Don't expect too much. I went here 2 times with my family. The first time we went bowling it was a blast! The second time we decided to play some arcade games, not fun. There was only 2 games in the entire arcade that actually worked. We ended up getting a refund for the game card which was $50 that we had spent. We would swipe the card and try to play the game but it wouldn't let us play just wanted us to swipe again and again. So for the bowling, this place gets 3 stars for me. read more

Me and my girlfriend went to this establishment to play the arcade games, half of them did not work either they would take our credits and would not start or half of them were out of service, not to mention the service. Me and my girlfriend were standing at the register in the gift shop with no attendee until we said something. The worse part of it was we purchased a pair of toy handcuffs for our kids and she put them on as a joke, when we went to take them off both keys snapped easily and there was no safety latch on them to get them off, forcing me to cut them off with bolt cutter. Went here on a 2-20-22, worst costumer service, the place was dirty, half of the games was not working. Employees chatting with each other instead of doing their jobs. Overpriced , and if you don't have at least 1000 tickets forget about getting something good, one candy you need a ticket of 250, for a gummy sushi. Outside of a pandemic, I would have loved this place and said that it's a fun Chuck-E-Cheese for adults. I'm hesitant to recommend it now because I feel like it could have done a lot better in enforcing social distancing and promoting cleanliness. There were bottles of hand sanitizer all over the place, but the majority were empty when we were there. I didn't notice any significant cleaning of highly touched surfaces either. Still, I had a really good time bowling there with my family last weekend. The wings and fries were delicious and I liked that they offer cocktails in their menu. Half the games didn't work. No basketballs, no air hockey pucks, some the games screens were cracked/black. Lost about have my credits thinking some games were working, when they actually didn't. Mainly a disappointment. Got there before noon so we got the discount $15 wrist bands. From there it was a sub-prime event. The bowling alley lane we were on was unsafe. Their were divots in the approach. Dangerous - especially for kids. I pointed them out - only to be told by a young employee, "all the lanes have those." Our biggest issue, aside from the location being incredibly musty smelling while not being full at all, was the "reloadable" fun cards - and the absolute SHAM their promises are. Huge sign when you walk in... "Download our app and we'll match your first reload up to $50" So, I asked for clarification. The young lady behind the counter couldn't tell me ONE thing about it. She said, "They just put that display out, but we (employees) don't know anything about it really." This was VERBATIM. We bought a fun card. When I went to reload it...I asked a "manager" for help. That guy told me the EXACT same thing. He had no clue how the program works, but if we follow the instructions, it should be just fine. And...it didn't. We loaded $50 onto the card and we got NOTHING added in terms of matching credits. When I went back to ask the manager for help (maybe he could just add them for us?) - he flatly told me to "call the hotline number on the back of the card." I'm like, "You have so many issues they have a hotline already to help people?! Why are you even running this deal??!!" Manager's response - "Sorry buddy, just call the hotline, we can't help you." Alrighty then!!!! My wife was thinking of signing our kids up for the summer pass. Fat chance of that. If I could give this place less than one star I would. We started "unlimited bowling" for $7.99. There were 7 of us and we had 2 lanes. Second bowling round in, we were told that our time was up and we had to leave the lanes because there were "birthday parties that needed these lanes". As we counted, 9-10 lanes were open and available, yet we were placed on a "waitlist" while our lanes would be taken. We were told it'd be an hour before we could bowl again. That is not "unlimited bowling". We were 7 rounds into our second game with a personal family bet and the lanes shut down on us. Management needs to realize how wrong this is. We did not pay for that. We ordered drinks and food and had to up and leave. We will never go back. All of us left more than discouraged. This place is horrible. Do not go there because they do shady stuff. Also, they told us to come back at 2pm for our "waitlisted timeframe" for return to bowl. Do not plan a birthday party here!!! Our first issue arose after booking the party (and sending out the birthday party invitations). They ask the whole party to arrive 15 minutes early so as to not miss play time... which does not start until first swipe of the card anyhow. I had to contact every parent to change times. I asked for a 12 hour extension to confirm party size as I was waiting on a few RSVP's. They declined my request but would be happy to add as many guests as I wanted even upon arrival, mind you, all that was needed was plus or minus a few slices of pizza and a drink cup. Apparently they needed 3 days for this extensive planning. Onto the pizza... we were told their would be two slices per person! That was for kids only... no pizza for the two adults paying the hefty party price!!! Poor service, we often had to refill kiddo drinks ourselves. Party was booked for 3 hours. Unfortunately they kick you out of your table after two hours to make room for the next party (as we left there was still an unused table or two). Had to move 15 drinks, presents, bags, etc to the bowling area. If you book a round of laser tag make sure you feel the price point is worth less than ten minutes of actual play time. No solid games for younger siblings! I started this review with 2 stars, as I'm reliving it I've decided 1 star is plenty. Ahhh, almost forgot the nearly $40.00 in good 'ol service fees bringing a party of 12 kiddos close to $400! Party was for ten year olds, they all agreed that Jake's Unlimited is way better! We actually came here for a private event through HopeKids. It was wonderful and so sweet of them to accommodate! My kids had such a wonderful time! They loved all the arcade games and the entire atmosphere! Their favorite part was the bowling! It was extremely family friendly and such a fun time for everyone! This event was pre Covid and during Halloween for a private event, but I do believe they still deserve a 5 star review even though this was last year! We treasured those moments! This place gets five stars because of how nice the bowling lanes are. It is well taken care of, all the balls are organized to weight on the racks. And they have hole sizes on the balls so if you have fat fingers like me, you can use a ball lighter than a 15! Sweet! The lanes are also nice and private. You have lots of room to move around and you don't have to worry about having anyone around you wrecking your good times. Our server was a slim guy who's name I forgot. I'm sorry because I wanted to mention him personally. He did a very good job and was super friendly. We were very well taken care of throughout our stay. Drinks were tasty and the food was good. We had wings and fries and it was a good sized snack for two adults and a child. We even tried coming back again but there was a long wait because of leagues. I would rate the food but we never got that far. I can be reasonably patient on a busy Saturday night but this was ridiculous. Got the text that our table for two was ready while the kids played their games. Hostess sat us at a booth but NO WAITRESS ever came!! We watched as another couple came and sat in our area and she helped them within 5 minutes! Then a big group of at least 10 came, the same waitress started their order next. I watched this waitress go help two more tables that were seated way after us. We decided we weren't gonna eat there now but I wanted to see how long before a waitress approached us...well 30 minutes went by before she came to our table. No apology, no nothing. And, the interior is super stylish. We showed up at 6 and paid $47 for one pair of bowling shoes and unlimited bowling and pool (the other included activities do not interest us, we're 36. Not to mention they all were pretty busy). We also ordered $56 worth of food and beverage. Nachos (almost a full bowl of queso and like 20 chips??) Burger and fries Tenders and fries Coffee One Mich Ultra. Burger, $14, mediocre at best. Less than, to be honest. Tenders, they were cooked. And, I am about 97% sure they are using off brand ketchup. But, I digress. Here is where the 1 star review really comes into play. It wasn't the crap food. Or the less than good service... Were enjoying some bowling. My husband goes to to bowl frame one of a new game. Boom, shut down. Turns out, unlimited isn't exactly unlimited. We were kicked off our lane, taking the rest of our food with is because there was a wait list or a reservation. I ended up leaving a full beer on the table. And we just left. I'm not sure I have ever been to a place that sold you an unlimited pass, only to shut you down as a paying customer. Honestly, I don't even know. That's about where I am at with this experience. Birthday fun, check! My daughter wanted to go bowling for her birthday and this was closest to home. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. We walked in and went to pay for bowling and seen they had a Monday special. 3 activities (bowling, laser tag and gravity ropes) were included and we took advantage of bowling and laser tag. The special was $10.95/person and from what I understood, there was no time limit just 1 hour increments. While we waited for a lane we played a game of laser tag, neither my girls or I have ever played before but had a blast. We then bowled a game, had dinner and then wanted to play another game of laser tag. My youngest is 4 and it was fun to watch her with this big ole thing on her lugging around. We had dinner there but the food wasn't all that great. My girls pizza was the best thing we ordered. The nachos should've been called a bean nachos because it was loaded with beans and really nothing else. I prefer my wings to be a little more crispy but that's my preference and I should've asked for them naked and just dip it. All in all a great experience and my youngest is already planning to go back for her 5th birthday! read more

However, rides have a wait List so make reservation as soon as you get in. Bowling was a 2 hour wait and laser tag was 45 min. I had three 9 year olds and they would have staged a Full on revolt if I told them there were no tickets aka prizes. The games are pricey! Like even the super basic chucky cheese 1990s game. Basically $20 can get you 10-12 Plays on a game. Great if your 70 and you walk really slow from game to game. Horrible if your 9 because your magical game card will be at zero in about 15-20 min max. Do the math $20 bucks in 15-20 min. Option #2 is you have them do unlimited but no tickets. It's timed and everything has a waiting list. We had a few games jam while we were there. The game was right next to the service desk/bowling reservation. Trying to flag a millennial employee from the service desk was nearly impossible even if they stared right at you and no one was in line. I'm talking I was 15 feet from 3 of them. Literally one looked right at me then turned her back to continue a conversation with her buddies. Seriously?!? The guys in the ticket exchange prize store were great. Super helpful and kind. As was the young man who unjammed the machine. Too bad your first impression at the service area is 3 ladies who would rather be mingling then actually working.
