This place is great! Yesterday my company held a private event which involved an entertainment package of Bowling, Laser Tag & playing Arcade Games. It was so much fun! We had a private room with private bowling lanes, with a buffet lunch and a private bartender. It was definitely great to enhance team bonding and provide us with some much needed relaxation. Special shout out must go to Melissa the event coordinator who helped us create this event, and Jo & Brandon for being amazing at the event and taking care of us so well. Had a few hours and thought it would be nice to take my daughter bowing. The bowling was fine, the service was a little slow and the food was over priced. Would have been nice to have been offered a refill on our sodas. But I expected all of these things. My complaint is that when I received my credit card bill I was charged some other group's very large bill. I was also charge correctly my charge for bowling and my charge for food. I have called numerous time and tried to get this taken care of with Kim. She always has a excuse and is in a hurry to get off the phone, She keeps saying she needs to figure it out but does not call me back When I called the first time it should have been taken care with no hassle. I am wasting way to much time on this issue, There better be a huge gift card for my daughter for all the inconvenience. read more

This place is awful. 7 people standing behind the registers and wouldn't help us. Went to the restaurant to order food for a 9 year olds birthday party and told we had to wait for a waiter. Well after waiting about 30 minutes, we had to go to the bar to order food. The waitress for our area was sitting talking to friends and completely ignored us. I went to look for the manager and he's doing all the same stuff as these kids. Extremely poor customer service and the food was terrible. Ordered 2 pizzas and the kids wouldn't eat that crap! Save your money and go elsewhere. Too many great run places to waste your money here. read more

This our 3rd time here and the last. Service is horrible. We came in and the waiter told us our food would be late because we came in during a rush. We stood up and looked there were only 6 other tables in the dining room. Then our food all came out before any of the appetizers. We asked them why and they said the manager was I the back rushing everything out. If this was the rush I wonder how they do when it is busy. read more

Great place to bowl, play laser tag, and drink. Came for my friends going away party, fun experience. The only down fall is they seem to be very short staffed, we waited X amount of time to receive drinks or any service. There was a cute survivor at the end of our visit he was very helpful and extremely Courteous (guy with a lot of bracelets/watch), but still he was super busy trying to balance helping us and others out. All in all had fun, and wish they would be better with their customers and service. As of the mask situation, I love that they don't pressure you to keep it on at all times, I understand that we still are in a pandemic, but as for I know I'm glad that things seem to come back to "Normal". In my eyes it should be up to you if you would like to ware a mask, it shouldn't be forced especially when it's your personal choice. read more

Thank you Clinton at the restaurant bar! We had an amazing first experience because he was dedicated to us as customer's! He was extremely attentive, informative on the entire establishment, and good conversation! He allowed us to sample a few beverages, recommended many items in the bar to drink and the food he suggested was great! The Bloody Mary was a meal in itself! I observed his cleanliness to be top notch too! We tried the Cobb and the nachos, both heaping mounds of food to share. He let us know as soon as happy hour started, helped us gain players cards for the arcade, and was even around to see us moving from one area to another and asked about our experience. This is an employee the place should be very proud to have! The arcade area isn't as large as I would have expected but we were able to find some really fun games to play competitively and have a blast! We will definitely be returning to enjoy the smaller lanes and plan to call ahead and be sure Clinton is working too! Great service, fun place, and great environment! read more

We had 5 couples come in last Saturday night. We sat next to the pool tables and a few of the bowling lanes. It was my first time in. Our server came over and told us that she was releasing the trainee as he was ready. We explained the separate couples and he took credit cards from each couple and then returned.To sum up things, service was extremely slow-waited about 20 minutes after dropping off menus to take orders, food taken to other tables and such. The food was overpriced:my burger was average at best and got about 4 bites of mac & cheese for paying extra for upgraded side.The chips were very good but everyone thought the guacamole was below average.Friends wings were somewhat cold and no silverware was given to the table or extra plates for wing bones.Just plan old bad service. When we finally got our bill, the card was already ran, so we didn't even get to see if it was the correct bill, just your total. Our was $33 plus with burger and chips/guac and 2 pops(no alcohol). Very disappointing and unorganized. Have been here since 10:30 am for Father's Day, and it's 2:02 pm and still have yet to get on a lane. We paid for 10 people unlimited bowling, $200.00. Had asked multiple times how long it would be, and kept being told they were backed up but then watched people walk in and get a lane right away. There was a lady standing next to me as well saying she's been here for two hours and was being told the exact same thing. Way to rip people off of their money and they can't even play what they had paid for. This place is horrid! read more

Probably should've read all of the negative reviews before we went here. We were told that they were offering free bowling for kids 15 and under all summer. All we had to do was sign up, print the coupon and pay for shoes. We also purchased a parent pass so that my husband and I could go with our son from time to time. We did as instructed and trusted that all our child would have to pay was for shoes. As it turns out, when our son arrived he was told he would have to pay $26 for bowling because they didn't have any lanes available for him for the free bowl. Interestingly enough, when he paid $26 there was all of a sudden all kinds of lanes available. Completely deceptive and inappropriate business practices. Additionally, the management at this place is quite frankly confrontational and rude. There is zero customer service. I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost! read more

The service is always slow! Missing parts of our order and waited an hour for the pesto chicken sandwich. My kids and I all had stomach aches after eating there. The bowling is good now since it's every other lane. They need to hire more staff. Besides the long wait for food it took 20 minutes to check in with 4 people in dying on me. read more

I when there 11/23/2020 and the manager was so rude I order a drink at 7:30 but then had an emergency call so I went to the bathroom to take the call by the time I get as back it was 8:00 and they had to pull all the drinks away at 8:00pm I asked if they would take it off the check and they said no when I did not even touched it. Very Dissapointing, tried to make a reservation for last Saturday night for my sons 28th birthday It was short noticed and was told there was no reservations available until 11pm for Saturday 12/7 but was told we could walk in and there may be a wait. we decided to go with it arrived at 5:30pm with hopes we could get bowling lanes for 7pm. upon checking was asked how many people which we had 12 and requested 2 lanes. we were told it would be a 1 1/2 -2 hour wait which was ok as we told all our guest to show up at 7:00 pm and we could eat and then bowl. Well to say the least the food service was horrible took 20 min to get a server and to even be acknowledged ( had to ask the host for a server). Food was average but slow. anyhow at 7:30 I asked the staff in charge of the bowling how much longer for lane availability ( since at 5:30 our name was taken form filled out along with my cell to text me when lanes were available) I was told 10 min. Another 40 min(8:10 pm) went by again I asked and mind you several of the lanes were not being used !! again I was told 5 min . i explained this to my son and his guest to get ready. asked the bowing staff again after another 30 min went by and was told there doing the best they can and we were next by the summit staff. by 8:50 still no lanes so once again I approached the staff and explained the situation and asked to cancel my lane request due to the lengthy time frame and lack of communication and concern for us and our guests. I apologized to all our guests and we all went home. This was very disappointing to say the least and not a great first impression for us a first time customer! Cool place, however, the most rude staff anywhere! When we first arrived and waited in line to pay for laser tag, the first thing the lady said when we got to the counter is, "there is a 1 hour wait at the least for bowling....mind you I haven't even yet said a word. We weren't even going to bowl. We did not get a, "hello, how can I help you?" Then we sat in the dining area for at least 20 minutes while at least 5 waiters passed us by without asking if we needed anything (there was only one other table of people, they were by no means busy). The bartender practically yelled at me when I asked her for change so I could tip our waitress, when I asked for change she pointed toward the front desk. I didn't know what she meant and asked..."what does that mean?" So she sounded out F-R-O-N-T D-E-S-K, like I was a 5 year old. Then to top it off when we tried to cash in our tickets the teenager in the prize room scanned my son's card then THREW it back at him. We will stick with Dave and Buster's! I've been here 2x now, probably the last time I will go. I took my kids and a few friends to play pool, we ordered 3 pizza's and some soda. This bill came out to $90.00 (WOW). I expected to pay a high price, but this is ridiculous. I found out that a pitcher of pepsi costs $15.00. My bad, I should have asked, but didn't think they would price soda with such a ridiculous amount. The pizza's were okay, but 12" are not worth $15.00 (each) They are just way overpriced, boondocks and/or D&B are little bit more reasonable. read more

Attended my grandson's birthday party last week and was highly disappointed. The cost of the party was not cheap and included the pizza, drinks, and the party room for 2 hours. After an hour and 10 min, the gal running the party began cleaning up. The kids were in and out of the room playing games and eating the cup cakes that were brought by the birthday kid momma and she was throwing away any food/desserts that sat on the tables & boxing up pizza. The adults were still sitting in the room and she threw everything away, removed all of the drinks and sprayed windex right next to the cupcakes to clean up the food area with 45 min left of paid room time for the party. She also took down decorations and hoarded the game cards and would not give them to the kids or parents and didn't want to until the end and there was a 20 min lag time slot before a scheduled laser tag. She finally gave the cards up after the birthday boy's father insisted the kids needed the cards to play games and fill the time for laser tag. It was ridiculous! read more
