    We have spent thousands at the Cartersville Staples until now. no more for me. Today the GenZ or so…read moreGM and computer manager said they would not help me. I told the GM I have been a loyal custimer spending $$$. Her response was "I don't care." Here us what happened. My computer died Friday so I wanted to get a battery for my other computer. i work from home so my livlihood depends on it. Staples charges $70 and takes a week. Amazon $20 and takes a day. The problem is I don't know the exact one to buy. A Staples guy yesterday wrote down numbers from the computer but there are still several choices and I don't want to order the wrong one. I went back to Staples to ask for help. All I wanted was for them to confirm on my phone that the battery was correct. "No." The reaaon was Amazon was a competitor. They told me I should be able to order it because I had the info. I told them I was 60 years old and didn't know one computer number from another. They became very disrespectful, telling me that I should just figure it out or order and hope for the best. Then, they were more disrespectful when I got upset at how they treated me. These young people are awful. I reported them to corporate.

This week I had to have some printing done for our 25th Pastoral Anniversary banquet. I took my program in on Monday to have it printed. On Tuesday after program was printed, changes had to be made. I returned on Wednesday to inform Staples a committee member wanted to make another. Staples printed our program a total of 4 different times. I was upset with my committee team member because these changes should have been made before taken to Staples. The store employees who assisted me were Chloe, Ness, and Dennis. This team of individuals went above and beyond their job duties and assisted me each time with the upmost courtesy. I sincerely appreciate them for their patience and all the assistance they gave. Staples is not only lucky but are blessed to have such positive and courteous representation. I look forward to many more years of business with Staples and I surely hope these individuals get the recognition they so well deserve Mr. & Mrs. Winfred W.

    I made a reservation with AutoMax for a family trip to Yellowstone that we had been planning for…read moretwo years. I clearly communicated our destination when requesting a quote online, as well as in person when I went to see the vehicle in person. My quote included "unlimited mileage" (see attachment) and the reservation summary that I signed also included a $0 charge for mileage (see attachment). As I mentioned, I also talked to one of AutoMax's employees in person and told her our trip was to Yellowstone. However, a week before our trip, when I called to confirm the reservation, I was told they do not offer unlimited mileage to my destination. I brought up the quote, reservation summary, and discussions with the employee but AutoMax would not honor their agreement. Any reputable business would have accepted responsibility and tried to fix the problem, however, AutoMax showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Their poor communication, mediocre customer service, and unprofessionalism almost cost our family a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Had I not called to confirm, I would have been charged close to $2,000 in extra charges upon return. I understand people make mistakes, but I also believe a business should do what's necessary to fix an issue that they have caused. If you use AutoMax, get everything in writing and confirm your agreement early and often.
