stuff happening in that lane specifically I guess. Then was the arcade, how could you ever take kids somewhere with an arcade without stopping by lol! They have quite a lot of games, some were out of service though. You have a rechargeable arcade card that you collect points on from the games you play, and what you use to play the games. Let me tell you though, you run out of money SO FAST because most all games are worth 3/4/5 credits. Barely any with 2 or 1. They set up our birthday area quite nicely, they had decorations and the food and drinks were on separate tables. However, there were only cups for the children. None for the adults, and we only wanted water. Which you would expect to be free, right? It's WATER. Nope, $5 a cup per person, is that a joke? If we wanted anything other than water, I'd understand. We did work something out eventually. Lea the manager was very nice, she was checking in on us very regularly to see if we wanted anything and how everything was going. One thing that got a little annoying was that we were being pressed to order food, over and over again. And our hostess, Jay, was SO sweet! She took care of everything, as well as some issues we had with food (we wanted some boxes to take home the food we ordered and didn't finish but were told that we're not allowed -- and it wasn't a buffet.). Overall it was a good experience, we had a few issues but it's nothing. They do allow you to bring your own cake, candles are allowed, as well as presents, they were accommodating. I thought the Brunswick zone had its own charm to it, I never had real qualms with it, but I will say the renovation to "Bowlero" is really nice. We actually headed straight here when fat cats quoted us over an hour wait to bowl, Bowlero has lots of lanes and the service was really prompt. I enjoyed the staff that I interacted with, the new booth style seating at the lanes is super comfortable and makes more sense for group seating as well. I didn't try the food, but I did enjoy the large beer mugs. They have bowling specials but they don't start until quite late at night. Definitely overall a really great vibe here. The remodel added a lot of pizazz that the place was lacking before while still keeping some Brunswick zone charm. read more
